Buyer beware! This tour company is the king of bait and switch and upselling. We paid for 3 single and 1 double ATV. We got there and only the really small and manual ones were included for that price. They wanted us to pay an extra $85 per vehicle for automatic ones. Or, we could get 2 doubles and a single. We had to so basically paid $100 more than we should have. Then they sell you on their insurance. Get this, I heard them a customer that "if the atv has a mechanical breakdown or flat tire, then they'll bring them another atv with the insurance." I was appalled and knew right that moment this was a sham operation! Dear sir, IF YOUR vehicle breaks down you're going to replace it with or without insurance. Smh. The actual tour was just fine, I have to admit. The tour guides really tried to get the group excited and geeked, but it's hard when you feel like you've been had and many people in the group was expressing their disdain for check in experience. When we got back we filled out a paper survey. I noted the very good and very bad parts of my experience. I noticed that he separated my survey from others and when i walked away tore it up, so whatever 3rd party agency who collects and publish survey results for them are getting skewed submissions. Our group booked this ATV tour (plus lunch) via Airbnb and were highly disappointed with the experience. We booked the 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. slot a week in advance. To start, our 9:30 a.m. pickup was 20 minutes late, and once we finally arrived to the site around 10:30 a.m., we were met with the up-charges mentioned in the other reviews. We did not start our tour until 11:45 a.m., and unfortunately one of our group members was split up from us because the establishment did not account for the correct amount of semi-automatic ATVs for the larger group. This meant they were forced to upgrade 5/6 of us to automatic, but one member had to struggle with the semi-automatic (we should have all had the same accommodations regardless). Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. We ended the tour at 1:45 p.m. (45 minutes past schedule), and when we got off the ATVs, our guide told us that the shuttle to transport us back to our rental would be leaving in 40 minutes. In theory, that would have given us enough time to retrieve our personal items and eat the food that we prepaid for as part of the experience. To our surprise, the shuttle was not 40 minutes away. In fact, it left at 1:45 p.m. without us being notified. Trying to get information from this staff was pointless. The entire setup was extremely disorganized, the transportation organizers were nowhere to be found, with several other groups of customers in the same boat. We were told that we could speak to a manager but never got to because he was at lunch. None of the other staff knew what was going on, and we ultimately did not leave until 3:25 p.m. (almost two hours after the completion of our tour). The only helpful staff members were Nicole and Annie, however it took hours to get to that point. The afternoon was nothing but chaos and confusion, which was extremely disappointing as it was our last day in Cabo. We lost almost 3 hours of our trip due to poor management on their part, and we were not offered any type of compensation for our inconvenience. We bought our ATV event through our concierge at the Westin. If you choose this company, be prepared for the following: - Private tour included shuttle transportation and a $25 parking fee. When we arrived, the parking fee was stated per person, but didn't say that on the invoice. They shrugged and said to take it up with the concierge. - Private tour guides will not take any photos. This was only shared after we started our event. - The insurance charges were $25 per child, $45 per adult. $1000 USD deposit required without insurance. - Bandanas to protect against dust are sold separately ($10-17 each). - One of our kids was scared and changed his mind on a private vehicle. No refund given. We asked for a credit apply to photos, but they offered ~30% off instead. - The trail itself is very tame. - Driving single file, straight line only is tightly enforced. My 10 year old enjoyed driving an ATV, so that was the highlight. The ride itself was appropriate for his age. The ATV portion was fun and worth 4 stars. HOWEVER, they upsell you on EVERYTHING!! You are not allowed to take your phone camera unless you get a private tour, so for me and my wife and 2 kids it was an additional $150. You ask why I paid for private rour because to buy their pictures it is $20 PER picture so if I wanted to buy 7 pictures it would be same cost as going private and I can take my cell to take pictures. Then they scare you to buy $35 insurance per atv. After this there is a tequila tasting. Tried a tequila and they said you can't get this in the USA and the bottle is $150. I do a quick search online and the bottle is $80 in the USA. This place is a complete scam and a tourist trap because it is so far out of town you end up paying to not ruin your trip. This place was so disappointing. We paid 109 for the 2hour camel ride tequila tasting and tacos. First off upon arrival the front desk girl Damaris was rude. Then Carla who issued us a locker when asked a simple question as to where I can purchase a turbine she rolled her eyes as she was so annoyed by the question. I asked her if it's a language issue if so I can speak Spanish to her. Everyone here was rude. I took my go pro and they said I couldn't take it unless I used it with a harness. Another eye roll. I had the clip to be hands free. Our guide saved that trip. He was funny and helpful. So the camel ride is actually only about 20 mins the tequila tasting is only 2 small shots. God forbid you ask for another tequila to taste. And then the tacos they we nasty. Veggies may have gone bad. I do not recommend this place. read more

