The level of service at their location was so innept RUDE and sh*t from virtually every employee all the way up to their manager, that I honestly question the legitimacy of the positive reviews. They have dropped the ball with our order at EVERY LEVEL. "Angry" doesn't even begin to cover it. They have ruined my daughters bday, our entire Holiday season, family gatherings ARE SHOT bc we will not have a functioning Kitchen . An order placed by the way *IN AUGUST* for an uncomplicated, relatively standard u shaped small/ sized kitchen layout. Beginning of August- Husband got a referral from a coworker. We called up to find out information about their cabinets and began the initial process of having them assist us with a design layout for our *SMALL* *EASY* VERY UNCOMPLICATED kitchen layout. One Standard U- shaped design with a medium kitchen island. So essentially, 5 small uppers and 7 bases (including the kitchen island) Should be easy....RIGHT?! NOPE. The woman took our file, we went back and forth tweaking and making small adjustments, and then she subsequently decided to sit on it for two weeks DOING ABSOLUTELY F*CK ALL, and then went fraulicking off into the sunset to go on vacation, without communicating any of this to us. Radio silence for two weeks. End Of August- *We* have to email and call them multiple times find out what the hell is going on with her "design" so that we can place an order. (This is when we find out about her "vacation") This becomes a running theme in our dealings with them. End of August- Somehow our file ends up in the hands of the manager. We are back to the drawing board again, picking out cabinets and a new layout. We quickly decide on the European modern style cabinets. Grey bottoms, white uppers. August 27th. "WOopsies!" BTW, he says, this whole time that you guys have spentselecting a cabinet design, we've neglected to mention that these particular cabinet styles are out of stock, so they won't come into our warehouse until the middle of October. "Fine,..... but YOU'RE *SURE* THAT THEY WILL BE HERE ON OCTOBER 19TH?" Oh yes, definitely. We prepay, and then begin the demo process of tearing out our old kitchen cabinets. This means, No stove, no oven, no floors, no nothing. For TWO MOS we've been basically cooking everything out of a microwave, in anticipation for our cabinets to come in. So naturally, October19th comes and goes. No phone call. Now we are nervous and peeved. Ok?...Why haven't they called us? We give them another weekend to get in touch. IM PRAYING they got this right, and there must be some legitimate reason we haven't heard anything yet. Tuesday rolls around, and WE call. The manager does everything humanly possible to avoid us. We leave msgs. "Oh hes not in the office" "Oh, he's currently in the warehouse processing your incoming delivery" Still no phone call back. Unbelievable We are pretty laid back easy going people.. By now, we are officially really, really pissed off. Eventually, via a series of convoluted email chains we find out exactly why dude has been avoiding our phone calls. "WHOOPSIE" it looks like half of the cabinets that you've paid for are missing, and the rest of your delivery won't be here until the beginning of January OF NEXT F*CKINGYEAR At this point, our patience reservoir has been exhausted. We demand some sort of refund or compensation for this inexcusable level of apathy, lack of communication, and incompetence. I have left out SO SO Much out in this review. Somehow my husband works out a measly 5% discount for our troubles...but *ONLY* if we gave him (the manager) the green light that very night with the plans. My husband responds and gives him the green light within ten minutes (its literally timestamped in the emails) Within those ten minutes, MIRACULOUSLY the manager had a death in the family we are told, and had to immediately flee from the store and catch a flight to California within a ten minute time span, so our laughably pitiful discount that they offered FOR Essentially RUINING OUR ENTIRE HOLIDAY is now not available. Amazing. So we are left back at square one. No cabinets, no apologies, no nothing. They've Wasted MONTHS of our money, and our time, and then basically spit in out face. We will probably have to rent a hotel for Thanksgiving. THANKS GUYS!! Yes, I will be elevating this to their corporate headquarters and making a complaint with the BBB. I didn't really know what to expect, but from the very beginning everyone I came in contact with was personable and professional. My initial design specialist Jordan walked me through the entire process, gave some great ideas in terms of placement and always responded promptly whenever I had a question or needed to make slight adjustments. He carefully evaluated to space and made recommendations ... helping me to think through to process in terms of how I'd use each space. Additionally Will stepped in to assist a couple times in Jordan's absence. Overall a pretty good experience. I finally had the time to pick up the cabinets and was very impressed with how it turned out. I had posted a very low review for the store about my experience buying the cabinets but picking them up was a very good experience. I drove 4 hours up to Kent to pick up the cabinets but was told that they only actually had part of my stuff. Michael got on the line, apologized and told me that they would get approval to ship the cabinets to my house instead of having me make the 8 hour round-trip again which I thought was very generous of them. We had a talk about our last talk, got on the same page, shook hands and called it good. I did not expect to leave here a happy camper after finding out I was missing most of my stuff but Michael pulled it off. read more

