When we raised these concerns with the school, we did not feel they were addressed appropriately. Additionally, we observed that the front office staff, particularly Karla, did not greet us as they did with other parents, and the teachers were often unwelcoming. On multiple occasions, our daughter was sent home in soiled clothing. We ultimately decided to withdraw our child from the school. Upon leaving, we were escorted out by Karla without any acknowledgment or thanks. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this school to families of color. We hope sharing our story helps others make an informed decision. We were also paying over $350 per week for tuition which is insane.

Each teacher and room has its own unique experience and they definitely helped prepare our children for kindergarten. The teachers and front office staff are welcoming, helpful and communicative. Food selection is balanced and they keep their toys and facilities clean. Also having the camera system is an added bonus and whenever you feel like peeking in to check on your kiddo it's a breeze! Up until that point he was cared for by grandpa and we had very very high expectations from a daycare. We've decided to go with Cornerstone for several reasons. No complaints that we were able to find by looking at the TX state background check on the business. We have consulted with other parents and they all love the place. The caretakers have all been there for many years, are very dedicated, very warm and friendly and very good at strictly following parents' direction as well as care for the little ones. The price is competitive for the area. As for the entire facility, it is very clean, well taken care for and the staff is very friendly and eager to help. Our little one has been going here for months now and absolutely loves it. And we, as parents, are at ease knowing that he is in good hands. I highly recommend you give Cornerstone a try.

The infant room is really consistent about keeping the same 2 teachers, and very low ratios. Ms Sadia is amazing, and helped me, as a first time mom, to know my child was safe and well cared for. All the teachers here really love the kids, and it's obvious. Her teachers from when she was an infant still say hi to her and want to check in and see how she's doing. The toddler rooms are also great. Most of the teachers have been here for several years, so there's a lot of consistency for the kids. I can't speak to the preschool curriculum, since we aren't there yet, but my child was learning even as a toddler about numbers, letters, colors, etc. Music classes are once a week, with more activities available as the kids get older. Right now, in the summer, we have splash pad days twice a week, which my child always looks forward to. The front desk staff -has- had some turnover the last year or so, but seems to have settled back down. Ms Amanda, Ms Kenya and Ms Aisha are all extremely responsive and are great at resolving any issues which come up. The only thing stopping me from a 5 star review is some of the technology, as we did have some trouble with the Tadpoles reports, but they have recently switched to a new vendor, so hopefully this will improve.

One evening our child was literally "handed off" to us with an injury that no one could provide information or documentation on at the time and we had to continually ask them for information on the injury before documentation on the incident was provided. Our child also had hands placed on his face during nap time to "force" him to sleep, that time of behavior is unacceptable especially during this pandemic. This is not a safe place for children. We learned a valuable lesson to ask the questions to ensure that the place we take our child is kind and has the capability to properly care for their needs in a safe manner.
