    Augustus Premium Room (bathroom)
    Vy H.

Stayed here recently during the 10x tier multiplier week for 5 nights--hubby got the Augustus Premium Room comp for us. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy king bed and large couch. Decor could use an upgrade. The bathroom was huge too--I liked how the shower and toilet were in separate areas. Augustus & Octavius Towers are a bit of a walk to the casino and restaurants area. There's a separate check-in area for Seven Stars players (there's one for Diamond too) which is near Augustus Tower and the Seven Stars valet. Valet is easy, you just scan your ticket at the kiosk when you want your car back--it was complimentary for us. The regular taxi stand is out in front, always seemed to have a line. Caesars is HUGE! Be prepared to walk. There's a lot of dining options and bars, and even a shopping mall. Casino wise, lots of tables and slot machines, with cocktail waitresses coming around somewhat frequently. Location of Caesars is good, lots close by and walkable on the Strip.

There's a reason why this has been among the top hotel and casino properties after all these years. People associate Caesars Palace with luxury and quality. The top chefs around the world have restaurants here. The top music artists have residency here. The biggest moments in pop culture happen here. What more can I say?

I was able to experience Caesars Palace both as a hotel guest and as a meeting attendee during a work event. This allowed us to spend time in their ballroom / meeting rooms as well as an outdoor terrace for a cocktail reception. Hotel check-in went very smoothly and the desk clerks were helpful and friendly. One thing that I would have done differently is to take a taxi to the hotel from the airport. The drop off if you do rideshare is incredibly far away from the hotel lobby. Our room was a basic guest room with a king size bed, and it also a couch seating area, which was great for a late night snack and TV show. The bathroom was a great size, making it very easy for two people to coexist while getting ready for dinner and gala events. We enjoyed dinner at Nobu and free cocktails at the Caspian Bar, including the speakeasy. The pool area was gorgeous and relaxing. The meeting food and drinks was fantastic and anyone serving - whether at the bars or walking the room - treated us with respect. Caesars Palace is a huge facility and just walking the space is a lot for your feet! Throw in the forum shops and you're going to need breaks. We appreciated its location along the strip and we were able to visit nearby hotels, shops, and restaurants. Other highlights were the room services and swiftness in getting a detailed invoice after check out. We feel lucky to have experienced a visit here and it enhanced our trip to Vegas.

We have stayed at Caesars Palace during our last several trips to Las Vegas. It is conveniently located near the center of the strip. We were seeing a concert at the Colosseum Theater during this trip, so staying here again was especially convenient. I usually book a room in the Augustus tower. This tower is close to the main lobby, and a Starbucks and the hotel café are also very close. If you have a player's card, booking your reservation directly on their website is usually a few hundred dollars cheaper than using third-party travel sites. If you get on their mailing list, they sometimes offer a free weeknight or two at times if you book several months in advance. The rooms in this tower are a good size, and the king-sized bed has comfortable pillows and sheets. The room has a table in the corner with a few chairs, as well as an L-shaped couch, another small table, and an additional chair on the other side. Everything was clean and didn't show any signs of wear. The bathroom is spacious with a separate room for the toilet. I always enjoy using the Jacuzzi tub. I wish the sink cabinet had a shelf underneath to store personal items so the countertop wouldn't be so crowded. We arrived around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. The main entrance and valet area was a total traffic jam. I have never seen it so backed up, and moving so slow. It took us over a half hour to drop off our car, and we had a bellhop check our bags. Room check-in went very quick, and we were able to check-in an hour early with no additional charge. After checking in and going to our room, it took almost 40 minutes for our bags to finally come up. When we checked out several hours before check-out time on a weekday, again it took over 30 minutes for the valet to get our car even though it wasn't busy. Our check-out bellhop was great, and he kept calling the valet to see why it was taking so long to get our car. We stayed for four nights. We were out extra late on our last night, and I wanted to shower the following morning before the long drive home. Unfortunately, there was no hot water all morning. Normally I would give five stars, but only four stars for this stay. We have had a good experience here overall. The slow valet service and lack of hot water the last morning were disappointing, and hopefully just a fluke. We would stay here again, but will probably try somewhere else next time.

