Called to order a part and have my DTS serviced. I have a wiring issue with my output wiring harness to my speed sensor. My first call was transferred to parts department and they told me my part was in Michigan and they'd need to order it. I got Transferred back to service department to set up an appointment, yet service person went to lunch. Service Rep. Called me back an hour later and had me speak with a mechanic to make sure part was available. They said that was untrue about the wiring harness and they can't do the repair. I asked could they repair my vehicle with aftermarket or redo the wiring they said - "No". They didn't want to help me at all - zero effort to offer a solution to fix my issue. So by my assessment of Cadillac is this, Dealerships DO NOT want to work on vehicles that they represent & sell. That says a lot about the Brand. Was everyone I spoke with polite and professional- YES Very much so, but by their avoidance of service says a lot about the product & their honesty. I will Never do business with a dishonest car dealership or repair shop. Kinda stinks really hurts my perception of Cadillac. read more

While the salesmen that I worked with was very kind and helpful, my experience with the service department has been terrible. After only owning the car (a 2025 Escalade IQ) for a little over a month and only about 65 miles on the car I had to bring the car in for service and they had my car for over two weeks. They were very non-communicative and I constantly had to call myself to get updates and one time they said that the car was ready but when I called to confirm they said that was incorrect. Luckily I hadn't gotten in a car to head to pick up my car, but that is not the right way to handle business. Even still the receptionist who took the call was not helpful and couldn't give me answers and told me to call the next day because the service manager that took my vehicle in was not working and she would be the only one with answers. That's ridiculous, as someone on your team should be able to answer your customers questions. They have placed blame on the fact they are under construction, but that doesn't excuse it. If you can't do the work in a high quality manner don't be open and taking business. Would never recommend them in the state they are in now and hope that things improve soon. They reached out asking to talk but I don't want to talk to them because it is all lip service because I've been told this numerous times and nothing was done to make me feel better. I even suggested giving the car back for what I paid for, since I had barely driven the car and because I was so dissatisfied but was told they wouldn't do that. She insisted it didn't have tow capacity and said the manager would call me Monday to search inventory across the country. No call. I emailed and text her (she gave me personal cell) to follow up, no answer. I put in two separate requests to this location for a custom build. No calls. Finally spoke to the sales manager will on Wednesday. The car did have tow capacity, and was now sold. Will was helpful with how to prepare my trade in however, which was great. I've been holding off on writing this review for a while and I've given them plenty of opportunity to fix it, but they haven't. Tony was a great salesperson and we were happy with everything initially. We bought a 2021 Yukon Diesel from them. However, when they were detailing the car they accidentally cut the film that was on the windshield to protect the truck from heat, basically like window tinting but clear. I was told I could bring it back and they would fix it but they are almost 2 hours from my house. He said it should cost around $100. We took it in locally to fix and it cost over $400. I was told by them that they would send me a check for it and it's been weeks now and I've contacted them many times and they don't even reply anymore. We also learned that the horn had been completely removed from the truck. So, they sold us a car with no horn. That should have been caught in an inspection for sure and I'm pretty sure they shouldn't even be able to sell a car without a horn. We had to pay to get that fixed and we didn't even ask them to reimburse us for that, when we really should be. Right now, I just want the money for fixing the tint, that they messed up and said they would pay us. Hopefully they decide to do the right thing. read more

Lied about calling me back (after I called for 3 days straight with not one call back) and when everything was done, as I was saying thank you she hung up on me. I hope management can really take a look at what she does all throughout the day because I'll say from my experience, not much. Reached out to this dealership to inquire on a v series Cadillac Escalade that they had in stock. When the assistant reached out to me they quoted me $50,000 over sticker because of the demand. When I spoke to them about negotiating the price they stated they could not. They told me the vehicle is no longer in production. I reached out to GMC corporate and they confirm that the vehicle is still in production and that this was not true. After deciding on an Escalade V model, we paid a deposit, reassured by General Sales Manager William Lee that the car would be ours, pending the completion of the necessary paperwork. Our confidence led us to purchase plane tickets to LAX for pickup. However, merely a day before our flight, I received a shocking call from the dealership: our selected vehicle had been sold to another buyer, likely for a higher price. It's worth noting that we had already agreed to pay $25,000 over the MSRP--a significant premium that apparently still didn't secure our purchase. The dealership's handling of this situation was abysmal. There was no effort to find a solution or offer an alternative vehicle. Instead, Cesar Caceres merely refunded our deposit, with no apology or compensation for the considerable inconvenience and our non-refundable travel expenses. Worst experience I have ever had with a luxury car brand. This is strictly on the service. We love our Escalade. But I guess the company is under new ownership and not off to a great start. First off everything is under construction, no warning about that when I booked my appointment. I took our car in for a quick oil change, usually takes about an hour today 4.5 hours with no rental cars offered. By the way their make shift waiting room is 3 chairs in the middle of the service office. They did Uber me home after I asked for some type of way to get home. Went in with a pre approval letter from my credit union for the amount that included taxes, licensing fees, etc. Minus all the extra unwanted add ons that they try to sell you. I spoke to the sales man and then the sales manager. A price was agreed and a hand shake sealed the deal. According to them once the deal was made they told me that the car needed to pass inspection and they would call me in when ready to finish the paperwork. Several days went by and no call. So finally I called them and they tell me the car will be ready tomorrow. I'm thinking great, I call off of work and drive the 2 and a half hours to sign everything that we agreed on. This is where everything flipped. The sales person said we can't honor the original price that we agreed on, we added all the extras to the car so if you want the vehicle it's going to be almost an additional $4500 over the price agreed by us and the sales manager. Very bad business. I held my ground and said no on principle alone. I've made several Cadillac purchases at other dealerships in the past but honestly Pasadena you definitely lost my business. read more

I don't know if it's the Cadillac brand that's trash or just this service center. I've had multiple faults flagging on my car. System messages, a blank navigation screen and now my key works 50 percent of the time. I take photos and videos of the issues so I can show the service tech what's wrong. Every time they say well it's not doing that RIGHT NOW so we can't help you. We can only fix it if we can imitate the fault. And then when they do see the fault they say oh it's just an error. If it doesn't happen EVERY time ignore it. Joke. My keys acting up so reprogram it. Or give me a new key. They want me to leave my car there for up to 3 hours since it was working when I dropped it off. I have a small child with me and they keep asking if I want a ride somewhere. Car seat hello. The only reason I came on a day when I am with a child is because they said up to ONE HOUR on the phone. Waste of my time. Honestly I'll never buy Cadillac again just because I think it's a joke at this point. There's no luxury unless you base your car off what coffee and snacks are there in the waiting room. And right when I left dissatisfied obviously, they had the nerve to text me asking to buy my car. Laughable. Is that the end game?
