The coffeeshop feels hidden as this Hippies Brew location is off an exit from Highway 92. Is the coffee and food still as tasty as I remembered? Yes. The names of the espresso drinks have an urban feel yet their drinks are not overly sweet. Unlike most coffeehouses there are not a lot of food items - as only three breakfast items are served. Yet I would counter the food at Hippies Brew is better than those places as the three items served here are hot. The McLovin Muffin is a small, hearty breakfast sandwich to start in the morning. If you want a filling breakfast I suggest the Freakin French Toast with egg and ham. Coffeeshops should have their own signature coffee. Most of the time I at Hippies Brew I would order a variation of white mocha like White Iverson or Yonce. However the Rick Ross with the cinnamon makes the drink taste like hot chocolate. After a couple of visits to this location I can see myself coming to Hippies Brew again.