OK, first of all let me say this is our second time coming here for conference for the Teamsters Union. Overall, the place is very nice. The workers here from the housekeeper to the front desk. Person did a excellent job. Thank you to all the room we had was in the palace Tower had a nice view of the Guitar being built Nextdoor overall, I love the indoor mall with all the stores and shops and restaurants great casino if you are in the area and you like big casinos, this is definitely the place you want to be !!! The sports book area was excellent for the soccer games and other sports going on. Definitely check that out overall we had a good time perfect area on the strip if you are in Vegas and you love it as much as we do come and check this out.

This is my1st time after 10+th visit, overall experience pretty good. Compared to newer hotels it seems bit outdated but still very nice setting far better than most or all of budget hotels on the strip. Best part is plenty of food places, so open late night or even 24hr even though most of the good ones closes around 9p-10p. pool is great, the bathtab with jet is pretty cool and high end although confusing. OVerall bathroom is quite nice as well as overal roomt setting. Minuses are parking fees and hotel fees that easily added 75$ daily. Food everywhere is overpriced. Wellington Steak was kinda okayish despite paying north of 100$ alright tasted unique. There are plenty of eating places, saw at least 3 steak places. Major minuses that also notches down: pool close way too early 7p , WiFi up to 2 devices but more than that 14.99 lets like Robbery to me

When my husband booked our stay in December, I was excited to visit what is marketed as a luxury, high-end hotel. Although life got busy and I'm only now writing this review, I feel it's important to share my experience. We stayed in an Augustus Premium Room, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed from the moment we arrived. As someone staying at a property that promotes itself as a luxury resort, I expected accommodations worthy of at least a four-star rating. After entering the room, I took a closer look and immediately noticed numerous maintenance issues. The furniture was in desperate need of repair or replacement. The nightstand and dresser were visibly damaged, as shown in my photos. The bathroom was in even worse condition. There were stains on the countertop, significant water damage along the side of the vanity, and discoloration on the faucet that appeared impossible to remove. The shower stall had mildew stains, and the wall surrounding the bathtub was loose and damaged. I was genuinely surprised that this room was considered acceptable for guests. Given Caesars Palace's reputation as a luxury resort with premium amenities, these conditions were unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a property of this caliber. We brought our concerns, along with photos, to the Diamond Status Guest Services desk. Unfortunately, the representative we spoke with seemed uninterested in addressing the issues. No alternative room was offered, nor did we receive any meaningful response to our concerns. This is the type of condition and service I might expect from a budget property, not from a resort that presents itself as a five-star destination. Caesars Palace needs to invest in updating its rooms and improving its guest service if it wants to maintain its luxury image. Based on this experience, I do not feel the property lives up to its reputation or pricing, and I would not rate it anywhere near a five-star resort.

We love this property. Food, shows, bars, everything you need. We had an Octavia's suite as an upgrade thru Chase reserve. Perfect. Prices in Vegas aren't what they used to be.

I have never stayed at this hotel but it is open to the public to walk around, shop, and dine. Inside, there are hundreds of shops lined along a Greece looking set. The ceilings resemble clouds. It makes for good lighting for pictures. Most of the stores are high end but there are some more affordable stores as well. One of our favorite shows is the atlantis show. It is intriguing and gives you a quick break from walking and the heat of Vegas.

This is a massive property so be prepared to walk. That being said the galleria and the shopping areas are spacious and clean. The shops top-tier. The casino floor is spacious as well with really good slots and games to play. The waiter was in my section while gambling for hours made sure I never ran out of a drink & that's the way I like it.

Stop reading this and run to the airport and book a flight to Vegas (unless you're a local). We had amazing visits at Caesars Palace. The views, the shopping, the food, The FOOD, the entertainment (oh and the casino). I took hundreds of photos - mostly of statues and food. Ceasar's is on "the strip." Self parking is $15 and $20 for valet parking (they can change the rate at any time). Parking is free for hotel guests. Pay attention to where you are. It is easy to get lost. There are lots of pretty statues. We found many when we were trying to get somewhere. There are lots of dining choices. Bobby Flay & Gordon Ramsey have two each. Giada also has one. We chose the Bucchanal Buffet. It was satisfying and over the top. There are several you tube videos that describe it. The Colosseum is one of the entertainment venues. The casino is huge. If you visit Caesars and then the Westgate, it is like trading in an elephant for a piece of rice. Caesars is huge. The Westgate must be the smallest casino in Vegas (except for maybe the airport). We had a wonderful time. Every casino has elevators and ramps. The self checkout means no waiting in line.

