Remarkably tasty vegan panang curry -- this was arguably the best dish on the table. Soft and creamy ricotta cheesecake. High quality berries alongside the sorbet. The bar and table staff were swift and capable. Cons: mediocre salad with some sad, wilted old greens. Some of the asparagus with the filet was so woody, it was inedible. Bland, barely seasoned "piccata" -- I ended up putting some panang curry on my salmon and (mushy) spaghetti, which was a huge improvement. As served, it was basically spaghetti with oil. So, do you grade them on a banquet curve? If so, job well done. Major snaps for the steak temperature. But in a restaurant town this strong, there's no reason they can't stock fresh salad greens, snap the asparagus properly, etc., and get the whole system clicking.

I had a very tight turnaround between a trade show and our event, so I was only able to drop off decor and gift bags the day before. To my surprise and delight, when I arrived to set up, the team had already arranged everything for me. They placed the décor, laid out the gift bags, and took so much pressure off my plate--something I truly appreciated given the time crunch. The food was excellent--delicious and beautifully presented. We also had specialty cocktails, and the bartenders executed them perfectly. Every detail was spot on. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and truly anticipated our needs throughout the evening. Elise did a fantastic job coordinating everything with us. She was responsive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The Stirling Club is a stunning property with several beautiful rooms to choose from, depending on the size and style of your event. I wouldn't hesitate to host another event here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, well-run venue in Las Vegas.

The first is the newly opened Club 66, which offers a simple brunch in the morning and appetizers in the afternoon with an awesome view of the strip. Expect to be wowed by the blueberry muffins on the brunch buffet. Also brand new is the weekend tea service. Called "The Royal Pour," it turns the lobby into an elegant tea party with soft, live music, delicate floral tea cups, and a large variety of sandwiches and pastries. I had booked a table for 2, for approximately $160.00, $80 a ticket, close to the center stage at Diversion Amusements. I wasn't sure what to expect when arriving there. Diversion Amusements is located near Arville/Tropicana area. It has a private parking lot with dedicated spots for Diversion Amusements. As soon as you walk in, the music is loud and the night lights were glowing! You provided your tickets at the register and checked in. The host walked us to our a table. The table had plenty of tapas plates, napkins, waters, and our first course of appetizers, chips/hot salsa. All around inside Diversion Amusements are pinball machines and arcade games. They have a few arcade games that are those 100 in 1, where you can choose the type of game you want to play such as Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Galaga, and much more! All of the arcade and pinball games are free within Diversion Amusements. The Pinball themed games range from Stranger Things, Ghost Busters, Tron, and much more! There is also a virtual golf game too! There is a open bar inside Diversion Amusements. All tables are situated with low table seating in the front and high tables in the back. When you purchase tickets, you can buy a max of 4 seats per table. We ended up sitting at table 2, right next to the TV and Speakers. Next time, I'd probably purchase seats further back. The music was loud sitting right in-front of the speakers and towards the end of the 3rd quarter game, my neck was slightly hurting from looking up at the screen. The event was a lot of fun. It was a 6 course meal through the game. Two courses came out per each quarter of the Vegas Golden Knights game. The first quarter consisted of the chips/salsa with hot sauce. Just note, you only get one appetizer per table, per 2 seats. If you need more food, you can request it. The next appetizer was the meatballs. The meatballs were relatively small. Lots of marinara and green onions on-top of the meatballs. It wasn't too loaded with spices either. Luckily, the VGK team scored a few points! Soda and water is all inclusive with the tickets. On the second quarter, during the game, a salad was served "shake it up!" style. A fiesta ranch salad with Chopped Romaine, Black Beans, Roasted Corn, Jicama & Multicolored bell peppers. A poppy seed dressing was accompanied with the salad. I passed on the salad, but my partner enjoyed it. The next item out was the smoked brisket & cheese quesadilla. This was flour tortillas filled with shredded smoked brisket, cheddar & white cheese blend, fresh cilantro & diced onions, drizzled with Smoky Aioli. Ending the quarter, was the grape tomato & pearl mozzarella skewer, or caprese. It was garnished with Sliced cucumber and finished with a garlic cilantro pesto. The team members were quite attentive, constantly filling up drinks and asking if we needed anything else during our visit at Diversion Amusements. Whenever the golden knights scored, the sound would go off, just like if you were at the Golden Knights game! The lightly was amazing inside Diversion Amusements. Wrapping up the Golden Knights game in the 3rd quarter, was the Chili Dog. 100% beef hot dog in a toasted poppyseed bun, complemented with homemade chili, shredded cheese blend, Pico de Gallo, & cilantro lime crema. I had opted out and asked if they could make a plain hot dog due to dietary restrictions. My partner really enjoyed the chili dog though. The dessert was a warm caramel filled churro, served with homemade whipped cream. It was good. This was an amazing experience at Diversion Amusements. I would come here again!

As you go in, there is a bouncer who checks your temperature and bags. You then check in at the front desk and you are ushered to your table/ tables. During the game, you are served with a 5 finger food course. We are told they have different menu themes so you may not get the same spread. Non Alcoholic drinks are free. You only need to pay for Alcohol. Pinball games are all free during the event. You can keep yourself entertained during intermissions! The servers were all friendly and attentive. I still don't know how they found out I'm a vegetarian. They had food made to accommodate my needs! They are wonderful!

Overall, I would come back, but I will probably take an Uber/Lyft due to parking limitations.

They estimated it would take 20 min...it took like double that largely because they weren't using a ticket system. They were just putting bowls down and people were grabbing them...I finally got my bowl. It was just over cooked yet clumpy noodles, and beef that was at least tender in a bland broth. There was no pickled greens, scallions or cilantro as advertised. I went back and let them know first what was missing she through some cilanteo and onion frantically on my bowl but no pickled greens...at that point I was like why even mention the noodles. They were flailing because most people wanted Asian food at an Asian event and the only other options were a burger truck and a taco truck. Funny enough my mom went to the burger truck goodhood because it had a vegetarian option and she said he was super organized and everything he was serving people was put together with care. There was also a drink booth that sold soda, no beverages connected to the culture, a cookie booth, and a Greek booth for other dessert options. I was just so confused. The Greek pastries were yummy I will say. We did buy some, but like who organized this? All the other vendors were just selling kind of gimmicky merchandise. I just crave a cultural event that is authentic not this overly processed concept that they think Americans want. Now for positives the lights were pretty to look at, and they had a dinosaur area which really only makes it more exciting for those with kids. Small rides for them to get on and animatronics for them to interact with. My son loves dinosaurs so that rocked his world in a good way. They also had an interactive light display that he was pretty fascinated by. There was some games set up to play, but sadly the corn hole was broken. It's really amazing how they transform the parking lot. The LED is amazing and the detail of each display is very pretty. There are food vendors and local businesses around as well. Do note that the entire loop to see everything will not take more than an 40 minutes! But definitely lots of Instagrammable photos to take. Every room is clean, modern, and well lit. The chairs are comfortable, everything is spaced out well, the sound system is clear, and there are plenty of outlets. There is also a game room, a lounge area, lockers, a kitchen, a dining room, and a zen room. It is, by far, the coolest conference venue I have seen. Switch also focuses on minimizing its waste and carbon footprint, which is a big plus in my book. The facility includes hydroponic displays and energy efficient appliances. If you have a chance to host or attend an event here, I highly suggest you take advantage of that opportunity.