I had nothing but problems with this company. Mismeasured originally which created delays and required a whole wall of cabinets to be replaced. The only saving grace was I paid a fee to have their installed measure the job despite using my own contractor. This saved me from the liability for the cost of the repair. The designer apparently was a rookie and more or less made my house chaos for a few months. My contractor has installed many kitchens and his opinion of the quality of these cabinets as wanting. read more

One word for Cabinets to Go - TERRIBLE! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service at the location in Kent, WA. It look almost 3 months for my cabinets to be delivered. And then they quoted me over $3,000 to assemble and install the cabinets, which we declined and chose to do ourselves. Then, the paint on the pantry cabinet panel was blemished and we requested this to be replaced, but of course there was another month+ delay before they could replace the panel. After multiple calls to customer service, we ended up painting this panel ourselves and they Absolutely refused to reimburse us any $ for this damaged panel. The quality of cabinet construction is excellent. Solid wood interior and cabinet faces. We worked with Michael Taylor. He was very skilled and courteous. His service was superb. He found solutions for our kitchen that we had not thought of. We've done three homes with Michael and Marianne McCaffrey and they continue to provide superb service. If you would like to spend several hundred dollars to get ghosted, go ahead and try to order cabinets from CTG. At first, this experience was great. We knew what we wanted and had our cabinets planned out. The store staff was attentive, quickly mapped out our project using their software and provided a quote for the cost of the whole thing within the duration of our one-hour in-store visit. So far so good. Prior to placing an order, we needed to order samples and have our kitchen measured. The measurement was quick and, we figured, it'll go toward the final purchase! Then we tried to order samples. The website samples ordering page didn't work. I called the store. The store pointed me to customer service. Customer service said the order needed to come from the store. It took a week and way too many phone calls JUST TO GET THE SAMPLES ORDERED. Sample delivery was supposed to take two weeks. At two weeks time, when no samples showed up, I called customer service, who couldn't provide a tracking number, status of package or even tell me if it shipped. In the meantime, I sent our salesperson a few basic questions, such a request for specs on the cabinet box construction. After not receiving email response, I called, then emailed again, then called again. The salesperson was always busy, and was always going to call me back, but hasn't. Let me back up and say that we went to CTG on the recommendation of one of my trusted coworkers who did have a good experience with them in another state, so we hadn't done our due diligence and we hadn't read the other reviews. At this point, however, enough yellow flags were popping up that is was time to stop and ask: with inaccessible staff, non-existent logistics and a non-working website, what was the rest of this experience going to be like? How well could a company which can't get the very basics of the front end together deliver on a custom built product? What would happen if any issues came up? If it couldn't track samples, how well would it construct and deliver custom cabinets? Sure, we had caught a holiday sale that was going to save us 30%, and, yes, it would cost us an extra $8,000 or more to go to elsewhere for the same thing, but were we really about to spend $17k while getting ghosted on basic questions, cross our fingers, and just hope that the hard part of the job worked out without a hitch? No. If you yourself are in doubt, read some of the other reviews of the folks who did proceed past the yellow flags. At this point, we have spent $100 on samples which haven't arrived and $100 for someone to come over and tell us that our kitchen is in fact 11'x11': $200 and nothing to show for it. To be fair, I believe if you order their stock cabinets, you may if fact be getting a good value and quick delivery. But, given what we were looking for - plywood box construction, flat-slab doors, and hardwood drawers - we had to use CTG's 'custom built' line and, as far as I can tell, this portion of the company is still getting sorted out. For those who choose to brave this front, I hope CTG can cut wood better than they can return phone calls. read more