We had a great experience at Caesars Palace. The property is beautiful, iconic, and has that classic Las Vegas feel from the moment you walk in. There is so much to see and do without even leaving the resort, from the restaurants and shops to the casino and overall atmosphere. The hotel was well kept, the staff we interacted with were friendly, and the whole place felt lively and fun. Caesars Palace really does feel like one of those must-stay Vegas hotels, especially if you want to be right in the middle of everything on the Strip. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Wonderful hotel and luxurious amenities! We stayed at Caesar for the first time when we attended a concert at the hotel. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked our stay via Trivago, which was even cheaper than booking via Caesar's website. We stayed at the Palace Tower in a collesurm room, and our charges for three night was around $1,000. Check-in was straight forward via the kiosks. Our room was comfortable with comfy bed, a sitting area, spacious room, and a wonderful bathroom woth separate bathtub, shower, and toilet. We also used the gym and checked out the pool. The gym was spacious with good array of weight and cardio equipment. The pool was a little disappointing due to limited hours and only one pool opened during the winter. The hotel is at an excellent location if you are attending shows or concerts at the Sphere, Bellagio, or within Caesar. We haven't checked out the gambling area but the scenes looked lively. Highly recommend and will return.

If my room key is used for parking, do I need to exit the parking lot before checking out? Or will my room key still allow me to exit parking after having checked out? What would I then do with the key upon exiting the parking lot? thx-

You can check out and then go to parking. There's a bin to insert your room key at the parking exit. Keep it until then. If you're platinum status at Caesar's or above, you can just use your player's card for free parking.

We stayed in the Chelsea Tower on the 59th floor and had access to the VIP Lounge and VIP check-in. There was a welcome letter waiting for us in the room, and later they surprised us with a chocolate dessert for our anniversary. Those thoughtful touches really meant a lot. The only small suggestion I have is to make the VIP check-in process a little clearer. We tried checking in online before we arrived, but it didn't work. When we got to the hotel, we weren't sure where to go and almost ended up checking in through the regular line before someone pointed us to the VIP Lounge. A little more signage or a note in the confirmation email would make the arrival much smoother for guests What impressed me the most was that the hotel truly listened to our feedback and made a real effort to give us a much better experience than the first time. We've stayed at the Cosmopolitan several times before, including in Terrace Suites with fountain views, so we were really looking forward to another memorable stay. Knowing it was a busy holiday weekend, I made every effort to request a better view well in advance. I called on June 25 to have a note added to our reservation requesting either a fountain view or, at the very least, a Strip view. After arriving in Las Vegas, I even stopped by the front desk a couple of days before check-in to ask if any upgrades might become available. I was told they couldn't guarantee anything but would note my request and recommended I come back early on check-in day. I followed their advice. I returned again late Thursday night to ask about availability and was told to complete an early pre-check-in because that would give me the best chance if rooms opened up. The next morning, I completed my pre-check-in around 8:30 a.m. The front desk confirmed fountain-view rooms were fully booked, which I completely understood. I then specifically asked for a Strip-view room instead, and they assured me they would note the request. When I finally checked into Room 2189, I was incredibly disappointed. Instead of a Strip view, the balcony overlooks the back of surrounding buildings, employee parking areas, rooftops, and mechanical equipment. You can barely catch a glimpse of the Strip only if you lean far over the balcony. For a room marketed around its terrace and views, this was a huge letdown-especially for a milestone anniversary and the Fourth of July, when we specifically wanted to enjoy the fireworks from our room. I immediately called the front desk and later spoke with the manager, Jonathan. He explained the hotel was fully booked and I even asked if there might be an opportunity to move rooms the following day, but I was told those rooms were already committed to other guests. While I understand a holiday weekend creates limited availability, what was disappointing is that I made multiple requests over several days, both by phone and in person, and still ended up with what felt like one of the least desirable views in the hotel. Jonathan did offer a $150 resort credit, which I ultimately accepted, but it didn't make up for missing the experience we specifically booked this stay to enjoy. The multiple attempts over the phone and in person to get at least a view of the strip not this crappy view!!! The Terrace Suite itself is spacious, clean, and well-designed, and I've had wonderful experiences at the Cosmopolitan in the past. My disappointment isn't with the room itself --it's with the lack of consideration for repeated guest requests and the overall customer service surrounding this stay. I'll be posting photos of the actual view so others can decide whether this particular room is worth booking. Unfortunately, for such an important occasion, this stay fell far short of expectations. I left feeling disappointed, and because of this experience, I'll likely choose another hotel for future trips to Las Vegas.

