Food.. off the charts! You cannot get pastry like this anywhere in St Pete. The other dishes are wi detail also. The lovely and friendly staff go out of their way to ensure great service. And it's in the museum courtyard.. what more could you ask for. Go see the art while you are here
Delightful pastries and friendly service. I came on a Sunday morning and there was a bit of a line but it went quick enough. So many pastries to choose from! Looks like a great food menu as well. I'll be back to try the lattes as well.
A comparable café to Lottie's (at The Vinoy) is Café Clementine, which is located inside the Museum of Fine Arts just off of North Staub Park. The baked items are like works of art themselves (and generous sizes). The coffee is also excellent. Prices are not bad at all. If you are GF/DF, I do not recommend this bakery. 'Window shopping' only for you or coffee only with almond milk.
I was able to get my order in right before the kitchen closed! I ordered the iced matcha with almond milk. It was divine! The carrot salad was refreshing and a perfect snack before continuing through the exhibit! I sat on the patio which was nice. Beautiful view of the water, adequately covered by umbrellas. Overall, if you're at the museum and find yourself feeling peckish, grab a bite. You'll be satisfied and ready to get to dig in to the next exhibit!
Soooo many beautiful and delicious looking pastry items it was hard to choose from. It was crowded on the morning I went, but the view from the museum is still nice on a day with beautiful weather. Both items that I got were very good and I would highly recommend going on an empty stomach so you can try a few of things from such a big selection.
Love cafe clementine! Staple place I bring out of towners. Great beverages, even better pastries and on a prettty day I love to sit outside. The stairs by the bathroom will lead you to a small gallery you can view without a ticket to the museum.
This place has been on my bucket list for YEARS. Hands down the best bakery in all of Florida. Well worth the wait.

Great looking pastries with great taste . They have very inventive drinks options - houjicha latte, cookie crumble latte and blueberry coffee drinks. I tried the houjicha sesame latte less sweet and it was good. I like the passion fruit cruffin way more, very flaky, fresh and the cream was delicious but not too sweet. Staffs are pleasant and the museum lends a reverent and calming atmosphere to everything. Would recommend! A perfect place for a nice date or date with yourself to read a book.
The best breakfast treats! A must try spot in St Pete, Cafe Clementine is unexpectedly tucked in the Museum of Fine Arts. The location is stunning with floor to ceiling windows looking out toward the water on Bayshore Dr. The seasonal mango ginger and yogurt coffee cake was outstanding and makes me want to try all their other bakery items. Choosing one was so hard! The drinks were incredibly creative and equally delicious. We ordered the cookie cloud iced coffee and blueberry cobbler latte. 10/10
Who doesn't like a museum Cafe? I am sure the items change seasonally, but if they have the cranberry mousse cuffing, it is a must order. Croissant bread pudding was great too. Great option for a unique baked good in St Pete!
My husband and I have been coming here for years. Truthfully we make the 3hr drive from south fl just to st Pete for this place. We are here on our baby moon and there is nothing I crave more than the baked goods and drinks from this cafe. They are so creative and delicious and each bite you take you want more and more. The savory scones and honey butter are a delicious combo. Any of the sweet baked goods you will dream about, I have considered moving to st Pete multiple times just for this cafe. It's a beautiful calm space inside of the museum. Truly I feel like this is my Disney world when I come here. No better cafe in st Pete by far. Do yourself a favor and try anything from this place, you will not be disappointed. It's aesthetic and flavor alone win you over, the workers are all genuinely nice as well.
I just really wanted to come here and update my review. I have learned that I am not going to get a drink from Cafe Clementine that I like, as that is not their specialty and what they're good at - which is ok with me. They are AMAZING at baked goods! My gracious. I have eaten so many things here at this point (even became an art museum member so I'd get a discount), and each baked good has blown my mind. From the biscuits to the cookies to the cruffins to the cakes to the croissants - you genuinely cannot go wrong with a treat from here. I can't recommend grabbing a baked good (or ten) from Cafe Clementine enough! read more
Come here for a brunch that actually delivers, with a spacious setup and great food for a good price. The Turkish eggs are rich and balanced, and the salted honey glazed croissant is flaky, glossy, and not overly sweet. Service is fast and friendly, even during a busy weekend rush. No museum admission needed, and if you get lucky there's 15 minute parking up front or metered street parking nearby. Floor to ceiling glass overlooking the waterfront keeps the space bright and effortlessly cool. Easily a cut above your typical brunch spot! read more
One of the best cafe in town! Located inside SaintPete Museum of Art. There is 15min parking in front or metered parking on the street. Can also park inside museum parking which is pay-by-plate. The space is so relaxing and nice as it overlooks the water front. This cafe has the best dessert and pastry, some items are seasonal. Their cookie cloud cafe is everyone's fav. Take a look at the museum or take a stroll at the park near by while you're there! Highly recommend!!! read more

