Stepping into Cafe Rosé is like walking into a pink dream you didn't know you needed. Everything--from the to-go bags to the bathrooms--is decked out in the cutest, most Instagrammable pink. I popped in for a quick break and ended up loving every second of it. The taro almond milk latte? Absolutely delicious. The fruit bowl was fresh and vibrant, and the beet hummus toast was a total flavor bomb--I might dream about it tonight. The whole place just radiates good vibes--everyone was all smiles, the staff and customers alike. They play fun, upbeat 1950s diner music, and I couldn't help but notice people subtly moving to the beat while chatting or taking photos (and yes, there are so many photo op spots). The owner is an absolute sweetheart and total vibe, which makes the whole experience even more delightful. If you love aesthetic, charm, and a little nostalgia with your latte, Cafe Rosé is a must-visit. Already planning my next pink-filled visit!

This place is cute, full of pink decor, cute walls plastered with pink flower backdrops for pic ops. I tried their birthday cake here along with the dragon fruit frappe which was pleasantly good ! The cake was light, not too heavy, not overly sweet, and was delicious! The frappe was also good too, reminded me of a strawberry milk nesquick drink lol. The couches and seating can be a bit grimy though, granted families appear to frequent here with their kiddos, and probably lots of kiddos are putting their feet and shoes on the seating. Service was good. Prices are $10 ish for drinks, dessert, about $16-20 for entree dishes. My SO asked for "pink water" just for funsies, and the waitress actually brought us pink water to drink lol. It was basically just regular water in pink food coloring. Overall I'd say this is a cool fun place to check out!

The absolute CUTEST cafe in El Paso! The service is excellent and fast! The place is decorated in as much pink as possible and so far today, there's been nothing but Taylor Swift playing today! How more fun can this place get!!?? The food is also incredible! I ordered their Rosé Chilaquiles with the green and red sauce. It's perfection! I love it when the chips are thick and crunchy still! I get disappointed if most of the chips are too soggy, but this was done perfectly! I also tried their So Fetch drink and it was so refreshing! If there's anything I love more than pink and Taylor Swift, it's Mean Girls themed anything! They have a section of drinks just for that! I will definitely be back with my girls!

I kept it classic with waffles, bacon, and eggs--and it absolutely hit the mark. The waffles were light, fluffy, and perfectly golden, the bacon was cooked just right, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Simple comfort food done right. But what really elevated the experience was the atmosphere. They had live musical entertainment by Louie, who was incredible. He played a mix of hits from yesterday and today, moving effortlessly between country & western, contemporary favorites, and traditional Spanish songs. His versatility created a warm, lively environment that both staff and customers clearly enjoyed--it added something special you don't find everywhere. Service was just as impressive. Our server, XAY, had a bright, welcoming smile and provided outstanding service from start to finish. They offered great suggestions on local favorites and specials, which made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The vibe overall is relaxed, inviting, and very "El Paso"--a place where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and stay a while. Overall: Delicious, well-executed brunch classics Live music that enhances the experience (not overwhelms it) Exceptional, friendly service Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Would I go back? Without a doubt. This is more than just brunch--it's an experience.

I went in for brunch, and one place that absolutely deserves a visit is The Junction Brunch House. The restaurant is set inside a literal house, which gives it a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As for the food? Ay Dios mio! Outstanding. I ordered Big T's Texas Breakfast: two eggs any style, bacon, and pancakes or French toast. I chose scrambled eggs and pancakes. The presentation was impressive, looking more like something you'd expect at a high-end hotel restaurant. The eggs were folded neatly, omelet-style, into a triangle and cooked perfectly--flavorful and fluffy. The bacon was crispy yet juicy, just right. The pancakes were a four-stack, light and fluffy with a beautiful griddle finish. They came with butter mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon, and a side of and maple syrup, which took them to another level. Junction has locally made hot sauce on the table, and fair warning as both packed some serious heat and paired perfectly with the eggs. What really stood out was the attentive service. The staff checked in regularly, made sure I had everything I needed, and seemed to refill my coffee right on cue. While brunch alone makes it worth the trip, the menu offers much more than breakfast. I'm already looking forward to going back to try their lunch options. If you're in El Paso and craving a comfortable atmosphere with excellent food and service, this is a spot you shouldn't miss.

The entryway is a bit of a unique situation but you have to trust the process!! Take the walkabout and wrap around the corner. Once you enter you'll be pleasantly surprised to see how cute it is inside. The front part of the entrance holds a cocktail bar that seats a few folks and you can admire their beautiful espresso machine. We were in a bit of a weekend day drink adventure so we grabbed a few bottles of champagne and appreciated how they served your juice of choice on the side. They had pineapple, grapefruit, and orange juice as options. I personally don't like overly juiced mimosas and prefer a literal splash haha. What made the champagne bottles fun is how they were served in branded mini coolers that had a retro feel to them. Our table started with an order of their fries and goat cheese whipped dip. That dip was superb and the table loved it so much that we grabbed two of them. They're normally served with toasted pistachios just as a heads up. The main dish of the dining moment was their birria grilled cheese. The sandwich itself was cheesy and super flavorful. I think the one thing that turned me off was the super cold consome. It kinda took away from everything and had me desiring more. Hoping it was a one off situation. Certain to be back so will be happy to share my returned experience. PS -- they also have a back patio space so you should totally grab a drink if the weather permits. I could hear the banging music from the bathroom so it was definitely a vibe.

I believe they just did not have enough staff for the day as service just felt slow throughout. The atmosphere is pretty chill there, but you could tell some of the servers felt stretched. Our server was nice and professional at all times though so customer service was excellent just slow. There was definitely long pauses in between different parts of our meal. Now for the food- it was really good. We tried some flautas which were pretty good, nice and crispy. I had the fajita skillet bowl and it had good flavor and was pretty filling. I'm hoping the service was just a fluke because that food is good and I definitely want to give it another try!

It's a cute spacious cafe with brunch-style decor, beautiful lighting, and various seating styles. The staff is pleasant and full of smiles as soon as you walk in. I had the lunch 1/2 special which included a half order of the chicken n' waffles entree paired with the jambalaya. The portion sizes of each were perfect, for me. The jambalaya was well seasoned and had much shrimp which was devine. The dish comes with an egg, I chose scrambled. As brunch girlie, I love a good cocktail!