Wonderful techs work for the Kent store. Twice they took care of minor problems by sending out a tech named Jason. Each time he had it analyzed and repaired within a few minutes and working perfectly. It is a shame that customers must call the customer NATIONAL CUSTOMER (we don't) CARE CENTER with product problems. When you call their number, you get their answering machine. Within about eight seconds, you hear: "All agents are busy with other customers" three times. Then you hear: " Leave a message after the tone and we'll get back . . ." after several hours. After a month of returned calls, the Kent store staff were finally allowed to do their jobs. Too bad local stores are NOT ALLOWED to deal with customers' problems . Lots less frustration and more satisfaction. read more

1st of July was my Biggest mistake ever...:..:,I placed an order for 40 cabinets for two full size, upscale kitchens @$22,000. You would think I would get some service!! Naw, shucks .."Common' Dude!" Sales took the order, I paid in full, via cash from my checking,! They cashed it & guaranteed deliver in ~two weeks..... 4 weeks later July 30 .....nothing. Turns out the store never placed the order to the factory, they forgot to do so! Be warned they have NO follow up procedures, it never occurred to anyone here to ask themselves "why hasn't the factory confirmed receipt, or shipment of Mr K's order?". Their guarantee means absolutely squat ... not even an apology followed. It's now Three & 3/4 months later I'm still missing a cabinet for one my clients Island cabinet station. Learn how to use the term "Yahoo politely" it's a very good description in plural here....OCT 23rd: I called to asked that they honor my $295 advance delivery payment, that I paid for initially, & get it to me quickly -nope again!! So I have driven back out to get it myself...nope again, again!!! They decided to close earlier than their posted hours. They really appear careless & not accountable for anything, to anyone......for any amount spent. read more

Buyer BEWARE!! The cabinets are of good quality; they look great. HOWEVER, this is a warning to anyone who wants a shelf in their lower cabinets.... you don't get a full one. It's a 12-inch shelf in a 24-inch deep cabinet. Every kitchen cabinet I've seen has a shelf that used the depth of the cabinet. Why would anyone want half a shelf? Honestly, I thought they had made a shipping error after we put them together. I called the Kent, WA store and was told that this is the standard shelf size, and no, they don't have full shelves; they don't even make them! If I want a full shelf, I was told I have to pay $150 for a fridge panel that I have to cut to size myself. Really!!! Are you serious?! Who made the executive decision not to offer a full-size shelf in a cupboard? It's a pretty basic component to the cupboard! All the cupboards in the showroom had rollout shelves, which I didn't need. And no, no one told me they were going to short-shelf me!! read more