My friend loves to show her people her favorite places & food so we had to stop in to her current favorite Avocados toast. Little did I know she was taking me to the heart of St. Pete to a museum cafe! First let's start by the parking situation, there isn't a formal parking lot for the cafe or museum-- so prepare for paid street parking. It's not ideal and you may have to walk a bit, but at least the views are great nearby. Upon arrival you enter the same place as the museum and head straight to the back. It's a small counter with a selection of baked goods, menus, and some small merch. Honestly I was a huge fan of the cortado cup & tshirts, but I decided to wait until after I tried the food to buy anything. As I said, my friend loves thief avocado toast so that was a must. Then I also wanted a strong but sweet coffee and the barista recommended the PSL. Both hit the spot perfectly! The avocado toast was the perfect combination of spicy, sweet, and savory. It was my first time having avocado toast with chili crunch, and WOW. It's almost like I can't go back now & will always be wanting it. Overall the experience was not what I was expecting as it's a small bar in a huge lobby with some tables, but the food & coffee were great! Plus the seats over look the bay and you can't beat those views! read more

Located inside the museum, this coffee shop is definitely worth a stop! The masala chai and caramel apple coffee cake were delicious. Including a toasted whole spice in the chai was a nice touch. Friendly service and plenty of tables. read more

We didn't realize that it wasn't a full service restaurant but if you go with the perspective of it being a cafe, it's very good! The bakery items look very good. One person in our party has a croissant and said it was very good. The rest of us ordered off the menu at the counter. The Turkish Eggs- excellent presentation. The garlic yoghurt with house made sausage were very tasty. The microgreens were big. The cauliflower toast was unique. There was a Giardiniera style spicy taste that gave it some kick! The egg and cheese Sammie was better than a typical McMuffin ;) The lobby of the museum has an interesting ambiance. It felt a bit sterile but it has a nice view of the bay. read more

My friend and I stopped in here after a walk. She is always raving about this café and how delicious their pastries are. Boy was she right! This café is located inside the Museum of Fine Arts and has plenty of inside and outside seating. After changing my mind about a hundred times I decided on the salted honey croissant and a vanilla latte. My friend ordered the avocado toast and iced tea. Service was friendly and quick; our oder was brought over to us with very little wait time. This croissant was so flaky and soft. The salt and honey was the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The latte was delicious and had enough vanilla flavor without being too sweet. The avocado toast was HUGE, definitely large enough to share. She said it had some spice to it. Overall, I'll be back to try one of the other pastries that lost out to the crossant. read more
A cafe inside of a museum?! Say less, I'm there. After searching for a breakfast spot on Yelp while in town, we stumbled upon Cafe Clementine and so happy we did. After cross-checking on Instagram for photos of food (IYKYK), we picked this spot and walked over for breakfast since we were staying at a hotel nearby. Located inside the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Pete, this cafe is easy to find and get to once you're inside the museum, walking straight ahead. Small but mighty, their little "stand" had so many baked goods and the friendliest person running it the morning we went. It was Focaccia Friday and I was sad that they weren't going to have fresh focaccia until 11am but it's okay because there was so much to choose from. We ended up getting a few baked goods and the jambon beurre baguette which is hand-carved house-cure jambon de Paris, house cultured sea salt butter, whole grain French mustard, bread, & butter pickles- yum. Three of us also shared a morning bun, elote danish, and a chocolate hazelnut twice baked croissant. My favorite was the twice baked croissant because I love all things chocolate hazelnut and the flavor did not disappoint! Can't forget the drinks- I got a coconut matcha cloud (the viral matcha drink for now) and my partner got their seasonal special which was the salted honey cold foam cold brew. Both drinks were soooooo good. I'll be dreaming about the matcha cloud! Seating was super cute with a view of the bay water from inside since they had large windows, as museums do. We enjoyed a nice breakfast with a view and good conversation. To our surprise, the focaccia came out a bit earlier and they were taking photos of it for the gram so I asked if I could also snag a picture because the lighting was AMAZING. The girls were kind enough to let me and a few moments after they were done setting it up for display at their cafe to sell, they were nice enough to give a few of us that were in the dining area a slice of it. It was so pretty and so delicious and, honestly, wonderful service goes such a long way. Five star experience at Clementine Cafe. Next time I'm in St. Pete, believe I'll be visiting the museum and grabbing another bite here! read more

