FYI..something else you may want to know if you add peppers..some are jalapeno. That's odd for a standard, but definitely should tell people. A great amount of cheese that is melted onto everything. I was okay with the fried onions. Amigo Dan wanted more flavor from them. Elk River Brewing on Bourbon Tuesday is a great place to eat your cheesesteak. Full disclosure, my first bite was into a piece of well-formed gristle.