I began my relationship with this company on 11/11/2021 when I finalized my kitchen cabinet order with Meg in your Hartford store. I am still involved with this company trying to get your cabinets installed correctly and to get substandard issues fixed. The cabinets were installed around the last week of November, but one drawer was broken. A gentleman came by and we discussed some of the problems he said that we could work it out once the workmen had come back to install the broken drawer front. November, December, January, February, middle of March and the broken drawer was delivered. I called the Hartford store to let them know that the drawer had been delivered and we could schedule a date for the workmen to come back. I called several times and was told that the workmen would be calling me. No such call. April, May, and the week of June 13th I get a call and he set up an appointment for the next week. The workman, there was only one this time, attached then drawer and we discovered that the drawer he had just assembled and installed was bowed outward and didn't align fully with the drawer below it. The workman told me that this was about as good as it was going to get. He screwed in a screw that had been left unscrewed. We then moved to the cabinets that had doors that were not aligned with the sides of the cabinet and two drawers that squeaked really bad. At the bottom of the cabinets some had nail covers others did not. He took pictures of most of the issues with his phone and said he would send them to me and then I would have to call the customer care phone number because he didn't handle anything like what we were seeing. I called the Customer Care number and talked with someone. Though it was very difficult to understand his English, I was able to get across the problems. He wanted me to send him pictures of everything that was wrong. I told him I was not very competent with doing this, but I would do my best. It took a couple of tries, but I got it done; now there was another problem. One of the lower cabinet doors had come away from the hinges and was about to fall off. I told the Customer Care person, and sent him a picture. He said he would send me a Docusign document to begin the process. We went through the Docusign process twice before I received it. He called to tell me about the second Docusign attempt and to tell me that the cabinet door that fell off was no longer under warranty and I would have to order another one for over $400! I asked him who I would talk to about the warranty and was told there was no one that he could refer me to. I had a copy of the warranty and it said that the cabinets were warrantied for as long as I had them. I'm sorry but I believe my experience with this company has been outrageous. You mean to tell me a kitchen cabinet doesn't even last a year? I have no idea how long it will take before this process is complete and I can be done with this company. Everything that could go wrong has. We purchased kitchen cabinets, flooring and countertops. Cabinets were the wrong size and totally different that the floor plan. We called Josh right away while installers were here, no able to talk with us. Didn't return call either. The installer called and was able to talk to him. The hardware for all the cabinets could not be installed because the screws were too short. My husband had to go out and purchase screws. Next the cabinet for our master bedroom had two different knobs black and Chrome. I ordered Chrome not different colors. They weren't installed with. CTG said we had to drive up to them to get the correct ones. Next they installed our flooring, think this went well? Hell no. Cut flooring to short at front door and never put the molding strips in just laying around. We have been told three times they would have installers come and make repairs. No one has come, no phone call. When we call CTG the manager was not only rude but kept interrupting my husband. Finally he pulled the floor plans and could see what was going on. Oh forgot our flooring was shorted and the said they had to order it but it would not even arrive until the following Tuesday and not sure when they could get it here. Come to find out it was in warehouse and installers brought it out next day. Countertops thats another major issue. It's been over 3 weeks and finally being installed tomorrow February 19th. Still no one out to fix flooring. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They are rude, unorganized, and just plan stupid. read more

These guys are a joke. My husband and I are remodeling our bathroom and went in looking for a vanity. Around two weeks ago we came in and found someone who was reluctant to help us. Eventually he looked up the vanity, which was being discontinued. I wasn't impressed with the service we were provided so I decided to look around. Fast forward to today, I found a few vanities that could work but the delivery was off by a couple days. Since my husband and I were out and about we decided to drop in and see if the vanity at Cabinets to go was still an option. We went in and were promptly greeted by Gary. I approached him and told him I had been in a couple of weeks earlier and wanted to inquire about the vanity. He started to look it up when the phone rang. He picked up, let him know he had clients in front of him but then proceeded to take an entire phone call while we were just sitting there waiting. After being on the phone for 5-8 minutes he hung up, no apology for keeping us waiting. Then he yelled over to the other team member to come help him. The other guy was with clients, stands up and says I'll be back. Then Gary tells the other guy, yeah you helped them last week and they're looking for a vanity. We never said he helped us but after finding out what we were looking for he tells us, that was weeks ago. Duh! That's why we're here. Just let us know if they're still available.. anyway it wasn't, no biggie but you're a cabinet place, can you suggest anything at all?? Can you save a sale?? Ashlynn was patient with us, as we changed our minds and made modifications to our plans, and the design software does a very nice job of creating different images that visualized the cabinets in the space. She also gave quality advice, but also wasn't aggressive or pushy in any way. So overall service was great. The quality of these come ready-to-assemble cabinets is excellent for the price. We did a lot of shopping (Ikea, Lowe's, and several custom quotes), and are happy to have ordered here. read more

We went in to this place on June 16 to look at cabinets for our new renovation. The cabinets were very nice and seemed to be well made. We could not get an accurate quote on site from them. They appeared to be too busy to attend to our needs. I emailed them our architectural plans so they could come up with a design on that day as well as a few days later. A phone call in to them as well yielded no design plans. I guess we will be looking elsewhere for our cabinets. read more

