The set up is drive up to the window on the right, order and pay...then swing around the back of the building to the other side to pick up the goods. It was a seamless process and worked well. I went with the iced white chocolate with almond milk, 16 ounce size and it ran me a bit over $7 total. The drink was okay. It was very mild in flavor, not coffee or white chocolate forward in taste. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as expected. Service was also okay. The ladies working the window were efficient, but I would not call them "friendly". Overall, there was nothing terrible about my visit to Graham's. It was good, just nothing special. The shop is adorable, the drive thru is efficient, menu is solid and the coffee is decent. While I do not find myself in Gallatin often, next time I do, I will swing back through and check out something else on the menu. I liked the vibe and their mission, so it is worth supporting.

We waited in the front of the house about 15mins for our table and ordered some coffee at the coffee bar first. Our small vanilla lattes were about $5.50 each. We were seated in a smaller room with several other tables, most cleared out quickly after we arrived, but I could imagine it would be noisy in here when all tables are full. They had a Kid's menu as well as bar menu (specialty beverages depend on the day). The menu was a mix of salads, croissant sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and quiche. All menu items were between $9-14. Everything we order was fresh and fantastic! My husband raved about the potato salad being the best he's ever had. My daughter loved the broccoli cheddar soap (which says a lot from a kid) and my chicken salad was great! All our meals came with chips + chocolate covered strawberries- nice added touch!