MY TOUR GUIDE BREAK CHECKED ME 4 times, once when I was drifting a corner, ABSOLUTE DISREGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE! Zero accommodations for experienced riders, Eduardo the guide should be at least fired or reprehended. The check in staff tried to charge us 55USD for a upgrade everyone got anyways. I've given this place an5 star before and I will take it back, as a frequent Cabo's traveler, this will not be a place I would take my friends or business partners again, I do not feel safe nor do they have any business conducting the tours in such manner. I was promised faster ATV's and a more personal guide last time, this was absoutly a scam/ tourist trap in the location, try another tour please. Save your money, plus they charge 20$ a photo . Additionally, there was no accommodations for our group, regardless of who we asked, the promised tour was not even a thing! The view was beautiful tho, if you're just going for a tour/ go see the sunset, I'd say go for it, but the safety of the staff and the experience I received this visit completely ruined my Cabo's experience. Horrible business! We were picked up near our lodging and taken on an odyssey all over the outlying area to pick up other people. I honestly was starting to get a little unsettled because the driver kept going further and further out. Eventually we got to the place where our adventure was to begin. It looked nice, the equipment looked good, we were ready to go! Then the checkin began with an immediate hard upsell attempt. I really, really do not like attempts to upsell. The utv experience was not what was represented, and to get the experience we wanted and what was touted was (conveniently) a lot more money. Next were scare tactics to get us to buy their insurance protection (we will call the police if there is an accident, and you will be responsible). We were told that we had to give a CC number if we declined their insurance. Then we were told that there was an additional fee ($25 per person, US cash only) to go out. After very reluctantly shelling out extra, we go to get set up for the tour. Then, we are told that we cannot have our personal belongings, including phones, with us, but we can leave them in some lockers. That was it, we went back and stated that the entire experience from start to finish was a complete misrepresentation of what we were supposed to be buying. They claimed none of the money could be refunded, not even the cash given to them, for the park we never set foot in. Complete scam. A group of 12 of us bought this with our resort. What started at $90 per person + $25 park entrance fee ended up being way more expensive than planned. In the shuttle they arrange for you, they have a short video that promotes the safety. Along with that, there's a brochure that states the different UTVs: 55hp, 150hp and 450hp. Once we got there, we were all excited to get to our UTV since we all watched the fast one (who wouldn't?). Upon getting to the register, we tell the cashier we want to do the turbo ones. We were told the standard was the 55hp but if we want the other ones, it's either an additional $200 or $450 charge, which also includes a private tour and the use of our cell phones. Obviously, we didn't want to pay more so we chose the standard. We then had to pay an additional $45 per vehicle for insurance or if we opt to not do the insurance, we would have to leave a credit card on file for any damages that could be done. We also had the option to pay ANOTHER $10 for personal injury insurance along with a waiver declining the insurance. Once you're done with the registration, they walk you over to the gift shop where they tell you that because of the dirt, you should purchase either a turban for $17 or a mask for $10. You then proceed with the free lockers where you have to put your phone and all belongings as they are not allowed unless you upgraded your vehicle and got the private guide. Once you cross the fun, but yet sketchy bridge you finally get told the rules: No drifting, no going over the speed limit (45-50mph), you must remain in a straight line and no racing. Then you finally get your ride. Our tour guide, Victor was alright. Nothing too exciting. We drove to the camels which was included in our trip and got that over with. Finally, we are able to ride around. The ride mostly consists on boring ocean rides and an occasional bumping ride. He stopped to talk to our group as some of us were "drifting" and he claims his buddies (the people driving around to take your photos) saw them. At the end, we returned our helmets and then he asked us to leave a tip. Clearly we didn't have our things, so we didn't do this until we got back to the lockers. There's a place in the area that has some bomb ass tacos and burritos. Probably the only reason why I'm giving this two stars. We we were sitting down, our tour guide once again came up to us and asked for a tip. We gave him $20 and still asked for more! We ended the trip with the tequila tasting which I'm assuming was good per my friends since I don't drink tequila. Now, here's the catch. Since you weren't able to take your phones, you got no photos. Hence the guys following you around. I asked the lady at the photo center to look at them and she pulled up the file. I pulled out my phone to let me group know we have the photos and she immediately shut the screen down and yelled "no photos". I told her I wasn't taking any, just texting my group and she put the photos up with the watermark. No big deal. I asked how much for the photos and she stated $175 for the whole roll or $20 per photo. SCAM. We all laughed and asked where our shuttle was. Overall, one star for the whole experience and I was nice enough to give them another star for the tacos/burritos. read more

