The pizza was made to order and was very good. Where we sat in the dining area, we were able to watch the pizza be prepared in the pizza oven. The grilled salmon added to my salad was good. What a sleeper hit! My fiancé and I saw a review of this place on a YouTube video from Let's Eat Las Vegas and decided to give it a shot. We came on a Thursday night and we were the only customers. We decided to share a pizza (prosciutto and burrata) and the gnocchi in a gorgonzola sauce. The pizza is Neapolitan style and had a great crust and was not soggy in the middle. The fresh basil on top was so fragrant and really brought out the flavor of the pizza. The gnocchi was on a whole other level. The gnocchi had great ridges and had a bouncy texture. The gorgonzola sauce was phenomenal. I have never had a white sauce for gnocchi where I was completely blown away. Not overly salty, the distinct blue cheese taste added character to this dish. We could not stop eating it. To end our dinner, we ordered a cannoli. Not too sweet, perfect for our meal. We'll definitely be coming again! Added bonus: They gave us thin focaccia slices for the table. Absolutely delicious. I don't know what seasoning they added on top but it had me grabbing more slices! read more

I was very impressed with chill bar and Grill Restaurant. The calamari was delicious. The all meat pizza was fantastic and we also order one Italian calzone. I ordered a cannoli to go because I was so full. Our waitress, Lilea was extremely friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. It was super loud here, you could barely hear your own conversations. Great service, though. Just maybe tune the band down some. It's a small place, so sound really travels. Located on Sahara & Buffalo, this place is pretty quiet and quaint. We stopped in on Saturday night for pick up and there were only 3 groups in the place, so nice and quiet. We placed our order and waited: Caesar salad, calzone, chicken parm, and of course, their infamous cannoli! The wait for take-out was not too bad and provided utensils which is always nice. The calzone and chicken parm smelled and looked amazing. Melted cheese, gorgeous golden crusts, bubbly - just perfect and typical. The Caesar salad dressing smelled a little too authentic for me maybe? It was very sour/off smelling and wasn't edible, but the croutons I ate before I ruined them with the dressing were lovely. The entrees were disappointing for how beautiful they looked. The calzone was more than 1/3 dough and very little meat. The chicken was pounded too paper thin so that you tasted more breading than chicken, and the noodle to protein ratio was off. The marinara sauce was a little too authentic as there were sticks from whatever spices were used to flavor the sauce still in it. Now, I will say, the meal was disappointing and very expensive, but after all was said, done, thrown out, we tried the cannoli. That was not exaggerated in the slightest and might be in the top 5 cannoli I've had in the US. Perfect flake to the pastry, the chocolate had just the right amount of sweet and bitter and the filling was creamy and a hint of WOW! I went to this restaurant on the night of December 18th, 2025. I was in a big group that night and . The waitress took orders from everyone in our group but forgot to take ours. I had to spend a couple of minutes tracking down our waitress. I then proceeded to order a plate of calamari and fig balsamic pizza. 15 or so minutes later our waitress comes to our table with a dish that we did not order. I had to track down our wait again and asked is this someone else's since we didn't order that. She asked if we ordered the caprese salad since she thought she heard me say I ordered the salad I said no I ordered the calamari. Then she looked through her notebook and said the calamari from one in my group was the last of the night. Then asked would you like something else with no apologies and ran off. The thing is I don't like going to restaurants that don't give you what you ordered but instead serve you something different instead of just saying we ran out. It just seems like bad customer service. The food was pretty much average and not much to rave about. It's a mediocre restaurant at best with below par service. I don't see returning here. read more

This place is like the Undiscovered country. Not at all crowded, at least not on Sundays. They can easily accommodate large groups or small. The food is terrific & the service is excellent. Tonight I visited the Chill Bar & Grill for their Thursday night live music and comedy venue. Located off Sahara west of Buffalo, this pizza and wine bar offered oven fired pizza, pasta, and Italian entrees. I ordered the margarita pizza with truffle fries! The atmosphere was like attending an Italian wedding, our host Gambino was very welcoming, and set the mood of fun, and laughter. Many of the entertainers were Strip performers full of talent! If you have a free Thursday this is the place to hit. It all starts at 7pm and runs to 9pm. read more

