This is such a good location and a great menu! Staff was so friendly and even though it was a busy Saturday morning, we got our orders very quickly. I love Pete's in Ybor so it's amazing to have an option in St Pete too! The Spicy Seymour (add bacon!) is always my favorite and the spicy sweet flavor combo is elite. This is an offshoot of Pete's bagels, just more expensive to compensate for the high dollar rent of their location. The decor inside is beautiful, albeit limited seating. Menu is good and they have coffee and tea selections. We opted for the breakfast bagel and added bacon as well as the Seymour, which comes with smoked salmon and other stuff, that bagel is rather pricey at $14, and not a lot of smoke salmon. Bagels weee good and service was excellent. If you are downtown, not too many good bagel options, so this is a welcome addition to downtown. read more

We stumbled into Seymour's grand opening a couple weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised! We had no idea it was their first day open until we hopped on instagram to follow them, we were just looking for a quick mid morning pick me up. It was a cute little corner place with tables inside and outside in the adjoining breezeway. It definitely gave off like retro diner vibes Everything in their bakery case on the front counter looked delicious; however, we decided to share their Tomato melt. While a little tough to eat without making a bit of a mess, it was scrumptious - so much so that a few days later I attempted to make something similar at home! Even though it was their grand opening, they weren't too crowded and we received our food fairly quickly. They also had a self serve water station which was really nice, especially in FL! I don't live very close but I would definitely make a trip back to St Pete and Seymour's to try more options (did you see that bacon cheddar chive scone?) read more

Seymour's is tucked away inside the arcade! It's a cute diner style with bagels, coffee, baked treats and amazing staff! We opted with the onion bagel with cc and scallions, matzo ball soup and the lox bagel! All dishes were superb! The matzo ball soup was huge and very filling. Perfect texture and seasoning. I'm a big fan of Pete's Bagels, so I was excited to go to a new location! The inside is very cute and has a nice little seating area. The service was great for the most part, though they don't call out the names when the bagels are ready so you have to periodically check if you plan on sitting down to eat. We went during their slow brew social where they had a live dj and cool vibes. There's an indoor seating area and they also have a few tables outside. Their special coffee that day was amazingggg so definitely keep an eye out if they have any specials. The bagel was yummy, it can get a bit pricey but worth it if you're not getting it on the regular. The service is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. read more

We are from out of town and stopped here for breakfast. The bagels are so fresh and delicious. I had a plan bagel with egg and cheese. It came out quickly and hot. The staff is very friendly. What a cute little coffee shop! Seymour's just opened about a week ago so they're still getting settled, but they are already stellar in customer service. The staff were so nice and friendly and the coffee was tasty. I really enjoyed the quiche - it was heated up nicely with crispy crust. This place is so cute, and the food and service have been perfect! They have house made syrups for the coffee and can personally attest the brown sugar and toasted coconut are great with their cold brew! Our service has always been excellent and this is the best lox bagel I've had in st Pete. Will probably be going back too many times! Only complaint is the pricing is a little steep, but isn't that true for most of the places downtown. read more

The food and the coffee are fine but the service is non-existent. I ordered two coffees and a bagel. The bagel came immediately but the service apparently died after that. The two employees started chatting with a customer about their political activism and photojournalism despite the fact that I was standing right in front of them, obviously waiting for my coffee. When they finally wound down, I inquired about the rest of my order. Very weak response and feeble apologies followed. Eventually coffee appeared. Deeply unimpressed and not planning to return. A little less saving the political world and a little more service please! read more

A smile and better communication would honestly make such a huge difference because the food is genuinely great. We also tried the matcha latte for the first time, and unfortunately it wasn't good at all. Maybe it's new, but it definitely needs some improvement. Overall, we still love coming here because the food keeps us coming back, but the service has consistently been lacking.