Amazing activities company in Cabos San Lucas! I booked a camel ride from this company in a small booth on downtown by a man name Carlos for a camel ride that cost only $40 per person. I got the best deal since this is a pandemic times and no one is traveling. The car came us up at my resort and drives us to the Cactus ATV tours location which is about 30 minutes. This places covers mostly ATV rides but also horses and camel rides. You have to pay for the park fees which is additional $20. I guess the fee is to protected and services for the animals. Once entered, they will took you for a ride to the camel area. On the way there, they explained a history and information of the camel in this area. It was interested learning about Camel history and how they can breed 3 times of their lifetimes. The Camel ride is only about 30 minutes walked on the beach. You can also choose private ride but it will be more fun with groups. After the rides, you can takes picture with the camel. The best part of the ride is the drone that used to capture you and made a video out of it. We were able to deal a package of all the picture and videos for $120 for 4 person. Overall, it was super fun and an experience once a lifetimes! Worth every penny of it!! read more

We ran into other groups from other companies who allowed Their guest to have their phones and you could definitely see the difference in energy levels. They got to fully enjoy their self verses me and my group who couldn't take pictures or videos of nothing we saw. Felt like we were in some type of boot camp with the things we couldn't do! 2. The secrecy ! We would ask questions and they act like they could not give us an direct answer. We asked how much are pictures they guy act like he couldn't tell us till aftert the tour. Like it was going to make some kind of difference. He only took pictures he wanted to take so it wasn't like knowing the price was going to change his picture taking. We met another family who we went on our tours with great people they made what fun we had! She came to talk to me at the end about pictures and he guy ran over as if she was giving me classified information on their government. Telling her not to discuss anything with me ! She informed me how much the pictures were and he said it's different prices for everyone... why ? Then as she walked off he literally gave me the exact same price she gave me ! When I said something he denied it! 3. We can't have our phones but we can be offered to buy weed by the same workers denying us our phone how ? Is that part of the job description ? 4. despite reading all the awful reviews, i decided to book the 2x1 tour - camels and atv riding. the shuttle said they would come at 11:30 and they were right on time, we made 2 stops to pick up other groups but after that the drive to the place was only 30 minutes. the facility is huge. we waited in line 15 minutes to check in. in total after $25/person for a park fee and $35 for insurance our total was $285 (with out tip or food or pictures) you have to put everything in a locker, u don't really have a choice a worker is standing there watching and makes you. i was scared to leave my stuff but it ended up being fine. we got helmets and rode atvs to the beach. our guide Luis was very sweet and made the tour fun! we then got off the atvs to ride the camels which was cool but the ride was only 15 minutes, maybe 20 at most. you then take pictures with camels and feed them carrots. then we rode atvs for probably 30/40 minutes following the guide which was fun. there are photographers following you all around taking pictures the whole time. once you get back you get to try 3 types of tequila per person in a little baby shot glass but it was fun. after this we wanted to get back to resort asap but we had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle so we got food at the little place there and it was pretty good and cheap. we didn't even bother looking at the pictures tho since they are 20 for one or like 100 for all or something like that. overall: took about 4.5 hours in total but was fun if you have never rode a camel or went atving but i def wouldn't do it again or say it's a must do read more

