Ham & Cheese with Tomato Soup combo. Comes with chips!
    Arynn I.

Located in Topa Tower by the seating area, across from Aloha Bakeshop... Such a fun find! I've known this place was here for a little bit but finally got to try it last week for lunch! And I've been 2x already! One of my co-workers highly recommended the Ham & Cheese with Tomato Soup combo so of course I had to try it! You get a choice of bread: White, Wheat, Sourdough and a choice of cheese: American, Mozzarella or Mixed.. I chose Sourdough and mixed cheese. You also get your choice of chips. If you like tomato soup, this one is most definitely homemade. There was a lot of chunks of veggies in the soup which I really enjoyed. The flavor was tomatoey but not salty. My sandwich felt big and I only ate half... but it probably was just that I got full from the soup. I didn't even touch my chips! I liked the sourdough crunch and the flavor of the ham and cheese. I enjoy dipping it into y soup so of course I had to try that. Delicious! I really enjoyed the meal and the price wasn't too outrageous. Granted lunch prices went up all over but for $12.50+ tax, I was super happy with my meal! I ended up coming back a few days later and got the chicken wrap with a brown sugar milk tea with boba. Again, I could only eat half of my wrap but this time I did eat chips too. The wrap was stuffed with chicken salad and lettuce and came with a peanut sauce which really enhanced the flavor. I would get either of these again but I know I need to branch out and try something else. Can't wait to go back!

My ham and cheese croissant with avacado, and my acai smoothie just before I devoured them

Hi everyone, My work this morning took me to the Tapa Tower, where guess what..., my favorite person at Cafe Daisy, my friend Jean was working! She hooked me up with a ham/cheese croissant w/avacado, and an acai smoothie. I'm telling you..., if you haven't tried it, you've got to make Cafe Daisy a part of your day Also, if you're at the aloha tower location, try their tomato sauce with one of their entrees..., it's da bomb!! One thing I have to say..., I've been a customer of Cafe Daisy for a few years now, and Jean is the reason I keep coming back. Sure, the food and drinks are always delicious, but when you walk in and receive such a sincere and friendly smile, it only serves to make your day that much better Cafe Daisy..., keep up the awesome job and I will remain a loyal customer. Jean rocks!!! Woohoo!!!

Daisy...a beautiful simple flower with that often viewed as brightly innocent cheerfulness reminding yourself to enjoy the simple things in life with all the joy it will bring. I've had the first location bookmarked for quite awhile and somehow never made it there yet am so happy to have this second location in the Topa Finacial Center retail area which is an area I do frequent so it was a breeze for me to swing by. I decided to start my day here parking actually at a nearby Harbor Court as the public parking are municipal rates which is a huge bargain and is only just right next door just steps away. With just about a non-existent sign so don't blink or you'll pass them by and I'm just so impressed with their huge menu offering many are exclusive that'll get your curiosity flowing...Red Devil Latte, Black Goma Latte, Pink Melon Latte, PeachyKoi Sweet Tea, Biscoff Latte or what I got is the Ube Cheesecake Latte. I guess it was too early but I never really asked what's in it, I'm guessing Ube base with Oatmilk (Almond and Soy also available) and topped with Cheese Foam. This stunningly Lilac shaded drink was just a smooth sip of bogginess with every layer sipped together perfectly...wow!! Paring with my drink I ordered a Strawberry Nutella Croissant...yuuummm!! Love love loved it and the cute artsy note on the bag just brighten my day...awwww!!! True to it's symbol Daisy Cafe is absolutely cheerful with it's friendly staff and blends in all the simple things in life together and what joy it brought to my day. Thank you!

Salted cheesecake matcha latte, parmesan bagel w/ onion & bacon cream cheese

I took the opportunity to try Cafe Daisy now that they have this new second Downtown location. They are located inside Topa Tower on the ground floor across from Aloha Bakehouse. I heard good things about their first location and let me just say, I was impressed! It's a Korean cafe with a whole bunch of unique drinks plus breakfast and lunch options. From lattes, milk tea and smoothies, to a wide selection of bagels, there's something for everyone. The interior is very modern and clean, plus there's a large seating area right next to the cafe. Also the employees are all so friendly and cute! There were so many drinks that sounded good, but I decided on the salted cheesecake matcha latte. The cream on top literally tasted like cheesecake, plus it was just a really solid matcha latte. A little on the sweet side. They didn't ask if I wanted it hot or iced, so I guess it comes iced by default. I also got a toasted parmesan bagel with spring onion and bacon cream cheese. Let me just tell you this was SOOO good too. The cream cheese was just packed with onion and bacon pieces. I guess since it's Korean style the cream cheese was sweet too, but I love that salty-sweet combo. I will definitely be back regularly simply because there's so much I still want to try! Haupia latte, blue ocean latte, pink melon latte... FYI they are still in their soft opening and when I went they were cash only. Luckily there are ATMs right around the corner.