I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. I always leave here feeling great!

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

The room accommodations were a major highlight. The bed and pillow combination was the most comfortable I have ever experienced, and I really enjoyed the bathroom, which featured excellent water pressure in both the tub and shower. Dining was also a success--the street tacos, nachos, and ramen were delicious, and our breakfast of muffins, bagels, and coffee was spot on. The staff throughout the resort were amazing, and although the pool was a bit crowded, it was kept very clean. While we had a wonderful time, there were some lapses in room service that need improvement. Unfortunately, our room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay: the table was not cleared after our room service meal, there was some trash left on the floor, and the bathtub had not been properly scrubbed. Additionally, we had to call for a refill on basic items like napkins. Despite those housekeeping oversights, we had a great time and are already planning our return to this hotel!

The shopping options are amazing, and the restaurants offer some of the best dining experiences on the Las Vegas Strip with a wide variety of choices for every taste. My favorite spot at the resort is XS Nightclub, which always delivers a great atmosphere and unforgettable nightlife experience. I've also always admired Steve Wynn and his vision for creating world-class resorts with incredible attention to detail. One of the most underrated parts of Wynn is the art collection throughout the property. The artwork, sculptures, floral displays, and overall design make it feel more like a luxury gallery than a typical resort. Everywhere you look, there is something unique to appreciate. Between the beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, luxury shopping, impressive art collection, vibrant casino, and world-class entertainment, Wynn continues to be one of the best and most complete resort experiences in Las Vegas.

PROS: *stayed in a spacious 24th fl. pad with spectacular views of the (brief) fireworks display one night...and the bed was just fine for a post weed 'n booze sleep-off, thankya'verymuch! *many employees - especially those lowest in the caste system - were very friendly. Housekeepers were great. *other Wynn workers (e.g., food/booze servers) were usually good and reasonably personable. *Wing Lei (Chinese Michelin-1 joint) had top-tier service and although we could only sample a small number of dishes, they were all copacetic. *due to last-minute vacancies, the Wynn upgraded us from a $400/night room to a suite that ordinarily sets big-spenders back to the tune of $1,150/night. *Great friggin' ice machine - on my floor - never let me down when flask-time came around! CONS: *the Wynn, even at their extant "nosebleed" rack rates, will effin' nickel 'n dime ya' (*coins on steroids) every gol-durn chance they get: -NO refrigerator in the room unless you want to rent one for $25 a night. (Yep- let's make it hard for guests to bring their own, reasonably-priced booze. And leftovers from "market price" (i.e., "mark-it-up") menu pickin's at various and sundry Vegas kitchens? Meet Sal: Monella! *The pool situation is absurd and offensive: Not only can't you escape the aural pollution that pervades the whole property (more on that later)...but it's actually hard) to find an unoccupied (and unreserved) chaise lounge. -I got KICKED OFF one because it was "reserved"....NO SIGN...NO ONE "claiming it"... *Gotta pay EXTRA for even a G-D pool chair - Hell, $500. $1,000, $1,500 a night - AIN'T ENOUGH! *Booze prices are beyond absurd! Paid $15 or so for a "pour" of ordinary Tito's vodka. Needed an ELECTRON MICROSCOPE to see the likker! (But I only did it once, as my flasks of Toki and Pikesville and a Hamm's 12'er...took care of me.) *The bellhops move at a comatose pace, and when we arrived, we were informed that there'd be a "slight delay" of 45 minutes in bringing up our bags. After an HOUR had passed, we just took the G-D things ourselves. Yeah - now ain't THAT first-class service! *The concierge on duty was a dullard and a do-nothing doofus who couldn't do "jack" for us. Needs a job at the 'Boreyard by Mary Ott.' *NO smoking allowed at the OTB (Sportsbook area) Huh??? Effin' VEGAS and I can't even smoke a good cigar (or even a bad one) while play the races? S-H-I-I-T-E!!! **GOONS everywhere -had to use my key just to take the elevator to my floor, and had to withstand the glaring imprimatur of "security" people every time. (My favorite guy, who appears to have been either a "Blood" or a "Crip,"...received the moniker...'SMILEY!' -Although I wouldn't consider buying the wildly marked-up "luxury" goods peddled in the Wynn shops, I couldn't help but notice the scowling dorks in dark suits who stand outside the portals, arms folded. (No buddy - I ain't buyin' yer' lousy $50K watch; so shove it OK?) __________ Now, neighbor - are ya' ready for the veritable TOP-TWO reasons NOT to wander into the Wynn? 1) NONSTOP high-volume pop-schlock aural excrement THUMPING throughout the place. EVERYWHERE. Pay exorbitant room rates and then be subjected to lowest-common-denominator NOISE? WHO likes that garbage? ("effluencers?") -How about QUIET? -If that's not possible - how about actual MUSIC played at moderate levels? WHY must we endure moron-music and WHY were we not warned that it would be infesting the air? 2) EURO/MIDEAST TRASH guests swarming like maggots, pushing in front of you and invading your space without so much as an "EXCUSE ME!"... ...Mega-wealthy SCUM that shouldn't even be allowed in America - much less catered to by an ostensible "top class" hotel! There's a separate check-in area for The Reserve which I really liked. It was not crowded at all. Upon checkin, they gave me a coconut macaroon which was amazing! I did like that special touch. There are separate elevators going to the Reserve Rooms. However, it is still shared with some of the upper floors from Park MGM. I know that other hotels on the strip have separate elevators exclusively for separate parts of the hotel. I really enjoyed my Atelier room. It was a little bit larger than the standard room. The distinguishing factor about this room is really the bathtub in the room. However, the bathtub itself seems to be a liability for the hotel. I have to say that someone can easily slip and fall in the bathtub. Use extreme caution when using the bathtub. I loved the European french decor. The toilet was a little far away from the bed, but I suppose that is good if you are traveling with somone so when they went to the restroom, it would be less noticable (more privacy, less noise). Since they are hardwood floors, I can hear chairs being moved around from the rooms above me during my stay. I was a little bit irked. Other than that, my stay was quite enjoyable at The Reserve.