Definitely one of the best ATV & Horseback Tours I have ever taken. We sprung a little extra to have a private tour and we were paired with the best tour guide Bruno! He was awesome and reviewed all of the safety procedures with us and made sure we were comfortable and ok during the entire 2 hour experience. The horses he provided were well trained and had great personalities. I felt confident the entire tour that I wasn't going to fall and could handle my horse. We took lots of pictures and had many opportunities to enjoy the scenery. Then we changed clothes and rode the ATVs - at first my ATV kept shutting off on me but then he upgraded me to a bigger and faster ATV. As an experienced rider I had the time of my life riding on the beach. Such a beautiful and fun experience. I strongly recommend this tour to anyone looking for some adventure with gorgeous views & be sure to ask for Bruno! He is the best! P.S - Definitely stop by the free Tequila Tasting bar - I purchased the Passion Fruit Tequila to bring back home but it was gone in 2 days. Super yummy! read more

Bought tickets from one of the the guys at the airport in Los Cabos. Anyways. We bought the combo package of razor and camel excursion. When we bought the tickets, we werent told there was a $20 USD fee per person for entering the "park". They upcharge u and encourage u to buy more horsepower. $195 per person to upgrade from the basic razor and it includes insurance. For the basic razor we paid for, the insurance is optional $45 USD or else they charge ur credit card $750 USD deposit if the vehicle doesnt come back in the same condition. If even a scratch got on it, you be liable for the damage. Ours had so many cracks, scratches, damage, idk how they would have honestly kept an eye on it. We were put in a tour a mexican natives while we were a biracial couple. The mexican natives were taught how to put there seatbelts on and how the vehicle including how to start it. We got nothing. We didnt even get our seatbelts checked before we went. My boyfriend had watched videos beforehand on how the razors r driven, so once on the course, we saw little hills on the side that he rode on (mind u there tire marks all over) and trued hard to keep up with the tour guide who was on an ATV. the camel ride was cool. Wish we had gotten better pictures but the mexican couple had a TON more than we did. Before leaving the the camel to get back in the razors, the guide Filippe? Yelled at the guys for driving too fast anf too crazy. There was no briefing beforehand to tell us how to drive. He just showed us tbe hand signals they us to communicate with us during the tour. So on The razor tour, my boyfriend drove slowly as instructed by the instructor. We still got in trouble. He came up to us to yell at us and never let my boyfriend get a word in. He told him to shut up while my boyfriend tried to defend himself since the instructor had told them "this is a family tour" and he needed to slow down. He said "i know kids like you!!" So i feel like he judged us from the beginning. Not knowing my boyfriends background of driving these off road vehices. We paid $50USD to have our cellphones on the tour to take pictures (even though they say when u regisger that u cant take ur cellphones. Only handfree cameras). When we were brought to the lockers, thats when a worker offered us the $50 to have our cellphones. Then if u want the pictures u pay the diiference of. the staff member never offered to use our cellphones while taking pics on the tour. It was $104 USD to have all of the pictures on a usb drive. $20 USD per picture if u want individual prints. FYI their conversion rate for credit cards was $21 USD per 1 peso. The going rate at this time is less. I questioned it but they didnt care. They have a huge land. I hope they take care of all their animals properly. What a scam...We signed up to do horseback riding and if we had it to do over again, we wouldn't have chosen this company. It's a money factory with poor service and extremely overpriced product. The cost of the park is not included in your price. The only thing included is the shuttle and the actual activity. Not even water is included... Also, expect to wait an hour at least to take your shuttle back. They want to starve you so that you will pay for food and drinks while waiting as they stalk you to buy photos for $20 a piece! We had a 2 hr activity but all in all, it took 5 hrs! Now to the actual activity. My fiancé and I did horseback riding and they said beginners were fine but we got basically no direction, my horse bit my fiancé's horse, kept stopping to eat, and the guide was way out in front. When I asked for help, he yelled at me to not let my horse eat and kick him! The 2 hrs could not have ended fast enough. Please give your money to another company. We have had fabulous experiences elsewhere in Cabo and know that this is not the norm. read more