I had a custom home built and I designed a very large kitchen with a nine foot island. I purchased the Malibu White Shaker cabinets and they are gorgeous floor to ceiling. My Island is the Kensington Gray. My kitchen is stunning! When assembling our cabinets, we used wood glue to help make the cabinets more solid. Contractors that have visited my house were very impressed with the quality of the cabinets. I hope to soon email pictures to Cabinets To Go. We're a general contractor, this is the second time we have used this company in the past 6 months. Our customer for this project asked for 2 pull out waste baskets when they met with our sales rep from cabinets to go. The floor plans they sent over and we signed when we ordered the cabinets have 2 pull out waste baskets listed. When the waste baskets didn't show up with the order, we reached out to cabinets to go to find out what's going on. Or representative from C2GO told us the waste baskets were ordered but not there yet. I sent one of our employees to pick up some additional parts and check on the waste baskets. C2GO then told my employee that the waste baskets were not ordered and never were. The sales rep says yes the floor plan shows the pull out baskets and there's a part number listed for those cabinets with the waste baskets, but we should have known that the waste baskets weren't included with those cabinet that were listed on the floor plan and then again on our item list. They want us to tell our customer that they have to pay an additional $600-$700.00 for the waste baskets they were promised twice. We are going to pay for the waste baskets out of our own pocket, the customer shouldn't have to pay for C2Go's mistakes. We have multiple projects we were planning on using this company for. I hope they realize that $600.00 they charged us in waste baskets cost them years of repeat business. It's too bad. read more

We researched all the cabinet options before deciding to go with Cabinets to go. We found Cabinets to go to be the most responsive and helpful. We worked with James, his design skills allowed us to envision the kitchen of our dreams before we ordered the product. James attention to detail allowed the project to be completed on time and with in our budget. The entire Kent staff is responsive and customer focused. We completed our kitchen project for a third what Sears Home pro quoted and about half what other cabinet companies quoted. The cabinets arrived with in 10 days of placing the order as promised and the quality is exceptional. The whole process from design to completion was absolutely seamless. read more

CABINETS TO GO IS HORRIBLE! Let me start at the beginning, they supposedly sent their best guy out to measure our kitchen, he didn't measure it properly, his numbers were off by S E V E R A L inches. Our professional design was then also off but the thing is, the design was off by more inches than the "best guys" measurements. Our project had to be stopped, they had to rework the design and I got stuck with a significantly smaller cabinet which was not symmetrical to the other cabinets in the same run. The finish work is unacceptable in every way. There are large smashed mangled wood dents in the cabinet frames around the front edge where the cabinet opening is, there are significant dents in the wood doors and drawer fronts that they just paint over, they paint over all kinds of debris and it is sooo obviously noticeable. Much of the debris is sticking up out of the paint, it appears they just paint over small wood chips, sawdust, possibly some kind of metal shards, it's shockingly hideous. There is also blobs and "spits" of paint in their finished product. The paint on the back side of the door and drawer fronts has the texture and look of an orange peel. There are finger print smudges in some kind of nasty black/blue color on many of the door and drawer fronts that doesn't really wipe off. Also, M A N Y of the doors and drawer fronts are not cut straight, several edges look like they are attempting to replicate the tail wings on a 50's Chevrolet. The paint is peeling and chipping off the corners and it has a funky orange/brown color where it's chipped away and bled into the surrounding paint. Along the edges of the face of the doors and drawer fronts the paint is rough and textured. I wish I could say I was exaggerating but I'm not. I wish I could say customer service was helpful but they're not. I wish I could say the owner and CEO care but they don't. I wish I could say it was just one shipment that was was messed up but it isn't, we've been dealing with this for 11 and a half months and I have not received one acceptable door or drawer front for my kitchen. Cabinets To Go does not care, I have corresponded with and provided photos of the unacceptable product they have repeatedly sent us for almost one full year and all they do is send us more garbage product. They proudly display HGTV, FOOD NETWORK, EXTREME HOME MAKEOVER as well as other popular successful show logos on their commercials, printed fliers and website using the good reputation and fame of others to peddle their product. We will no longer quietly tolerate their business practices, in every state that they operate we will file complaints with the State BBB, Attorney General and have them investigated and exposed by the local investigative news stations. We will also be exposing their business practices to HGTV, FOOD NETWORK and the like and let them know how cabinets To Go is dirtying their reputation. If you have had a similar experience from Cabinets To Go I hope you take the time to inform the public. Cabinets To Go does not seem to provide a way for customers to post a review on their website, instead, THEY post a few favorable reviews that they have received. As a contractor have bought cabinets from here before with no problem. This time I have came in with homeowners so they can pick out there design. We get the design and we're told the pantry is out of stock right now, and will be in end of February. (ordered beginning of January 2021) homeowners agreed and we purchased. When it got close end of February the sales person said, "no I never said end of February." Even tho the homeowners were there. Long story short it's almost end of April and no word on the cabinet, the sales person won't reply to emails and the store seems to be dogging my calls. read more

