I went with my bf so he can get a car Rafiki was the sell person. This dude did not care at all. We informed him the tire was low on the car, he told my bf that he could go fix it himself. When was a precursor for what was to come. BF brought the car on Saturday, this was a last resort, the car broke down on Wednesday we called the dealership to pick up the car as he was literally down the street, no one helped( they told him they would send a tow truck it was never sent), we then used AAA to tow the car back to the dealership where they proceeded to give him the run around. Rafiki stated for my bf to call the finance department the finance department told the to deal with the dealership, this went back and forth about 4-5times until finally the finance department stated they would have the car checked out. The car did not get addressed until the next day. When they stated it was a bad battery, which is usually a quick fix just a battery replacement, but no it takes a whole another day for the battery . During this process no one cared at all. They could have took him in a room to try and figure things out but no they just did not care! He tried to explain the importance of it all, as he is the sole provider of his child and it is necessary for his work. No care and no accommodation for selling the junk car that broke down in 4days. RUUUNNNN... they offer short term loans which add on a ton of $ in interest. I test drove two cars and it's obvious they don't even bother to detail or clean them. Both cars had warning lights on the dash. The 1st car had the door panel partially falling off and dude said "we just put the gps in there" okay? And you don't fix it properly? Then the 2nd car had the tire sensor light on but brand new tires. I told them I wouldn't be comfortable driving off with that bc I would have to get the sensor placed and that would be an additional cost. They claimed they can't do anything more but knock off $200 of the price. The cars are high mileage, crap condition. I couldn't walk out of there knowing I'd be stuck with a POS car. Save your money and go buy from a private seller. Also, your credit score genuinely does not matter, they will get you with a high APR no matter what. read more

If I could leave a Zero rating, I would! My father has severe dementia, that being said they allowed him to buy a vehicle from them knowing he was "mentally off" as the sales guy told me. First off my father was sold a truck for 18k. The KBB is valued at between 9300 and 13450. They charged him 17999.00 at least 4k over kbb value. My father put down 10 thousand still owing 8k. They gave him an interest rate of 25%. When I-went to Cactus jacks in Avondale and spoke with the sales manager, he told me we could turn the truck in, but would not cancel the sale. I went through corporate and was told the same. I understand there a business and need to make money, so I offered to sell it back for the 8 grand he owes. I figured he would have no payments and they could resell the vehicle and make a little on top. I was told they don't want it, he has to live with it. The people there don't care anything about you and the customer service is crap. Stay away at all costs! O yea, the 18k truck is a piece of junk. Makes noise, has a broken bumper and huge crack on the windshield. The only person that would purchase a vehicle for this amount is one that's not all there in their mind. If you have a cactus jacks vehicle: you have a gps tracker installed in your vehicle. It's not in the contract so you cannot get in trouble for disabling it. Just go to YouTube and look up how to reconfigure the wires and remove the tracker from your car. read more

I went to this junkyard asked for a vehicle i had seen online...price was 13995 got quoted by a very nice young man..he said I'll be putting a down payment of 2000 and be paying $213 monthly. He said I should come the following day since they had ordered a battery for the vehicle. Come the following day i find some grumpy ol guy that gave me a quote of $214*104 payments totaling to over 22000 and that's without some other fees and registration nonsense he was mumbling. We got our car from this place six months and 15 days ago. Our cars engine exploded and had to be totalled out because they didn't disclose all the information about this vehicle. Now we have to pay more than the car is even worth to repair it, and they refuse to admit it was their fault and take care of their customer because it is only 15 days past the warranty. Bottom line, do not go to this place. I was shopping for cars and just looking around. I did however have a nice size down payment just in case I was to find anything while looking. I came in and talked to an older heavy set shorter guy. Right off the back, he seemed uninterested. (Strike 1) I then told him I was just shopping around and wanted to know what options I would have based on how much I put down. He asked me how much money I had to put down. I told him and then asked if he could show me cars that would be in that range. Here's what put me from 0-60 in a flash. He swiveled his chair around and POINTED to cars in a general area. -_- (strike 2) who in their right mind as a car salesmen points toward the cars!? Why would you not get up and take me to see the vehicles and have a one on one experience and be friendly to someone that is giving you their money for the shitty cars you offer. Strike 3 for me happened after I left the lot. I started to tell people about my experience there. Seeing how I'm new to AZ. wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go here. all the good reviews are fake, they ask you to do one before you leave. i purchased a buick lacrosse right off the show room floor inside, the only vehicle they had with less than 100,00 miles. next day i found an oil leak. had to wait the weekend to take it to their designated auto shop"true fix because they are closed on weekends. the mechanic at truefix told me they repaired the leak, changed the oil and returned the vehicle the same day. within 5 weeks my motor blew out due to internal failure caused by lack of oil. they had my car for two weeks to replace the motor and i had to pay the $299 deductable tied along in their warranty. they refused to give me the documents supporting the work done and were very rude at true fix. they also broke my windshield and had me chasing them another week for them to replace it. now one week later the check engine light is on again and the vehicle is stalling. i've only had this car 2 months with all these problems. all of this time i've had to continue paying the biweekly car note and pay other sources to get me to work and my children to school. no sympathy, no compassion, no integrity at "cactus jacks" or the mechanic they use "truefix" buyers beware you have been warned read more