The lobby where we checked in was super dark and moody. There was a lot of seating and nice decor. It was chilly in there which felt like a nice escape from the Vegas heat. It was relatively quick for us to get checked in and receive our keys. This dark and dramatic theme is carried throughout the hotel and to the guest room areas too. We were put in Rm 30-24, which we converted into an adjoining room with Suite 30-22. Our room felt small to me. The bed takes up the majority of the room with little walking space. There is a desk, flat screen TV, sofa, and small wardrobe. The closet is pretty spacious and has some robes, slippers, and a steamer. The sofa was very stiff and honestly looked a bit dingy. There were crumbs on the seat and the pillows were incredibly old and limp. I was hesitant to sit on it! The closet felt disproportionately large for the room. I would have preferred a smaller closet to have more space in the room itself. The rooms and hallways are all so dark. There is no overhead lighting, only tiny lamps throughout the room. I am personally not a fan of this as it made the room feel even smaller and claustrophobic. I understand they are trying to make it feel ambient and moody, but the way it was presented felt more like sleeping in a cave. Inside the closet was the brightest area of the hotel! If you choose to have a conjoined room, it is impractical to keep the doors open. When the adjoining doors are open, it is impossible to use the doors facing the hallway. Everything was cramped and the doors were constantly banging against each other. The bathroom was nice with a spacious shower. The water pressure was slightly better than average, but not super strong. They provided the usual amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, cotton swabs + cotton pads, makeup remover wipes, and a shower cap. I must say, the shampoo and conditioner were spectacular. My hair felt super soft and had no frizz when it dried. It smelled very nice too. The rest of the hotel was just okay. There is not much to do besides lay at the pool and gamble. It is pretty quiet and laid-back. That being said, the casino was pretty small. I did like that it was non-smoking though so it was not suffocating to walk through it. I enjoyed the pool area. Despite it being a hot summer day, there was plenty of seating and lounge chairs available. The music the DJ was playing was really good and the pool was super chilly. This is definitely not my first choice for a Vegas hotel but I could stay here again.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget! The room itself is very humble: queen bed, LG tv, two night stands, a small fridge, and a walk-in shower. Clean, organized, and arranged professionally. I will definitely stay here again.