When we got there, the front desk pressured us into getting the insurance ($35/each) and upgrade to the "side-by-side" ATVs ($70). After we had expressed our concerns that the booking guy told us we had automatic ATVs, she lowered the upgrade to $60. At that point we were just annoyed and got the upgrade but not the insurance. She tried again to sell us the insurance this time lowering it. It's not necessary and if you decline you'll have to put a credit card on file. New bandanas are an extra $5/each. I'm sure you can get the price lower if you tried. Photos are $40 for 2 person vehicle and $60 for 4 person vehicle. We didn't purchase cause they were mediocre. For this past Monday I reserved a trip on a glass bottom boat to be taken to the arch lovers island but instead I got given the same tour I had already been given to the same place around the arch and back I bought three different getaways all three were the same thing to the arch and back the last one that I booked I was informed that we would be dropped off at the beach to hang out for a couple hours and then the boat would be back for us well unfortunately it wasn't nothing of what they stated I was very disappointing and let's not talk about the ATV ride and camel ride I was promised a camel ride plus ATVs with dinner well I only received the camel ride and forget about trying to get help while you're at the location with some thing you pay for because everyone doesn't know anything I don't recommend itIf you can book in the US your trips please do so there's such a rip off over there. read more

Amahl was a great guide and the tour itself was amazing. But everything else surrounding it was a terrible experience. First, we bought into all the upgrades. No issue there but there wasn't even water available except to purchase. We were hot, tired and my husband was starting to feel faint. Despite being advised the shuttle would be by it was almost an hour before we were allowed on. We realize this was to ensure we purchase pictures. Which we did. Unfortunately after paying $104 for the photos on a flash drive, when we got back to hotel and plugged usb drive into a laptop, the folder was empty. This 2 hour excursion took 5 hours, we bought pictures that somehow didn't load onto the usb. So unhappy with everything except Amahl. We paid in usd $190 for original booking + $180 in upgrades + $150 for private tour + $104 for digital pics. No water, no digital photos to even show for our adventure read more

