This review is mainly for the 25 minute wait in line. Our soups, and that amazing Dubai strawberry dessert were great! My granddaughter and I arrived at 1:10 pm on a Monday afternoon. Our order was rung up at 1:34 PM. My granddaughter was on her lunch hour so 24 minutes was excessive when there were only about eight people in the line ahead of us. I ordered at the drive thru on their automated system and put in the custom tip as zero because nobody gave me service except to do their job and hand it to me through the window. When I pulled up to pay, the worker told me a different amount than it showed on the screen. When I questioned him about it, he said let me check because sometimes it just adds on a tip. This is a little sneaky because I never authorized it. A lot of people would normally just pay and not question it. It seems very deceitful. I'd beware of this if you go through their drive through. They obviously have it set up to do that on purpose. read more

I've had two not so great experiences at this location with the strawberry cup. The first time I tried it I was super confused...the strawberries were not cold and seemed to have been sitting out. Most of the berries in my cup were warped and squishy like they had gone bad, I ended up feeling pretty sick about 15 minutes after eating it. I guess I just assumed this is how they are supposed to be but the second time I came in I got a sandwich and split a strawberry cup with my mom. Again the strawberries were very suspicious looking and very squishy. After this visit I got very sick and was puking all day after. I'm just very confused and would assume that their fruit would at least be fresh especially with what they charge for it. I've heard amazing things about this place but this was just my experience! read more

Brand new beautiful location! We loved it! We were able to order right when we got in and then it got busy. Everyone was really helpful & lots of employees learning the ropes. We chose the half salad/soup/sandwich options. I always love the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich, Nuts about berry salad & tomato basil soup! (I like to mix mine with tomato and cauliflower... trust me. 5/5) Nice clean building. Tables were quickly cleaned when customers left. There is a drive thru and it looked pretty quick! Service ok (workers friendly) - though no one at register after we received food. As usual, we ordered the Try 2 Combo and added a half soup - and as usual, their first try was to overcharge us. This has happened each time I visit. The bigger issue was the restaurant's cleanliness. We are currently the only patrons sitting at the cleanest (but still dirty) table of ~20 - including bar stool seating). The juice bar is dirty. The napkins aren't stocked. I'm moving my salad to a to-go box and we're leaving - and maybe for good. Unfortunate as we used to love Cafe Zupas. Final note to owners: don't ask for a tip with credit card payments. It is a HUGE turnoff. Especially when I pick up my own food and clear my table. read more

I've only had great experiences when eating at this location! I've always received my food in a timely manner and the food is always fresh and delicious. It's nice to eat in the restaurant as well, plenty of seating and the tables are usually clean! The salads are my favorite to get they are so yummy! However the sandwiches are tiny and in my opinion overpriced. The soups here are also pretty tasty as well! read more

Ordered take out tonight and my husband went to pick it up and was told grub hub had our food and was delivering it to us. Given that I didn't give a delivery address I knew this wasn't possible. 30 minutes and multiple calls later Zupas tells us our food accidentally was placed on the doordash pick up shelf and taken by them. It's over an hour after our order was placed! Bad job Zupas really bad. read more

The first thing I noticed when approaching the building was the beautifully designed wall on the west of the building, but that was just the beginning. As soon as I was inside I was kindly greeted by the young man working behind the counter, who got my order started. I asked if they had any vinegar to add to my sandwich, which they did not, but then asked about a vinaigrette salad dressing instead, and he was more than happy to ensure it was put on my vegetarian sandwich. The next guy I saw was the soup guy, who warmly greeted me as soon as we made eye contact, asking me how I was doing. I asked him if he'd do a special request and mix two soups together for me: the mushroom bisque & the Wisconsin cauliflower; delicious. He happily obliged. The young lady at the checkout counter was also very welcoming in our interaction as she rung up my order. She ensured I knew about my change before I walked away, which I left for the next guy in line behind me. All in all, today has to have been my best Zupas experience yet! I ordered what was supposedly a Protein Bowl to go. When I opened my bag, my first thought was they gave me the wrong order because it was mostly salad greens with a very small amount of protein as shown in the pictures. 2 stars only because it was fresh, but disappointed and was left hungry. For a similar price, you can get a salad at Chick Fila with MUCH more protein in it! read more

I've been to the Cafe Zupas twice they messed up mine and my friends order twice we thought we'd give them a second chance because they were brand new but at this point they should have things figured out. I do not recommend this Cafe Zupas especially the drive-through. read more

We've been to several Cafe Zupas locations in Utah. They seem to run very smoothly and we have always gotten our order in a timely manner. However, that hasn't been our experience at their Logan, Ut location. Earlier this week, we ordered thru the drive-thru. More recently, there is never anyone at the drive-thru point to take your order. Rather, there is a sign, stating "order at the drive-thru window". So we placed our order, then were asked to pull forward and park in the #1 parking space. We did so, and it took 15 minutes for someone to come out with our order. And this was with no other cars waiting for orders in front of us. That is just way too long to wait for an order out of your car. We have experienced a wait in the past as well, but never this long. I don't know if this location is just not run smoothly and/or if they are short-staffed. I've also noticed when driving by, they never seem to have much business, if any. I love their food, but I'm concerned if they keep operating like they are, they won't be in business much longer. read more

I ordered online for the first time thinking that it would be easy to go and pick up and not have to wait in line. I was very wrong. My order was suppose to be ready at 11:51am I arrived and waited till 12:20 just to see if they were behind. I talked with a worker and asked a question about it and he said they would get right on it. I then waited and got no response while other pickup orders were being fulfilled. I then watched as the cashier tried to fulfill my order but then was pushed back to the register (by i assume who was the manager) to keep the line moving. I then asked again and got the To go window worker to come and talk to me. She then fulfilled my order at 12:51pm and gave me a piece of cheesecake for compensation. This to me was ridiculous. the manager was the one that pushed the to go girl to come and talk to me but never came and talked to me personally, and the fact that I was given a piece of cheesecake as compensation rather than having my meal paid for for being an hour late and having me stand in their store for AN HOUR. 10/10 would not recommend ordering online I would wait in whatever line and get it to go rather than trying to beat the line because as you can read there were multiple people who go their food in the line and ahead of me in the pickup line as well. read more

I'd give it a zero for the bad customer service If I could. Between Emma and Miranda somehow they emptied my gift card and told me that it didn't work only to find out when I checked my balance and transaction history online the transaction did go through for what I ordered plus they swiped t until it was empty. They only gave me one receipt out of several that printed and refused to give me the others saying there was no relevant information on them. The one I did get showed an approved charge for what turns out was the remaining balance of the card and that shows on my online transactions as well. Sadly even if this store tried to make things right so I can use the gift card I got from my friend I wouldn't. The snotty better than thou attitude of Emma and Miranda throughout the whole ordeal conversations nced me never to patron this place again. Do yourselves a favor and go to Apple Spice instead. absolutely disappointed. i ordered online takeout to not cause a hassle for ordering late. the time says they close at 9pm so when i get here at 8:50 why are the doors and drive thrus closed. my boyfriend tried to open the doors and there were people instead and workers didn't even bother to open the door. we had to call and they wouldn't even bring our order out he had to get back out to get it. if you claim you close at 9 then close at 9. read more
