There was no signage out front but there was a huge hanging F above the front door. Unfortunately it was windy when I went so it was blowing around and I missed it. For those who also have boy eyes like me, it's on the corner of Hotel and Nuuanu right next to Pizza Mamo. There was indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar seating. I had made a reservation for indoor and we were seated immediately. Tables are on the small side so prepare for crowding. Our waiter was extremely friendly and provided us with suggestions as well as the daily specials. I ordered the special (prosciutto wrapped mahi mahi) and my companions ordered the spaghetti carbonara and the kanpachi for the mains. We also got the quinoa cakes and a baked oyster special for our starters. Prosciutto Mahi Mahi was so delicious. I also tried a little of the other dishes and loved the kanpachi. The carbonara was soooo black peppery I did not enjoy it. Quinoa cakes were good, nothing phenomenal. The baked oyster was a pleasant surprise as I usually only like raw oysters but they were seasoned well and not overdone. Would definitely recommend Fete if you're looking for a trendier place to go that not only is Instagram worthy but also has good food and drinks.
