    Bagel and vanilla latte
    Jannet C.

This is a nice place for bagels. They have a variety of bagels to choose from and they make their bagels onsite, so they are very fresh. I got an Asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese. I enjoyed it bc it was nicely toasted. I also got a vanilla latte, which was ok, not great. It was a bit weak for my taste and not enough foam. I would recommend getting the bagels there though, they are really good. The ladies working in the front are nice and friendly. They also offer deli sandwiches dessert items.

Great breakfast sandwiches! Coffee cups/lids are subpar making to-go coffees unstable.

Our blueberry bagels neither smelled nor tasted of blueberries. In fact, they had only blue food coloring to look like blueberries. Bogus.

Located in Columbia, parking is fair considering this is a pretty populated area. I ordered online, and scheduled my food for a specific time, so I am not sure of the wait times; although when I arrived it was packed. I got an everything bagel, with plain cream cheese, lox and the fixings (sans capers, I hate those little buggers). Overall, I enjoyed my bagel, it wasn't maxed out with cream cheese, I felt there could have been a bit more lox and lettuce, as I did not get them with the majority of my bites. I may give THB another try.

In addition, the hot coffee cup was leaking from the bottom while I was holding it and I had to ask for another cup. The server that gave me the additional cup apologized and said they have had that issue with the cups. If the issue has been known, have we looked into fixing it? No indication of such with his response, but I hope they are. If they fix the toaster and their cups, I may come back. For people with nut allergies - only their traditional medium roast was nut-free, the other options all had a note of either almond, walnut, or macadamia. Service: 5/5 no issues. Bagels & Grind is the kind of place that reminds you why fresh matters…read more Their blueberry bagels are handmade right on site, and you can actually watch the whole process--dough, boil, bake, the works. They come out warm, chewy, and packed with real blueberry flavor, not that artificial hint‑of‑fruit some places try to pass off. And the hashbrowns? Absolute nostalgia bombs. They taste exactly like McDonald's hashbrowns back when they were at their crispy, golden peak. Perfect crunch, perfect salt, zero disappointment. Prices are refreshingly reasonable, especially considering the quality and the fact that everything is made right there in front of you. It's quick, it's tasty, and it feels like a place that actually cares about what they're serving. Bagels & Grind is a legit local win--no fluff, no fuss, just really good food done right.

Upon entry, I scanned the space--soup mixes, muffins, cookies, scones, biscuits, loaves of bread. Everything looked fresh, beautiful, and temptingly homemade. A "New Management" sign caught my eye, so I asked the cashier if he was the new owner. He smiled, shook his head, and pointed toward a young man with tattoos--Seth--busy packaging loaves at a prep table. Seth smiled and waved. The cashier went off to make my sandwich. When Seth finished his task, he came over to chat. I learned he's the baker, that all their food is halal, and we bonded over talk of the Powerhouse sandwich and soup selections. He mentioned that the cashier (whose name I forgot to get) is the sandwich master and makes the chicken salad himself. Seth grinned and said, "So if you have a problem with the sandwich, it's his fault." I laughed. I grabbed my order--plus a few dried soups--and headed to the car. Starved, I took one bite before pulling off. I'm glad I did. I immediately set the sandwich on the seat, jumped out, and ran back inside. From the door I yelled, "Errmaaagawd--it's sooo good!" The chicken salad was perfectly seasoned, all white meat yet still moist, with just a little kick. The sandwich itself had crisp lettuce, tomato, and a bit of red onion, all nestled between hearty multigrain bread studded with sunflower seeds. I'm so happy I came here for lunch. I needed something that tasted like a real farmhouse sandwich--not some commercial concoction. Oh--and ladies, in case you missed it... this place has a cutie on duty who bakes bread and another who makes the sandwiches. Are they married? I don't know. But eye candy is free, and honestly--what's more satisfying than a meal made by the hands of two very handsome men? Brag-worthy, I'd say so.
