I had CAD Pest control service our house for spiders and mice twice. The first time, less than two years ago, they did such a good job spraying all around the outside, in the garage and the crawl space, that I did not need to have them come back. I called for service again the end of July 2019 and this time the person did not spray in the garage and spend perhaps 5 minutes in the crawl space. When I questioned him he said he sprayed outside, around the house. I accepted his explanation but one month later we had spiders in the house again. I called the company and receptionist explained that CAD guarantees their work for TWO WEEKS ONLY, but she would speak to the owner and call me back. Several days later, she called back with the same response. What business charges $400 and guarantees their work for only two weeks?? read more

C A D just came out to remove a wasp nest from my front porch. The entire interaction with them was first class. The lady I spoke to over the phone was pleasant and professional, and got the job scheduled and estimated quickly and efficiently. Bobby the pest control tech was just the same, pleasant and professional, and took a few minutes after completing the removal to answer my questions about how to deal with the wasp invasion we are having this year. Great experience from my initial call for service. My tech Chris was great, very very knowledgeable in my ant problem and explained why and how they work. When I called Cad's Pest Control last week they were eager to help us! The customer service woman was prompt, organized, and very kind. She was helpful with knowing how their services are provided, and who the Pest Control technician would be. When I had called the pest control company the woman was able to tell me the exact prices which was nice it didn't allow for any balloon opportunities to arise. It was 60 to spray our entire outside of our home in the perimeter, and $20 to do the interior of our home. My wife also wanted the underneath of our home sprayed as well which cost us $40 which wasn't a problem as my wife is completely satisfied with Cad's pest control. The company also followed up with a courtesy email, confirming the time and the location of service. Christian, the young gentleman that came to our home was very kind. We had asked while on the phone with customer service if they could give us a courtesy call before they arrived. They arrived just at 10 AM calling 10 minutes prior, which was amazing, because they were right on time. Christian our technician reconfirmed the procedure in which he would doing our home. He was very appropriately kind and genuine, answering all of our questions that concerned us about our little kitty Marley. (Which Christian said: There's no harm once it's dried) he did an excellent job! Would highly recommend this establishment- easy, quick and met all the expectations we wanted! read more

This is the best pest control business in Reno/Sparks, Carson city area by far! The most knowledgeable staff and super friendly professional service for sure. I have used them for about 10 years now. When we purchased our current home a couple of years ago Greg did a termite inspection for us, we had no termites but he did discuss a couple small things that we should get repaired sooner than later that the home inspector didn't even note in his report nor even mention to us. They were not major things and not required to close on the home but definitely helpful suggestions. After bringing bed bugs into the house from a comforter from Walmart and attempting to fight them on my own for months spending a ton of money on products from Amazon I gave up and called CAD. Christian came out and treated our home. First of all Christian is a phenomenal man, he's polite, professional and thorough. His hard working efforts fumigated our home of bed bugs. Do not use this company. They will quote a price over phone and change it when they come out. They upped the price from $145 to $225. I should have sent the guy home but we needed it sprayed because we were going on vacation the next day. We had more spiders and ants after they sprayed than before. I called 13 days later to inform them we still had ants. They sent the guy out 10 days later to treat again. 1 week later we still have ants. Called them and they said the guarantee period was up. The guarantee was 14 days This company is under new ownership and the customer service is terrible. I think they sprayed water or honey instead of poison. AVOID. AVOID. I bet the person who thought these bad reviews were FUNNY works for this BAD company. read more

It is long overdue review. We have used CAD for five years .They are highly professional and very friendly with products that flat out work. We get many compliments on our beautiful trees and lack of weeds. No pressure ever applied to do more than what we ask from them. I may change my rating later. But this is for now. I called last week to set up an inspection. I got a call back fairly quickly to schedule(which is confusing, why can't you schedule me while I'm on the phone when I call the first time?) and they left a voicemail with a tentative appointment. I called back after hours the same day, left a message saying that the time they provided would work. That was Friday. Monday(yesterday), I recieved no call back confirming. The reason I chose this company is the ability to pay with Paypal. I made the payment for the inspection already through Paypal (in hindsight, possibly unwise..) and in the message section for the payment I asked for a confirmation call regarding the payment. Payment processed, and no call. Today I called again, and again I was told I would recieve a call back for scheduling (apparently no record of my appt or first call, since the receptionist needed ALL of my information again). This time no call back. Tomorrow at 830 was the appt time left on voicemail for me, and the time I confirmed with a message to them. I guess I'll see if they show up tomo morning... read more

CAD came out and sprayed, the tech broke our water line. They fixed it quickly, however 2 weeks later it broke and flooded our crawl space. I called them and they paid in FULL for the repairs!, Our water was off and they had enough integrity to correct their mistake,. I would recommend this company all day everyday.
