I called and left Lonnie a message and he phoned back right away and got me scheduled to come and give me an estimate. Our experience with Picasso Paving has been disappointing. They completed a driveway in our neighborhood and we reached out to them for a quote. They came by mid July to patch a few areas and then returned in August to seal. A team of nearly 6 men showed up and none of them had an eye for detail. They began by blowing off our driveway but not nearly as well as they should have. After the sealing job was done, it became obvious they had sealed over large chunks of bark, rocks, and other debris. There are multiple imprints from where they must have set down tools (mops/sponges/squeegee's) on the wet driveway. To top it all off, they forgot their own masking tape. We had a roll of tape on us which did not get returned! We have reached out and called Lonnie to discuss our driveway and he assured someone would be out to look at the driveway. Its been 2+ weeks, and he finally showed up yesterday after we called him again. He made excuses for the tool marks (claiming it's "extra thick coating, that won't wear away!) or the debris is inevitable. He took no responsibility for the actions of his team. Very disappointing. Yes, the driveway is sealed. But cosmetically this is an incredibly subpar job. Work ethic, attention to detail and pride in their work is lacking. read more

Our sunken driveway needed replacing and we wanted an additional parking pad next to our carport. We also decided to have the gravel shoulder parking paved so we don't have to keep weeding it. The owner is super rude and aggressive. He broke the water pipe under our driveway while doing the job which created a lot of stress in our lives for several months. He basically denied everything and didn't take responsibility for anything. We had to pay $6k to fix this major water leak and he only helped us patch up a small piece of asphalt afterwards which was probably a $200 job (if that). Overall I felt this is a very unprofessional company. read more

Lonnie and his team replaced my gravel driveway in Fall City with a new asphalt driveway. I messaged with Lonnie via yelp, we connected and set up a time for a Friday when I would be at the property. I'm not always there so Lonnie was super accommodating to come quote me on the way out of town to his vacation! Like who does that!!!!! When he arrived, he was a super cool dude, didn't try to big time me like the other company's. He was just very real and friendly! I appreciated it. He was quick to provide the quote. Very upfront. No hidden costs. He even answered all of my questions quickly. He was able to schedule me for like 2 days later..... for real... WHAT!!! Like 2 days later. You cannot beat that. I was so ecstatic to get my job done and get it done right away! Now, on my way home from vacation, on stopped in to check on the guys progress. His team is killer! He had a bunch of guys on site, ALL working their asses off. Working hard and sweating. They all had a job to do and knew exactly what their part was. I wish I could give ten stars. I left a 5-star review last summer when Lonnie & the Picasso Paving crew came and did a great job. A month or so ago I contacted Lonnie and said there was one small area that seemed like the asphalt hadn't fully bonded and there was a small area where water puddled. Lonnie came out and took a look and said they would redo that part. His crew came out and did some detailed planning and then the next week they came and removed and replaced a fairly large section - they said they could do a smaller patch but that it wouldn't look right. It was a full redo, not a cover-up. It's one thing to have a great team, product, and price and it's next level to come back and make something right. Top notch, high quality, good value, great to work with, super responsive - highly recommend!! read more

At the time of our driveway paving, Picasso Paving gave us a quote to have our new driveway sealed in a couple of months. Due to weather we were unable to complete this project in the fall of 2021. Lonnie contacted me this spring to get us on the schedule. Our driveway is now sealed and looks fantastic. Even more impressive, Picasso Paving honored the quote they provided from 2021. With the crazy fuel costs that we have I was really impressed with the integrity of this company. The Picasso Paving team is awesome. We used Picasso to replace our old concrete driveway with an asphalt driveway, including putting in a new trench drain bordered by concrete. A few months later we had them back to sealcoat the longer shared driveway used by 3 houses (boy does it look good now). In both cases they did a great job, were able to get us scheduled in fairly quickly, showed up reliably, worked hard, and cleaned up well. Lonnie was outstanding to communicate with - replies to texts quickly, and email as well. I wish all these experiences were the same with all contractors!! Their price was about in the middle of the bids we received, the excellent work made them a good choice! I'm not sure what to make of the couple of ranting reviews here on yelp, but we certainly had much the opposite experience! read more

I contacted them on Thumbtack. They came to do the measurements on June 6 and promised to send a quote. I reminded them three times on June 6, June 13, and June 16, and every time they promised to check and send it, but so far, no information from them. I posted a one-star review on Thumbtack, and they became very aggressive and rude and even said they would come to my house. You can see it on the screenshots. It's a pleasure to write this review of Picasso Paving because I'm so please with the work that Lonnie and his team did on my driveway replacement. A huge cedar tree's roots in my front yard was pushing up through the driveway and it was time for a driveway replacement that included trimming the roots of the tree. I contacted six paving companies, and Lonnie, who own's Picasso Paving was the only person who got back to me, and on the same day. We set a time for that afternoon, he came over, looked at everything, gave me a ballpark price and provided a thorough written estimate of the same amount that day. It included doing the root-trimming, which Lonnie said does all the time. About a week later he and his crew came out. His crew is great--friendly and hardworking, like Lonnie. They got to work and completed the job in four ours. The driveway looks amazing. I'll add a picture soon. It's perfectly level. Just wonderful. Lonnie finished our two part job a little over a week ago. The first was to remove old concrete from a fence job on our existing blacktop, patch with new asphalt, patch another damaged area and lay new berm to line up with our new property line we had newly assessed. Lonnie's crew did a great job, the property line is clear and the new and improved berm will stop water from flowing into our driveway. Thanks Lonnie for the suggestion. Just like the old one did but better. Others may think it overly large but those are the ones who can't mind their own business. I received a few quotes from other asphalt companies, Picasso was just a bit higher than some of the others but he was worth every penny. The other companies all had very specific things they would and wouldn't do where Lonnie and team did it all. Including a last minute add by us to put some conduit out to the end of the driveway. Lonnie and team even fixed part of my RV parking that a previous contractor said couldn't be done. He is quick to respond, very thorough and upfront with everything. Picasso Paving repaired our driveway after we had our water line replaced, repaired some tree damage, removed some moss (they were supposed to remove all) & sealed the bottom 1/3. Their truck leaked oil all over our driveway, the patches were sloppy at best, they did not remove moss where they sealed so that it did not stick & of course the sealant didn't stick where the truck leaked. Lonnie the owner said they'd come back the next summer (2021) & repair. After repeatedly pushing me out they just never showed up. read more

We hired Lonnie to replace our old and huge driveway, and he and his crew did an outstanding job. They all showed up very early in the morning and worked on our driveway non-stop for 12 hours. Not only they are extremely professional, but they are also detail oriented and perfection driven. For example, the crew improved the access to the house by sloping the asphalt right before the stairs removing a tripping hazard. We had reached out to Picasso Paving for a pavers project and Lonnie replied he will have Michael Lilly reach out from paving division to take care of the project. The contractor Michael Lilly from paving division took advance money from us and instead of starting any of the paving job, he destroyed our backyard leaving dugouts. It's been 5 months since the contractor has taken advance money and no work has been done since then. When we reached out to Lonnie instead of helping he started sending us abusive messages.