We are trying to upgrade our kitchen in mall condo, we refinance and got money for upgrades. We stop by and talk to sales rep. After paying $100 for some one to come and measure kitchen and was told someone was going to contact with in 48 hrs to set appointment. It has been over a month and no one has call, we stop by in Kent location and we were told some was going to call soon. It has been a week and no news. Try to call and voice mail is full I wonder if is from angry customers? Very poor customer service, I'm going to have to drive to the Kent store and get my money back. If you're looking for inexpensive, quality cabinets and you have several months to wait on it, this is a great place to start. Michael set me up with a good order, and then the company completely fell off the ledge. There was very poor communication (no one called to tell me my cabinets were in - I had to call and ask), not all my cabinets arrived, holding up the whole project, and my hardware wasn't even shipped until over three weeks after I placed my order, and weren't slated to arrive until over a month after I placed my order. To top it off, Mariann (the store manager) actually yelled at me in the store when I showed up with my concerns, and Jason got in my face and tried to intimidate me. I want to believe that Michael was doing his best by me, but it's hard for him when the people he works with are awful. There are plenty of places to buy inexpensive cabinets. Go anywhere else. read more

Not good. This place is so wierd. It's seriously like they would prefer if people spent thousands of dollars elsewhere. They don't even try to sell to you. I had my own to scale blueprint and design with exact measurements and just needed a quote and couldn't even get that from them. Marianne is horrible. read more

