We were actually working with Advanced Home Solutions, but we purchased our quartz countertops and the installed and fabrication through Cabinets Now Plus. A piece of quartz that will fit both of our bathroom vanities was only $399, so their prices are definitely rock bottom as everybody had said. Because the install and fabrication was coordinated with Cabinets Now Plus through our contractor, I can't speak to the price. The installers showed up early and the contractor hadn't arrived yet (and I wasn't expecting them) so that was slight inconvenience but it ended up okay. The install is beautiful and our countertops look awesome. We have gotten tons of compliments on them. read more

I got their number from a specific cabinet manufacturer, called and spoke to an employee who told me that I needed to come down to their showroom so they could go over the order with me. So I go in and the rude employee sitting at the desk tells me that even though they are a distributor for MUSES cabinets that they only carried 36" cabinets so I could order the cabinets I needed even though I had the manufacturers part numbers. Employee was dismissive and rude so I just called the manufacturer directly and got the cabinets from them. don't recommend this place go somewhere else who cares about your business read more

6/18/2019 11:01 AM First you should know how to calculate percentages, which it does not appear that either you or the manufacture seem to be able to do. Math is factual and you can not argue with the numbers. Here is one of the formulas to calculate a percentage; Previous price of cabinet $256, current price of cabinet $388. 388 minus 256 is 132. $132 (difference btw old and new price) divided by $256 (old price) equals 0.5156. To change a decimal to a percentage you move the decimal point two places to the right, which makes 0.5156 now 51.56%, rounded up makes it 52%. That is a fact which you can not argue. So yes, the increase is 52%. Next, all the information I have from my research (from US government sites) indicates a 10% tariff is currently in effect. The remaining tariff will not go into effect until July 1, 2019, provided no trade deal is reached. I find no 15% tariff in effect right now. So I can only conclude someone made that number up in order to collect some extra money. I would love to know how that 5% difference is being reported to the IRS- as tax expense, income, or not at all?????? so many questions. Making a claim that the tax is higher than it actually is, is fraud! Making statements that are misleading or deceptive is a violation of the Nevada Trade Practice Act, which is available for review on the Nevada Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division website. Facts- The math is what it is, a 52% increase. The Tariff currently is 10% not 15%. Statements made in your previous email are not factual, and are of themselves misleading. I don't wish to debate this any further when you chose to make false and misleading statements. I only wrote the review to make other consumers aware of what Cabinets Now or their manufacture is engaged in, as opposed to filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Someone recommended this place to me for inexpensive granite. I purchased a pre-fabricated piece for my bathroom top for $399, which was totally worth it. Bedrosians was $1699 for the piece of granite I was looking at. I would spend more money for quality granite if it were for my kitchen, but since it's a bathroom, I'm good with cheaper. The problem I had was with the 2 bathroom above counter sinks I purchased. They were reasonably priced, but they were completely different heights and shades of white, but labeled as the same sink. I had my guy come over to install them & after hooking up the faucets, noticed that they were different heights and shades of white. So, I had to pay him for his labor/time that day & then again after I needed him to re-install the new sinks. I went with a different type of sink after I returned the other ones, and there was a slight bow in the bottom of one, so it didn't sit flush on the counter. So annoying... This place is exactly what you expect... you get what you pay for. If you're good with lower quality & imperfections for a cheaper price, then go for it. From the reviews on the cabinets, I would suggest not purchasing them there either. I listened to a customer when I was waiting in line go off the deep end because she was upset about the poor workmanship and quality of the cabinets she had installed by them. read more