Definitely a MUST try. My office is a couple of blocks from this location. Wanted a healthy lunch, somewhere different. Checked my reliable Yelp and voila, a new happy union. Before going there, checked out their menu. Decided on a Turkey Avocado Wrap. They do NOT disappoint. They seem to set themselves apart from other places like them, cause it was unique, delish, and very reasonably priced. Take a look at my pic. I got it "to go" so I know it looks goofy. Wish I took another pic of it lying on its side, on a plate, cause they grilled the two sides of the wrap! Sorry, I showed that baby down fast. Okay, so I'm a picky eater, so I waived the fajita veggies and the cheese. Wanted the grilled onions, but was a package deal with the bell peppers. Chose to lose out on the grilled onions even though that would have been even more incredible than it already was, but I get it. Not dinging them for my particulars. My scrambled egg was cooked to perfection. Fluffy, not runny, not burned. Baby bear....juuust right. Again, look at my pic. Can you see the amount of avocado in there? Who does that? Every bite was filled with the creaminess of the avocado, not some smear on the inside of the tortilla wrap. Then there was a creamy, light dressing for flavor. Again, just the right amount. Okay, sorry this is long, but I really love this place. The service was great. I went to get lunch, but ended up getting the breakfast wrap, which best suited my desired taste for the day. They said they serve breakfast all day, so it worked for me. Service was great. Helpful, polite, patient. My kind of staff. I came back to the office pumped up, and told my assistant all about Cafe Daisy. She's gonna check them out soon. As for me, I'm gonna go tomorrow to try one of the lattes, which should be so good. It'll be hard to choose.

Visited here twice for breakfast after working out at a famous gym a couple blocks away. Charming quick breakfast spot with swank yet quiet music, and an excellent coconut mocha and French toast cold brew. We also had a ham, egg, and bacon croissant with avocado and a peanut butter, Nutella, banana, and strawberry croissant (custom-made). They are very accommodating with customizations! Note: This is their 2nd location. Their first one is a few blocks away. Since they have only been here about 4 months, they are still working out the location paperwork with Google, so you'll have to use Yelp to find this location.

Parking in town can be tough if you want street parking so rather than stress I just parked across the street in a public garage. Walking up to fete we didn't even realize we had arrived. There was no signage out front but there was a huge hanging F above the front door. Unfortunately it was windy when I went so it was blowing around and I missed it. For those who also have boy eyes like me, it's on the corner of Hotel and Nuuanu right next to Pizza Mamo. There was indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar seating. I had made a reservation for indoor and we were seated immediately. Tables are on the small side so prepare for crowding. Our waiter was extremely friendly and provided us with suggestions as well as the daily specials. I ordered the special (prosciutto wrapped mahi mahi) and my companions ordered the spaghetti carbonara and the kanpachi for the mains. We also got the quinoa cakes and a baked oyster special for our starters. Prosciutto Mahi Mahi was so delicious. I also tried a little of the other dishes and loved the kanpachi. The carbonara was soooo black peppery I did not enjoy it. Quinoa cakes were good, nothing phenomenal. The baked oyster was a pleasant surprise as I usually only like raw oysters but they were seasoned well and not overdone. Would definitely recommend Fete if you're looking for a trendier place to go that not only is Instagram worthy but also has good food and drinks.

Had a glass of wine and baby had watered down lemonade. Her drinks were put in plastic cups with covers and those horrible paper straws. Honey drizzle which wasn't too sweet...or maybe I just ate the parts that didn't have. Baby ate almost 1.5 pieces and even liked the Jalapeno Butter that I just dabbed on her bread. She said wasn't spicy but think she just didn't have enough. - Bone Marrow - lit it on fire to burn off the alcohol. Pretty sure it ddin't get it all so I cut baby off once I realized it. Realized when we ate it for leftovers it was all pretty oily and needed a pinch of salt. But otherwise great. Staff really nice and helpful. Love that the place is spread out and open. Bathrooms are not assigned which I'm sure can get gross, but is great to not have to wait for just the women's. There is a big stall which was perf since baby is potty training and had to go #1 and #2! Only thing missing was a hook to hang my purse and her bag. Prime rib sandwich came with salad and au jus sauce and a side of salad. It's good but also very filling. I didn't try the burger or teriyaki chicken but was told both were delicious. After dinner, we ordered a few items from the bakery to eat on the plane. You have to take a number and wait for them to call it. I got 2 kouign Amannn, 2 Dubai coco puff, and half dozen green tea puff. The kouign amann is a circular croissant. I liked that it was soft and flaky and had a sweet, crispy glaze over it. The Dubai coco puff had a strong pistachio crunchy flavor but I thought it was way too sweet for me personally. The Star of the show are the green tea cream puffs! I would come back to just order that! The top filling tasted like a thick creamy brown butter green tea-flavored icing. The filling inside doesn't taste like brown butter and less thick but still really good. Overall, they had really good food and items from the bakery.