I purchased over $2,000 worth of kitchen cabinets for a new kitchen in a rental I was renovating. The cabinets (the Fiori line) arrived as scheduled and didn't have any damage. The cabinet bases went together pretty easily, although the first one was difficult because the instructions were absolutely abysmal. They were obviously written in China where the cabinets are made and were incomplete, obsure and, in some cases, ambiguous. It was trial and error putting that first one together. I can't imagine the company is unaware of how bad the instructions are andbeyond me why they don't help their customers succeed by rewriting them. Anyway, the cabinets got put together. And then came the drawers. They made assembling the cabinets look like a walk in the park. Again, the instructions were horrendous with illustrations so small it was hard...really hard...to figure out how to attach the brackets to the back panel...this way up? No, maybe this way. But the fun was just beginning. The side rails are meant to snap into the brackets...just insert, push and SNAP, they're in. Yeah, well, some did, some didn't. Aligning the multiple tabs and plastic catches with their mates in the brackets was a exercise in patience, to be generous about it. But wait, there's more. We now had the backs attached to the sides and the bottom screwed in to hold everything together. In addition to the side rail there are one or two rods on each side that run from back to front...they serve to keep drawer contents in, and to secure the front of the drawer to the side rails, back and bottom. To accomplish this, plastic plugs need to be inserted inside each drawer front to attach the rods. While the instructions indicate that the only tool needed is a screwdriver, the fit of the plugs into the corresponding hole was so tight that I literally had to get out my hammer and POUND them into place. Of course, some got a little squished in the process but they looked like they'd do the job. More or less. Finally, we attached the front of the drawers to the sides (more clips) but found that in many cases, the rods were just a little too short to slide into place. I finally discovered a way of adjusting them that didn't make it into the instructions. Finally, the drawers were assembled. But wait, there's more. The base cabinets were installed by a licensed contractor, as was the counter top. Time to slide in the drawers. Now, remember this is a modular system...made without any variables ...everything the same..top drawers the same depth as bottom drawers, etc. Just slide them in, click, they're in place and look great...which they did not. Three out of 4 top drawers wouldn't close because they hit the counter top. The 4th drawer cleared the top and slide into place...except that it overlapped the bottom drawer. The top slider rails, in one case, scraped the finish off the top of the bottom drawer (you following all this?) Simply stated, the drawers didn't fit. Backtracking a little, there were two drawers that came without their brackets and side rods, so they remained unassembled and ultimately provided the answer as to why the drawers didn't fit. The holes drilled for the brackets that hold the fronts to the sides...were not in the same location. One drawer had holes drilled 1.5" from the bottom, the other 2.5". The very nice rep, Alex, was mystified and placed submitted a claim for me without protest, although I needed to send photos, which was understandable. That was the end of September, 2014. I'm posting this on January 7, 2015, more than 3 months later, having yet to receive anything whatsoever...not even the missing parts. It's fortunate I have very patient tenants because they've made do with cabinets without drawers, drawers that won't fully close and drawers that are inaccessible for over three months. I realize that writing this review is a sort of therapy...tell your story, let it go, move on...and I would...if I didn't have to call Cabinets to Go (Hi Alex, Hi Ted, it's me again) on a regular basis and if I had a kitchen that was fully functional at long last. This whole experience has been an unmitigated disaster. One star is generous. No stars is more accurate. I would NEVER recommend that anyone even consider buying their cabinets. You could be in for a lot of heartbreak. read more

What an amazing experience I worked with Randy at Kent Office. To say he was professional knowledgeable and personal is an understatement he was amazing again he made sure all our needs were met and we got a kitchen that was half the price of the box stores. The best part was he did all the work making sure we We're taking care of thank you so much for having such an amazing employee on your payroll he spent the time to make sure the cabinets that we chose would meet our needs. A neighbor of ours referred us here, and they did not disappoint. These are great cabinets at a great price! Michael helped us with our cabinet design and was extremely patient with my many changes and was all about making it my kitchen - never trying to upsell me or pressure me into choosing "his" way. It took awhile (my fault not his), but he helped me design my dream kitchen! I loved that he had a big screen TV hooked up to the computer so I could see everything he was doing with our kitchen design. Tips: They're a little slow returning emails - calling is your best bet. They don't carry rollout trays for all their cabinets, only certain sizes so you might have to buy some from another supplier. When picking up your order, they double check your order for you by looking at everything while it is wrapped up in plastic on a big pallet and then ask you to sign for it. If I could do it over again, I would double check the items myself as they were loading it. Luckily I was only missing one piece of scribe, (which I may not need), but it would have been much easier to take care of at the store than after I got home. I am one happy customer! BUYER BEWARE!! I have been robbed by CTG! they take your money and then don't deliver your cabinets. They accept your returns but don't send refunds. They refuse to give you an accounting of your order. we like so many others purchased cabinets (paid in full up front) that were never delivered. We waited months. Our white cabinets came in on time but we made a few exchanges - every time you pay upfront even if you're returning same item or are owed a refund. We had to call repeatedly, 6,7,8 times asking for our refunds. Only when we left a review on Yelp did we get a response. Got all of our cabinets but 1 and in white instead of gray but we are already months behind on our project. However CTG still refuses to give us an accounting of our order to show the refunds due to us and then had the nerve to ask us to pay upfront AGAIN for the cabinet they forgot!!! Nightmare. I have filed a complaint with BBB I recommend anyone getting the same treatment to do the same. Th let do not respect or appreciate their customers. read more
