Came here specifically to taste their espresso after seeing the positive reviews. Tough to see from the street but the map isn't wrong. Just have to enter on adjacent street. Upon entering there is lots of seating outside and 2 glass doors lead to a small stainless steel ordering counter. Ambiance is industrial and rustic but clean. They offer a few pastries but coffee is there main product. I ordered a cappuccino. The leaf design was standard but the crema was thick and full. The espresso taste was full bodied with a roast of medium-dark / full city. It has hints of cocoa and a lasting finish on the tongue with just a touch of acidity. Overall I loved it and rate it the highest of all the coffee places I've tried in PR over the course of a week including others such as 787, Cafe Don Juan, and Chocobar. read more

This spot is super small and has a very simple menu but they don't disappoint. Their coffee is great, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff are dry friendly and helpful. They have an attached patio that is draped in the most wonderful white flowers and vines - truly beautiful. They also have free WiFi but it cut out one of the times I visited for a couple hours. Our hour long coffee shop search ended with this place! It was the only one open after 5pm around here. Couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and drink some good coffee. Food was good. Small portions and the quiche was served cold which I've never experienced before. The mochas were pretty good. Service was quick and easy and we sat outside in the sun to eat since the one table inside with the air conditioning was taken. Great stop if you are just getting coffee and want a light snack. This became my favorite coffee shop while in San Juan. It's small with plenty of parking in the morning, and a small patio in the back. The inside has a couple of tables to sit at, and a bench in the front that you can hang out on as well. I only had the iced coffee, but it was smooth and creamy. My friends enjoyed their cafe con leche. Not sure what their milk substitute is because I only drink black. Service is friendly and the workspace is great. Even though the coffee was ok the service was lacking. We were greeted with a what do you want attitude. After we ordered we were handed the pastry and told you know you can't eat inside. I thought I was being scolded. What a shame because the shop is quaint and the decor is amusing yet your barista needs to leave her street attitude at home. I love this little coffee shop off that is tucked off Calle Loiza in San Juan. Their rich espresso and lemon square is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. The coffee shop is quaint and modern, with art and handmade goods from local artists for sale. We picked up a bottle of honey infused with ginger and I wish I had bought ten more to take home with me. The staff is very friendly and patient. I went in with a large group of college students that took up the whole shop and they took great care of us. There is a nice shaded patio with additional seating outside. Service is friendly and super fast, a rarity in PR where I have become accustomed (though still aggravating) to slow service. Parking is a bit of a pain since its right next to Tresbe, which is a popular spot but parking is always an issue here. The cold brew is so much better than starbucks and while a bit acidic, still goes down smoothly. No idea how they got Muji here on the island, but as a Muji addict, I feel like I've found a kindred spirit in Cafe con Ce. Will come again to try out a latte! read more

For me not a great experience, I asked if they had any decaf coffee, because i am extremely sensitive to caffeine and they answered "no" then asked if i wanted a hot chocolate to which i answered yes. They then proceeded to still sell me a caffeinated coffee anyways but i had taken it to-go so i couldnt do much about it and ended throwing it out. im sure for other people the experience is great. read more