Very cute spot located in the Museum of Fine Arts. It's small with one person taking care of things. I wasn't planning on going here today but I ended up close by and stopped in about 30 minutes before close. I wasn't expecting many pastries because it was so close to close but! There were still many croissants and chocolate croissants which are always my go to. There was even a carrot cake I was able to snag. Chocolate croissants: 4/5 Flaky exactly how it should be, crunchy with many layers and a dark chocolate bar inside. A little expensive and I wish there was a bit more chocolate but it was DELICIOUS. Definitely not frozen I can tell you that. Carrot Cake: 3/5 I'm not a fan of carrot cake but my partner wanted to try it. They gave it a 4/5 while I differed slightly. I liked the flavor pairing of the actual cake and the icing but the icing was a little grainy. I did like the texture of the outside of the cake compared to the moist interior. I will most definitely be coming again to try the rest of their goodies and come bright and early. The atmosphere was clean. The customer service was quick and the food was exactly what I expected, excellent. read more
This was my second time here and I absolutely love it! The staff are always so kind and it's a unique space for the cafe inside the museum. This is the second time where a pastry has caught my eye and I walk out with more than I intended, so you may spend a little bit more on this experience if you are like me, than your typical breakfast. Unique food and coffee that you won't find elsewhere. I love their selection of tea as well! The cute to go boxes are extra bonus points!! read more
Cafe Clementine's Instagram always looks phenomenal, and I finally got a chance to see their pastries in person!! Note: you don't have to buy admission to the Museum of Fine Arts in order to try Cafe Clementine (but I do highly recommend the museum as well!). Every single pastry looked stunning, but we chose three to try out. We started with the brioche cardamom cinnamon roll. The cardamom and orange zest flavors were light, but I appreciated the fluffiness of the dough. I think this pastry would have been incredible if we could have gotten it warmed up. The French onion pastry was SO delicious. I've never had a dough quite like that--so fluffy and airy. The caramelized onions were perfect. You DEFINITELY need to have this pastry warmed up if it's not fresh. We also got the chocolate croissant with halva. It was a really sweet pastry, so definitely more of a dessert. But I really loved the pistachio with the chocolate and the halva on top. The dough was very flaky despite us eating it in the late afternoon. I can't wait to come back and try more of their pastries! read more

This place is super cute! Great location & the food was incredible. Spanish eggs are a must as well as the honey croissant, to die for. My grandma ordered the matcha latte which was super flavorful & a great matcha over all. I ordered the chai. I wanted to order a latte but without oat milk (I'm a regular milk girl) and they let me know the latte I wanted was premade with the oat milk. I'm so glad I didn't get that & this is my reasoning for 4/5 stars. When I order a latte, 1. I want to be able to change something about it and 2. Want the shot of espresso freshly brewed. I understand some things are not possible & still would come back here. Definitely recommend checking out if you're in the area. read more
Honestly surprised Cafe Clementine doesn't have THOUSANDS of 5-star reviews already, especially with how they've skyrocketed in popularity and online virality. This little cafe / concept bakery located in the lobby of the St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Art is, without a doubt, worth every bit of praise. The food menu is small but delicious, several vegetarian options, and updated regularly with new dishes. The drinks kind of small but the flavors and quality of the coffee & tea are to die forhe staff are warm and kind, the seating area is large enough to easily accommodate small groups, couples or single visitors without interfering with museum traffic. I'd recommend getting to the cafe early since they have limited supply of all their delicious baked goods. Also, stay to see the exhibits or buy something from the gift shop while you're there. I've come to read on the outdoor seating area (great view of the Pier and marina!) and remote work a few times too--I'd highly recommend making a full day of you visit if you can. At this rate, I hope to see a second location or a standalone brick-and-mortar bakery opening soon! read more

this is honestly a hidden gem. I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a café then this cute little bakery smack in the middle of Saint Pete Museum. It's unique and everything is so flavorful. You order at the counter and then come sit down and your food is brought over to you. The baked goods were exceptional. read more
I highly recommend checking out Cafe Clementine for breakfast. Portions are on the smaller size, so it's not really shareable. I ordered the Turkish eggs and killed it in less than 5 minutes. It was very tasty! The sourdough bread that's included was phenomenal. A shame they didn't provide more slices or at least give larger pieces. For dessert, I ordered the bread pudding which was hefty enough to share with another person. Every bite was unbelievably moist and flavorful. It was such a treat when I realized there was chocolate in there as well! The cafe is located in the lobby of the museum. It's a large open space, with plenty of seating and gorgeous windows with stained glass. It's the perfect place to grab breakfast or coffee before strolling down the pier. read more

Very unasumming spot when you walk up as it looks like a small stall at the museum but there is a line for a reason. The pastries in windows look so fresh and we wanted to try them all. We went with the morning bun and raspberry croissant as well as the turkish eggs and biscuit sandwich. All were honestly well made and tasty in their own way. To drink we ordered the cold brew with the honey foam cloud and a matcha. My gf commented that the Matcha wasn't her favorite she tried. read more
My sister and brother-in-law picked up some pastries for breakfast one morning while I was visiting them in St. Pete and they were amazing! We tried the cinnamon roll, blueberry cheesecake danish, chocolate croissant, and yuzu black sesame cruffin, 10/10. Definitely recommend getting an assortment to share. read more

Located inside MOFA, this cafe is small but so cute and so delicious. You can walk in and order right at the counter and sit either inside or outside. They have a variety of unique pastries and drink specials. Their strawberry matcha is amazing! I tried the cinnamon roll which had an orange zest to it. Their hazelnut chocolate pastry was very good. We will certainly be returning soon to try more goodies. read more
The first time I came here they were nearly sold out of pastries. This time the line was equally long (I got there about 90 minutes after open) but the pastry case was stocked full. Had a sweet almond croissant which was buttery and gooey on the inside and a savory danish with wonderfully balanced flavors. There is wonderful light here while you sit and eat. read more

Absolutely loved this spot! The quiche was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the cinnamon roll was warm, gooey, and just the right amount of sweet. Great vibes all around--friendly service, tasty drinks, and a prime location in Downtown St. Pete. Will definitely be back! read more