The cabinets warped within 2 years, and every drawer in all 3 bathrooms have fallen off the tracks. The craftsmanship is CLEARLY poor, and careless. I would never suggest Cabinets Now to anyone. I was able to get the 5 boxes of vinyl planks when I could not find them online or at the store I purchased the first batch. The person that installed the floor messed up and I was in desperate need of the 5 boxes I needed to repair the bad spots. The service was fast and good. This review is long over due. This place was recommended to us by our realtor and contractor who have completed many projects using them. Our realtor told us to look for Cici and boy are we glad we did. We weren't really sure what we wanted except that we wanted our cabinets to be an espresso color. We must of done at least 3 revisions to Cici's design and she was so patient with us. Even when we already agreed on a design and she already ordered our cabinets and then a few days later we changed our minds she called the vendor and fought for us to change one of our cabinets. It has taken me over a year to write this review because I was too upset to even sit down and type about it for a long time. For the love of all that is holy, DO NOT buy cabinets here!!! If you want a cheap sink, cheap fixtures; go for it. But trust me when I say you'll regret getting cabinets through this store. I too read all of the reviews before shopping here, but the prices were unbeatable. There's a reason, and you really do get what you pay for. I had the time and means to stay in top of the whole process though, so I thought how bad can it be? Well, a lot worse than I thought. We did a complete demo of our kitchen, and had Cabinets Now come out to do all of the measuring. We had to pay for this, but wanted to make sure measuring was all correct. It wasn't. Their measurements were wrong and they ordered a kitchen island twice the size of our kitchen! The worst part? They insisted I had to pay for their mistake, and still pay for an island that I would had to cut right in half to make fit. After many heated discussions, they finally took the blame for their own mistake. But yes, still charged us for their measurements! We should have run then, but we couldn't because they had already ordered everything and they had half of our money. The time came to install the cabinets. What should have taken a week and a half took almost two months. Their installer quit out of nowhere one day because of an issue with the company, but he was horrible anyway. Unfortunately all of the replacement installers we went through weren't much better. Our kitchen looks gorgeous standing far away, but the installation work is horrendous. Chips in paint, exposed screws, etc. to add insult to injury, the company continued ordering the wrong pieces and insisted we keep and pay for them. They even installed used, scuffed, dirty, painted over cabinets and insisted we keep them! It was not until we threatened to take them to small claims court (we were so close and had talked to a lawyer... we spent over $12K just on the cabinets alone) that they FINALLY agreed to "fix" (I use that word very loosely in this case) all of their mistakes and attempt to make things right. We finally got all of the correct pieces at least, but unfortunately are stuck with the shoddy work. Please save yourself a lot of time, stress, and money (yes, money; you'll end up paying much more than you think) and go somewhere else. Anywhere else! read more

I went to this business to look for faucets only because while I was in Home Depot telling the clerk what I wanted she said those faucets are special order. I could not wait 2 weeks so a customer told me to try this place because the faucets were cheap and in stock . So off I left HD and drove to Cabinets now. Right when I walked in the door I saw the faucets. I started playing with them and one of the handles fell off. lol. I asked for help but all I saw was a bunch of 12yr old girls running the store. They were all running around like chickens with there heads cut off. So I decided it was time to turn around and walk out. This place has amazing prices. However, the customer service is limited. This store is best for contractors or do it your self type people. I purchased baseboard from this store. I initially put in an order for 4.25" baseboard over the phone. The company does not accept credit cards over the phone. And of course they do not take American Express period. The company associate emailed me a credit card authorization to be faxed back. This was extremely inconvenient to me. However, the company didn't care. It's about their procedure and what is convenient to them. I ended up going to the store to pay for my purchase. Surprisingly, they did not have my baseboard in stock. No apology was given. I did purchase another type of baseboard - 3.5" since I was already there. It didn't occur to the store to call me and tell me my item was not available. So for the self service person who has truck and a credit card that isn't Amex, and doesn't mind travelling, this place rocks due to cheap prices. The self service guy can take care of himself so customer service isn't needed. If you are expecting customer service this is definitely not the place to shop. Just left this place. I was not greeted at the door. I was not asked if I could be helped. I was never acknowledged even after roaming the store for a bit. The place reeks of microwaved food. You may or may not like the smell depending on your taste. I personally left they're nauseated. The prices seemed very reasonable. They didn't seem to have much of a selection, but then again I wouldn't know because no one helped me! You shouldn't have to ask someone to help you when there are clearly employees just sitting around. I guess that's the catch. You sacrifice customer service for good prices! read more
