    Serbian Beer
    Katelyn G.

I've never had Serbian food and we got the cevapi. It was some of the best food I've ever had. Even the beer was delicious and I'm not a beer drinker. The service was great. This is such a delicious little hole in the wall id definitely go again.

Was finally able to come here to try after my friend had came into town for the week. I had asked another Serbian friend if there was any restaurants in Vegas that served Serbian food before (was curious) and she recommended this place. I wanted to take this friend here last time but he had to shorten his trip unexpectedly. We finally was able to come here for lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised. Located on the east end of the 7-11 building off Rainbow, facing Flamingo, it is a tiny restaurant that apparently is pretty popular among the Serbians/Europeans. My friend went full Serbian the second he walked in and was speaking in the native language. My other friend and I were speechless. LOL The decor is very plain. Bar in the back. Large speakers and lights on the ceiling like there is some karaoke or events at night. Small tables and some booths. Almost like a hole in a wall place. We were told to sit anywhere we'd like. The waiter/manager/owner/whoever he is was nice and brought us menus. Apparently they like serving bottled water as water in Serbia is never drank from tap. Another meal being out of my element and being clueless, I asked my friend for suggestions. According to him, a fail-safe item to order is the "Cevapi" (beef links) made with ground veal and beef, served with special homemade bread, raw onions, and butter/cream cheese spread. He himself ordered this while another friend ordered the "Burek pita". I ordered the "Banjalucki sis cevap", which is similar to the "Cevapi" but from a different area of Serbia. The "Cevapi" and "Banjalucki sis cevap" looked pretty similar. Cevapi's beef links were smaller and had more, but the "Banjalucki sis cevap" beep links were huge. If anything, i fet like i needed more bread. Lol ! The "burek pita" uses a thin flaky dough similar to phyllo dough wrapped around some meat. Typically served with a Serbian yogurt but not available here so it's served with a yogurt/buttermilk. The "banjalucki sis cevap" was delicious. The fried bread was soft and crispy. The raw onions adds a nice crunch to it. The butter/cream cheese spread adds a nice creaminess to it all too. My friend ate his "cevapi" in his hands like a sandwich. I decided to use fork and knife, because he said there was no wrong way to eat it. LOL. Overall, yummy first experience with Serbian food. Will keep this place in mind from now on. Oh ! my friend also ordered a popular "coke" drink called a "Cockta" with "the finest herbal extracts". Its like a mix of like coke with a cream soda aftertaste.

Every time we come to Las Vegas we always end here before driving home and it's always amazing. We always come with a fun group and the waiters always just make it that much more fun. Being able to find Balkan food this good is always a win. Recommend the following: 1. Riblja Corba (Fish Stew - trust me, it's great!) 2. Mjesano Meso (Meat Plate w/ fries) 3. Palacinke (Crepes with Nutella) can't wait to go back! if i lived closer i'd be ordering it once a week easy, also very fair prices for the food! in LA they definitely price gouge for Balkan food and not at the quality that is served here.

The best way I can describe Prince is by calling it a dive bar with greasy Ukranian/Serbian food, except in a good way. The décor and atmosphere are nonexistent but the staff are friendly and the food is good. They have a full bar and indoor smoking- patio seating available if you're not a fan. Majority of the clientele here are from Europe, so don't get offended when you're asked where you're from- it's not meant in a rude way. But don't be a stereotypical boring American diner and get the shish kabob, ask for a recommendation or pick something from the specialty entrees section and prepare to be impressed. I opted for the Makedonska Pljeskavica, which is a gyro-like meat stuffed with mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, and cream cheese, between two slices of soft, oily bread. Definitely split this order, as it's a giant portion AND unhealthy. Add a shopska salad to lighten things up- cucumber, pepper, tomato, and feta with a vinegar-oil dressing.

Definitely take advantage of the six course tasting menu. It is $75 a person. It is way more food than you will likely be able to handle but you get to taste everything. The first course was garlic shrimp with a giant loaf of bread for dipping. The second course was tomato lentil soup. The third course was a variety tray of hummus, tzatziki, baba ghanoush, falafel, and pita chips. The fourth course was a pineapple with skewers of steak and chicken coming out of the top. The fifth course was a bowl of fall off the bone chicken with lots of herbs and spices. The sixth course was dessert. It was sort of a baklava style cake filled with bananas and walnuts. It was way more than we could both finish, but it was absolutely delicious. Every detail is thought of even the presentation. They do love dry ice at this place lol. While you eat, there are belly dancers dancing around the restaurant. It was very entertaining. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I would definitely do this again.

I genuinely loved the entire meal. The service was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the menu was easy to read and understand. My only complaint was paying $6 for a very small bottle of Acqua Panna water. I know it's a premium brand, but that price for such a small bottle felt excessive. I've had Greek food that was more flavorful. Greek food tends to be a bit pricier than others so I have a higher standard. I can brag on a few things. The restaurant was very clean and cute. I loved that they had TVs and we could watch the World Cup game that was on. You order your food up front, pay, grab your drink, and then sit down with your number. They bring the food out to your table. I love the CocaCola freestyle machines. Unfortunately this one didn't have any diet or zero options other than Aha sparkling water. That was a bit disappointing. They do have canned Diet Coke along with some interesting Greek drinks in a refrigerator. I ordered the gyro plate and my son got the falafel gyro. We both got the feta fries. These are really delicious. There was so much feta and herbs on the crispy, coated fries. My portion was great on my gyro plate. The salad was pretty but the Greek dressing was very mild and lacking in flavor for me. The same with my gyro meat. It was just okay. When you mix beef and lamb, it creates this delicious flavor and I just didn't get that here. The tzatziki was very bland to me. It was almost just straight yogurt. My son's falafel pita was very good. It was soft in the inside with the slight crisp on the outside. It was a large size pita and filled up my teenage boy. The desserts sounded delicious and the baklava in the case next to the registers were phenomenal looking. We didn't make it that far to get to have dessert. Since my son loved it so much, we will be back. I will try a different plate next time and hopefully be able to get dessert also.

I highly recommend everyone try their lunch. The price is incredibly reasonable, and the food quality is top-notch! For an appetizer, a whole fish entree, and a dessert, the Restaurant Week special is only 40 bucks! Even if you can't make it out to taste the food during Restaurant Week, their usual lunch prix fixe (with the same dishes) is only 45 bucks. Compared to the Mayfair Supper Club I just went to, this place handles their fish remarkably well. It perfectly retained the tenderness and juiciness of the fish, and the skin and edges had a bit of charred, fire-roasted aroma. It left me thinking with great satisfaction: this is exactly how fish should be prepared--simple! The octopus appetizer was also incredibly tender with absolutely no fishy taste. The kitchen's grilling technique and heat control are just exceptionally well-handled. I also quite liked their dessert, Greek yogurt and candied orange peel. I think using orange peel has an advantage: even though it's been candied, it still retains the natural bitterness of the peel, so it's not overly sweet. Speaking of olive oil, the olive oil at this place deserves a shout-out too. It has a very strong grassy aroma and a distinct, pleasant bitterness with a sweet aftertaste. We also added an order of their signature appetizer, which is thinly sliced zucchini and eggplant fried and stacked into a tower. It was seriously so crispy and delicious!!! And very eye-catching! This dish is great for sharing, though it did get a little greasy toward the end, since it is fried after all. This single appetizer costs a whopping 41 bucks! It's even more expensive than the Restaurant Week set menu! But it's super eye-catching and tastes great! Oh well, let them have my money.