After reading all the great reviews on this site, my hubby and I just had to give it a shot. Glad we did. Although the restaurant doesn't open until noon and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, we managed to make a visit there for lunch. We ordered two salads and by the way, the spinach salad is absolutely delicious and not your ordinary spinach salad. It had some unique toppings that made the salad worth returning for. A margarita pizza and pasta were also ordered and were very tasty. It was enough food for another meal at home and almost as good. The service was good. Our iced teas were constantly refilled, and our server was more than attentive throughout our meal. Well, there were only three tables, including us. Why not five stars? One menu item was not available but okay, I'm flexible. The pizza and pasta came out at different times, like 10 minutes difference. My husband and I prefer to eat together and not have to wait for the other to be served as one of the meals will be cold. Two salads, two iced teas, a pizza and a pasta . . . our bill was over $70 without a tip. Inflation. It's the new normal. Do yourself a favor. Popped into chill on a Friday night, and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Didn't really know what to expect, but we walked into a wonderfully decorated, cheerfully welcoming neighborhood spot. We got the prosciutto wrapped dates, a green pepper, pizza and an order of the french fries. Again, it was just a relaxing, low-key Friday night for us. The pizza was good. Crispy, quality produce and sauce. I was pleasantly surprised. The dates, wrapped with prosciutto and served with smooth ricotta terrine, could've been cooked a little longer to maybe give each date a crispier outer crunch with the meat. They didn't go to waste, by any means. The french fries, on the other hand, were absolutely wonderful. They do a truffle Parmesan fries, but we were just looking for something to dip while we had a libation or two. We will try those when we return. The service was perfect. Friendly, accommodating, we did not wait for a single request. Food came out timely, everything was provided as needed, and it was very fun to chat it up with members of the staff. Very nice people, and it's always nice to pop into a neighborhood restaurant and get to know the people that make it what it is. They are at the heart of the matter. I sure hope more people give this place an opportunity. While it may not blow your socks off, it can pleasantly surprise you with its consistency and quality. The wooden floor and tables are impressive, but apparently contribute to an unflattering odor that is evident as soon as you walk in. The pizza oven is also an impressive sight. I came here with two co-workers and we each ordered a 12-inch pizza. At the time, we were the only food order in their queue. The pizza menu offers no veg* options, so I specially requested a veggie pizza with no cheese. There were no plant-based meat or cheese options. There was one person working both the bar and the dining area. He was apparently still learning the ropes of the position. My friend ordered a second serving of Stella, but was served a Peroni by mistake. He forgot the lime that I requested for my first beer, then later forgot my second order of beer. So, I had to remind him. They had six beers on tap, only one of which was an independent craft beer. This was the El Charro Mexican-style lager from local Tenaya Creek Brewery. Service was slow for both drinks and food. When our pizzas finally arrived, mine was served with cheese. So, I reminded the bartender, and I patiently waited for my original order to be prepared and served to me. Surprisingly, there are no video poker machines on the bar. So, this place will have to rely on its product and service to succeed. The bartender was telling us about live entertainment they have on certain nights, but this is not advertised on their website. The cocktails were awful! very bad since the guy at the bar didn't know how to make Old Fashion or a Mule! Asked my husband to go mix it himself and my husband refused the offer but told him what should go in it. It took the bartender/waiter and the guy who made the Pizza over 30 minutes to bring the drinks while we already had our appetizers and the Diavoletta Pizza which had a very fatty bad smelling ham (coppa) with terrible taste. This cost over $100 which was quite expensive for what they gave us! They charged us full price for those two horrible drinks that they had no idea how to make !! Verizon service stated could not get through. We tried their website on line and still no results. Did this place burn down? Ok, maybe they had a phone problem. Every link.on line said they were open. No biggie next time. 3 stars just for the phone or the staff not picking up. We will still try it if someone picks up the phone at another time. read more

Full disclosure: I'm friends with the owners. Chef Giancarlo introduced me to the Pizza Diavoletta a few weeks ago and it has to be the best tasting pizza I've had in a very long time. It's a thin-crust pizza but don't let that stop you--so tasty. I've since had the Meat Lovers pizza and it's very goof too. I've not tried anything else on the menu but everything looks so good. Kristina (manager and bartender) took very good care of me, as usual, and has a great demeanor and can-do customer service attitude. Chef runs a tight ship and the back-of-house is immaculate as you'd expect from a well-run eatery. read more

Understandable for most but a bartender??? And no mint for mojitos in the summer??? The appetizers were just ok- they did come out quickly with the truffle fries just warm: so disappointing. The ambience was meh- large party with small children making a typical racket- we have kids but with a name like Chill Bar we were expecting a more relaxed atmosphere, not possible. Overall a huge let down. I've been a customer of Sienna Deli since their original location at Trop & Eastern and was so looking forward to your new endeavor but......waste of money and a sad ending to a birthday celebration. This place is definitely chill in the best way. Amazing service, the drinks were amazing and we loved our pizza. Bartender was super friendly and the place has a great ambiance and energy. We had the Espresso Martinis and they were absolutely fabulous. We've literally had hundreds of them all over Vegas and this is one of the Best ones - Period. It's a newer spot so we just found out about it by driving by on Sahara. Plenty of parking and a lot of seating inside the bar and restaurant. Definitely will be coming back for dinner! read more

Place wasn't packed, couldn't smell food upon walk-in, ambiance (meh), and after more than 30 minutes from ordering our drinks, I got up and had to pay at the bar! Not a place I would personally recommend; but then again, I'm not willing to patronize let alone TIP nor give my hard earned dollar to a business that operates at this level.