Be prepared when you arrive to get hit with upswell after upswell. Arrived with my family to ride ATVs for $65 each and they tried hard to sell insurance (What you do not need because you have to stay in a single file line and varies small chance anything will happen), $25 more for automatic, $50 more for private group ++*. If I would have given in the $170 turns into $400. Then if you say no They make you sign a credit card slip basically saying they can charge anything they want if Something Happens. People in our group totally ran into each other and the guys really didn't even care. The guys were good but four of the ATVs ran out of gas two of them kept quitting on us so the two hour tour turned into almost 3 hours. We ended up missing our dinner reservations later that night. AUGUST 13th Long drive to get here when we booked with our hotel then we go to check in and the staff was rude and incompetent first he insulted my friend by saying there's a 230 lb weight limit and brought us over to the scale that used kilos and even though she and I were both well under 200lbs.. 2nd issue there's a hold for the single rider atvs to charge $790 ins but when he charged my credit card it charged as a SALE I basically bought an atv in Mexico!! Then he had to call a manager to refund me and charge me AGAIN but as a hold. Sounds like a scam to me ( finally after a week my bank gave me back my money) he writes our ticket for 3pm even though it was basically 4pm after all the card issues then we decided to go bathroom and eat and we wait over 45 min till I ask multiple staff members for help and they were very dismissive. Finally we got our tour guide and at least he was funny and took care of us on the atvs except when we got to the horses they were Very skittish from the thunder and lighting so we had to turn back early my friend was afraid she'd be thrown off the horse! Ok here's my review about cactus tours! I know there's other tours available but our hotel booked through them. I'll give you the pros and cons PROS: 1.They have a cool VIP lounge upstairs and the van was super clean and easy picking you up and dropping you off at the hotel. No extra charge! 2. They have a huge selection of atvs can am and quads! 3. Big clean environment and the mandatory tequila tasting was a cool touch at the end. CONS: 1. Get ready to be up sell on everything!! $20 per person to enter the state park which was not a surprise I was told that before hand. 2. Insurance was $75 for the atv they want you to pay $10 for health insurance which I waved. 3. No phones or cameras are allowed which they take pictures for you and try to sell for $80 for a thumb drive. 4. The tour is super slow and boring if you get a 4 seater you need the private tour or you won't get the full experience of the can and. 5. The private tour is $250 ‍ Your best bet is to get a guide and pull him to the side lol and take care of him "big tip" so he can take you on a private tour. If I didn't get the private tour and stayed with the group I would of seriously been pissed to rent a can am for $450 for 2hours driving 30mph. The private tour was a one on one wild ride we hit high speeds on the beach and it was a blast my brother in law thought he was going to die lol!! I did an hour and a half ATV tour. I had never done one before so I was very excited. In the past, I've rented ATVs and return them later. What I personally didn't liked about the tour was the fact that we had to go in a single line, i couldn't ride side by side with my bf. They also don't allow any personal photos or videos since they want to sell you the ones they take of you. The person at the front counter tried her best to get us to pay for an insurance saying that if something happened to the ATV we could end up paying up to $7,000 USD. Extra fees: $20.00 entry only $25-$50 for insurance $100.00 for photos PLUS the tour price I did however, enjoyed the jokes and good energy of 1 of the 2 guys giving us the tour. The guy at the bar was also really nice! And the place is actually pretty clean!! Tip: The guy who gave us the tour told us that the camel ride is actually really boring! read more

They definitely upsell the vehicles. It's not worth it, we spent nearly $300 to get a Canam x3 which was suppose to be fun and fast. Unfortunately your tour guide will only be going 15mph in front of you on an atv. 03/04/2017- Hands down the best tour I have ever experienced. My bf and I loved every minute of this tour. I don't know if you can request your tour guide but if you can definitely ask for Enselmo (he is pretty awesome). The pick up: We were staying at Fiesta Americana Grand and when we booked this tour the pick up from our hotel was included. We were picked up around 9:45am and we got to cactus tour around 10:20. The process was pretty simple, we got in line to go over our rental and they offered us optional insurances (prices vary, our rental was at $45 min). Anyways after this process we then got our helmets. We rented a locker to leave our backpacks in (only 100 pesos deposit which you get back when you return the locker key). Oh the best part is you are allowed to bring your go pro or any camera (but of course they just advice for you to be careful since it's a bumpy ride and things might fall out of the atv). The tour: We past through dirt roads with some cacti and vegetation in the beginning of the tour. So much fun going down and up the hills. Our favorite part is driving by the water. It was about 87 degrees when we started the tour and the breeze from the beach felt amazing. We stopped by some vegetation and we got to learn more about the place. We learned a little bit of Cabo history here which was great. Before the tour ended we were able to stop by and relax right by the beach after for about 15-20 minutes. The cool part is we were able to see sting rays jumping out of the water while resting right by the beach (I never even knew sting rays can do that). Bottom line I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Ask for Enselmo if you can. But I'm sure everybody is super nice and knowledgeable here. read more

