    Spicy Seymour

This is such a good location and a great menu! Staff was so friendly and even though it was a busy Saturday morning, we got our orders very quickly. I love Pete's in Ybor so it's amazing to have an option in St Pete too! The Spicy Seymour (add bacon!) is always my favorite and the spicy sweet flavor combo is elite. Paired with a honey lavender iced latte, my day is complete!

This is an offshoot of Pete's bagels, just more expensive to compensate for the high dollar rent of their location. The decor inside is beautiful, albeit limited seating. Menu is good and they have coffee and tea selections. We opted for the breakfast bagel and added bacon as well as the Seymour, which comes with smoked salmon and other stuff, that bagel is rather pricey at $14, and not a lot of smoke salmon. Bagels weee good and service was excellent. If you are downtown, not too many good bagel options, so this is a welcome addition to downtown.

Good bagels, nice service and easy in and out on central Ave. downtown with street parking. Bagel and cream cheese was great.

We ordered two lattes that were strong and full of flavor. The everything bagel was delicious and generously seasoned, and the bagel sandwich was also excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming.

We stumbled into Seymour's grand opening a couple weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised! We had no idea it was their first day open until we hopped on instagram to follow them, we were just looking for a quick mid morning pick me up. It was a cute little corner place with tables inside and outside in the adjoining breezeway. It definitely gave off like retro diner vibes Everything in their bakery case on the front counter looked delicious; however, we decided to share their Tomato melt. While a little tough to eat without making a bit of a mess, it was scrumptious - so much so that a few days later I attempted to make something similar at home! Even though it was their grand opening, they weren't too crowded and we received our food fairly quickly. They also had a self serve water station which was really nice, especially in FL! I don't live very close but I would definitely make a trip back to St Pete and Seymour's to try more options (did you see that bacon cheddar chive scone?)

Seymour's is tucked away inside the arcade! It's a cute diner style with bagels, coffee, baked treats and amazing staff! We opted with the onion bagel with cc and scallions, matzo ball soup and the lox bagel! All dishes were superb! The matzo ball soup was huge and very filling. Perfect texture and seasoning. Next time we will be trying their coffee!

I'm a big fan of Pete's Bagels, so I was excited to go to a new location! The inside is very cute and has a nice little seating area. The service was great for the most part, though they don't call out the names when the bagels are ready so you have to periodically check if you plan on sitting down to eat. The coffee and bagel were delicious and I like that they have some options that are unique to this location.

We went during their slow brew social where they had a live dj and cool vibes. There's an indoor seating area and they also have a few tables outside. Their special coffee that day was amazingggg so definitely keep an eye out if they have any specials. The bagel was yummy, it can get a bit pricey but worth it if you're not getting it on the regular. The service is super friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Conveniently located right in the heart of dtsp. Super friendly staff. I grabbed the grandson (exclusive to this location) & the original Seymour, bc you can't go wrong with a lox bagel. I tried their fall coffee menu & the maple cinnamon latte was my favorite! Perfect place for a quick bite or work in a quiet space in the back!

What a cute little coffee shop! Seymour's just opened about a week ago so they're still getting settled, but they are already stellar in customer service. The staff were so nice and friendly and the coffee was tasty. I really enjoyed the quiche - it was heated up nicely with crispy crust. This is a great shop with ample seating and large windows, perfect for getting some work done! Definitely come check it out.

There is both indoor and outdoor seating here, and we chose to eat inside when we visited for Sunday brunch. We had a reservation, but we made it only an hour in advance, so while I would still recommend given the restaurant is not huge, I don't think it is imperative. The inside of the restaurant is a great vibe and has a lot of character. Definitely a great date spot restaurant. The service was great. Our server was knowledgable on the menu, gave great recommendations and checked in on us often. The food was delicious. We ordered items a la carte for brunch and I don't have anything negative to say about any of it. The portion sizes were great, we definitely did not leave hungry. The scrambled eggs were perfectly soft scrambled. The smoked salmon toast was also amazing as was the beef tartare. This is a great brunch spot!

We sat outside which is perfect for watching the parade of people on Beach Drive.

Gave us a quick background information about the place and how the menu worked with great enthusiasm. He was prompt and very attentive to our needs. I ended up getting a cortado with steamed whole milk. The coffee was brewed well. It wasn't overly bitter and had a good full bodied flavor. For the breakfast entree I end up getting a the E.A.L classic which was hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, kielbasa, caramelized onions, and a house-made hot sauce (kinda looked like pesto). The scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. It was very fluffy and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. It paired extremely well with the house made hot sauce. The hashbrowns were also cooked well. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The kielbasa was great on its own by topped with the caramelized onions it elevated the experience. Per the server's suggestion we also ordered the sourdough with their seasonal jam, being blueberry jam during this occasion. The jam was more like compote so it had chunks of the berry. It wasn't overly sweet and paired wonderfully with the crispy sourdough bread. Additionally, I shared with my friend the Toasted Coconut and Blueberry Pancake. That was simply a delight. The pancake was prepared like a Japanese style fluffy pancake. It was nice and fluffy with a perfect amount of sweetness to each and every airy bite. It was also topped with shaved toasted coconut flakes, blueberry and lemon jam, buttercream, some maple syrup, fresh mint, and sour pineapple which honestly brought everything together. The sweet and sour play of the toppings and the pancake was a fun experience, neither overpowering the other. Even though I had finished the E.A.L Classic I couldn't help finishing every bite of the pancake. "High-end quality wholesome food that feeds the soul" is the best way I'd describe this place.

I'm one of those people that finds something I love and sticks with it so I always order the E.A.L. breakfast, but with the changing seasonal menu there's always options that sound interesting and delicious! I enjoy reading my options each visit and one day I do plan on trying something new, haha. The chef has come out each time to personally check in on the meal. One time he brought me extra kielbasa because he felt he cooked mine a touch too long (it was perfect, but no one turns down extra kielbasa!! Haha). Truly - incredible food surpassed only by the customer service!
