Got the miso ramen with mild spice, comforting and satisfying with a perfect soft-boiled egg. Also tried the special Tomizo ramen (only 5 serves a day). Strong garlic, rich broth, and thick noodles. I think my only small thing is that my friend got certain toppings in his tonkotsu shoyu that I would've also liked in mine, but that's all. The broth was rich without being too heavy, thanks to the miso. On the flip side, the tonkotsu didn't overpower the miso. It was a good blend of both broths. The noodles are a bit thicker here - maybe medium - and it worked really well! Good texture and good level of doneness UFO dumplings: 8/10. The UFO dumplings were curved which is cool and slightly different from the versions I usually see at a Chinese restaurant. It's cute. At first bite, I was genuinely pleasantly surprised with how much flavor the skirt had. Dumplings were super moist. Not the most flavorful dumpling I've ever had, but pretty high up there. This place had a lot of good options and I want to come back to try the other ones. Somewhat small parking lot, but it's free.