This is not in reference to the young lady who was making the quesadillas or the gentlemen who guided the tours for us. This review references the organization itself/the lady at the front desk. Be prepared for HIDDEN fees that they throw your way upon arrival. While we were originally told that collision insurance was "optional", this was not true. You will be asked to leave a security deposit of $500 pesos per person- they will FAIL to mention that this is non-refundable. You can leave your card information with them as well but I did not trust her/the organization with this information. I understand that being a tourist comes with fees but the lack of transparency, the $2000 pesos price for pictures, and the extra money that was charged on top of the original balance is disappointing. Ps. If you're still going to go, you can sneak in your phone. Just don't let the guides see you. Paying that much for pictures isn't worth it. read more

My wife and I had a blast! We have been coming to Cabo for 15 years and never tried it. Our guide was Carlos, he was chill! great personality! thought it was going to be boring, people following each other in a line on Atv's. Once Carlos saw we had a high skill level he took us on a great track up some old dry creek beds hills curves. We stoped deep in the desert,and they gave us a tour of the local plants, very cool. The last leg was on the beach gorgeous! They have photographers taking pictures which you can view and buy at the end. Also there is food, snacks, and beer and Tequila when its over! This is one thing you should definitely do while in Cobo!! Loved it! read more

Some of the highlights of our Cabo trip was with Cactus ATV Tours. We visited 2 days (camel riding and ATV). The first day, we arrived a little late for camel riding but they were very accommodating. The tour guide was great and we were able to get some great photos with the camel. We rode along the beach and the views were amazing. Afterwards, we were served authentic Mexican food and pure juices. We were also able to do a tequila tasting after we ate. We were there for a few hours and we enjoyed every minute. The second day we came back for ATV riding and again, the tour guides were amazing. We rode along the beach but we were also able to ride on some hilly areas and rougher terrain. We were able to do another tequila tasting as well. They had a small cafe on the property and plenty of people if we needed assistance. They were practicing social distancing and everybody had on masks. I would 100% recommend. read more

Our guides and the fact that there were actually ATVs to ride were probably the only positive things I can say for this place. You are bussed 30 mins out of town to their property in which they harass you to pay for addition insurance on your vehicle and to have a private tour. Also hidden park fees per person that they don't tell you about ahead of time and leave out the fact that you CANT take your own photos because they have photographers there they want you to buy over priced photos from. They also don't tell you that your bus doesn't return right away so they in turn, hold you hostage for an hour after your ride to try to sell you tequila and eat their terrible food. Overall, this place is a perfect example of why you never leave your hotel. I would post photos but they literally didn't let us take any as soon as we got on property. read more

I'm giving five stars to our guide of our private tour Leonardo (Leo) was amazing! We had a lot of fun on the razor tour by the beach at sunset time! The only thing is that I think it's overpriced and it's a bummer that they don't let you take your cellphone cause there's beautiful and interesting things,like Leo explained is about the cactuses and trees etc. But no camera there's a photographer of course they want you to buy their pictures but come on! Anyways amazing time for sure! Ask for Leo as your tour guide he rocks! read more

This was so much fun! My boyfriend and I did horseback riding and ATV's. They provide a locker, there is tequila tasting, a full bar, and food for purchase. I highly recommend this place! The horses were in amazing condition!! Well fed, groomed, and their hooves are well maintained. Very well behaved, so calm and sweet! They also take pictures of your tours, be advised they dont allow you to bring cameras of any kind. They do, however, take you down to the beach area..amazing views!! Super big waves crashing on the rocks makes for excellent photos! Cesar was a fantastic guide! Maybe next time we will try the camel rides. read more

I had a blast doing this on my trip to Cabo. Basically, they take you through the dessert, ride along the beach, stop to take pictures overlooking the water, and a cactus demonstration in the dessert. Never did anyone comment on us taking pictures or anyone in our group for that matter. Guides were friendly and funny and made sure we had a blast. Only drawback is they keep you in a single file line and not everyone is crazy about going fast or having fun so if you get stuck behind one of those people you have to flag down a guide and ask to go ahead of them. Found that frustrating at times. Let's not kid ourselves. It's a tourist attraction and these guides work for tips. If you think the service was up to par, take care of them! read more
