The best espresso! Free parking, delicious food, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and cozy atmosphere both indoors and outdoors, versatility for all occasions, fair prices, good cocktails, and being open 7 days a week all contribute to a wonderful experience. It seems like a great spot to visit for a meal or a drink. Enjoy your time there!

Love going to a legit ethnic restaurant only to find out how authentic they truly are. Service and food were both indicative of the warmth and kindness of the Serbian people and their culture. We tasted many dishes that were all amazing. Cabbage salad is sooo good. Homemade bread made fresh daily is insanely delish. Bean soup with the bread is omg !!! All the meat dishes were fresh and perfectly paired with their warm bread. Being an American with limited knowledge of Serbian food, I would have to say give your palette a walk on the wild side and go visit this wonderful little restaurant. You won't be disappointed. PS ... the local beer is pretty good as well !!

Great food. if you want good ethnic east European food, definitely give it a shot. I usually not crazy about bread but everything they have here is excellent tasting.

Maybe not the best service I have ever had in my life, all those young girls who work there will learn one day as nicer you are the more tips you will get. Anyway they have to work on a service, but also we live in Vegas where everything is about customer service and competition is huge. So hopefully it will be much better in future. But the food .... Is something else. All those waiting (poor girl have to cover inside and outside) eventually pays off. Food was fresh and delicious. Cevapi (Eastern European/ Turkish kind of breakfast sausages) is MUST. It's served with traditional type of bread and must be eaten with onion otherwise it sucks. Cevapi are MUST. Also Karadjorjeva snicla is a MUST, (cheese and ham wrapped in pork and deep fried) something that you will never try in any other restaurant than Serbian. I could go and comment everything but what's the point. Also Sopska salad is delicious (tomato, cucumber, onion and feta cheese) They also have outstanding seating which I prefer because people smoke inside (it's European mentality), But also I go there to eat not to comment interior or exterior Also large selection of European and domestic bears

A cross between a hole in the wall and a lounge. Well stocked bar, and Serbian (Balkan) menu for the most part. It does appear that most serving staff and customers are from the old country...as nobody will greet you upon entering....furthermore everyone will stop their meal to take a glance at you before continuing what they are doing (welcome to the Star Wars Cafe). Food is all right with certain items better than others. Winners: Cevapi are definitely a winning menu item at Cafe Derbi. However do not be tricked in ordering "Kajmak" as it is only sour cream. Fried roasted peppers were good but heavy. Turns out they are loaded with cream which came-in handy when eating other drier items. Baklava type is typical for the area of the Balkans and very similar to what my mom and grandma used to make. Losers: Shopska salad ....a little tomato and lil cucumber drowned in feta cheese. Pita (cheese pie) while authentically rolled is dry and not consistent. I ordered it on two separate occasions, and both times was dry. Lastly if you are not a smoker, don't bother coming as ventilation system is not on, and the place reeks of cigarette smoke.

Worst experience ever! We entered with our service animal (small puppy) and the woman in the back started to yell "out only you can sit outside". She said this sentence five times in a very rude way! Then we decided to do takeout. But she grabbed the menu and decided not to serve us. If you live in the United States, you should accommodate yourself to the country's rules! The restaurant staff must allow the service animals inside! This is law! You should obey!

Great Serbian food. My husband (Serbian) and I went to this restaurant while visiting Las Vegas. My husband really loved the karadjorjieva. I ordered the trout, it was pretty good. We loved the baked peppers (paprika) and cabbage salad. What we didn't like at all was the cheese pita, but we still ate it coz we were very hungry One thing to note is that people smoke inside the restaurant so if you are sensitive to smoke, it may not be the place for you. Otherwise, food, drinks and service are good.

    The food was cold too

Boasting a decent sized menu of european dishes and daily specials, Bites of Europe makes everything homemade including thick pretzels, schnitzel, dumplings and more. I tried pork schnitzel in mushroom sauce and the beef and pork Pelmeni(siberian style dumplings) The dumplings were the star of the show. A large portion for an appetizer, they were delicious with or without the adjika (chili based sauce) The schnitzel was perfectly fried with a juicy pork cutlet inside but what put it over the top was the fresh mushroom sauce that could have been its own side. Even the fries were surprisingly good The prices are reasonable for the portion size and the area. Definitely worth a second trip to try more options. My only slight concern was the time it took to get my meal. However, since they cook everything fresh, it wasn't a big issue. Definitely let the server know if you have a lunch rush or get it to go.

She was so warm and welcoming and explained their menu, answered my questions about the beers available and gave me the best lunch experience I could ask for. July I was just in Paris so I ordered the dinner size beef bourguignon and it was DELICIOUS. Very tender and flavorful and melt on your mouth. Lean meat that wasn't mostly fat and the reduction was to die for. Came with obviously hand prepared mashed potatoes which made me close my eyes. I love a good potato. Especially mashed. I also ordered a lager and tried the ice cream as well as the sourdough (sourced from Italy and baked in house) I don't know what more I could have asked for. We even had a great chat. I don't believe anything happens by chance in life and I'm glad my path finally aligned me here. See you next week!

The dining room is dim and intimate but not dark. Definitely a mood. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. The sommelier was very knowledgeable with his recommendations with the wine we all could enjoy for the whole table. Our server Eric was excellent! His energy was amazing. Among the dishes we tried were the bread with ricotta, the patatas bravas(thin sliced potatoes pressed and cut into long logs) the dry aged iberico(one of the best bites of the night) the croquettes with truffle and iberico. For mains we all shared the steak frites, short rib pasta, seafood risotto, the dry aged pork(everyone's favorite) and the short rib and potatoes (super tender). As for dessert, the pistachio tiramisu was yummy but the deconstructed key lime pie is a must. We did the Anima Experience and it was such a memorable dining experience from start to finish. The food was creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We enjoyed the dry-aged carpaccio, chicory salad, seada with jamón, bucatini, rigatoni, pan-roasted cod, and braised short rib. Everything had its own unique flavors and presentation, and the handmade pastas were definitely a highlight. Dessert was the perfect ending -- the ginger and passionfruit crème brûlée was absolutely delicious! Beyond the food, the atmosphere felt upscale but still warm and inviting, and the whole experience felt thoughtfully put together. It's easy to see why Anima by EDO is now being recognized by the MICHELIN Guide. Definitely a restaurant I would recommend for a special dinner, date night, or anyone looking for a unique dining experience off the Strip. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back and try more from their menu!
