Took the family here for a late dinner after sunset on the beach. We needed a place with vegan options for a couple. No one was disappointed. I had the Cafe 11 Club which was absolutely amazing. This place is just BAD. I came here the first time two months ago, and got an extremely rude person taking my order, but the food was good. I came here two days later and they were helpful and food was good. Today they were RUDE and the food was soooo bad, i couldn't eat it. My husband ate his food out of necessity, and now his stomach is upset. As you can see the avocado was rotten, tostado stale, and the egg over fried when I asked for scrambled. It's hard enough to have dietary needs, but a local business that claims to cater this place is disappointing. Time to find another local business to support. read more

Our monthly group of 13 ladies had reservation to visit Cafe Eleven today, our table was ready for us on arrival. That was a big plus, other local eateries wait until we actually show up before the tables are arranged to accomodate everyone even with reservations made weeks ahead of time. I must say right away that we had a great time, food was served nice and hot, the staff members were very pleasant, prices were so reasonable. We all agreed this is a place to return to again and again. I'm looking forward to the breakfast buffet on the weekends. Wish I coud give more stars than the FIVE. read more

We came for the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning. The place had great reviews so we expected to have delicious fresh food. We arrived around opening and tried several of the options. First frustration we had was that the only meat options were pork based. So not kosher friendly. This is annoying but ok if everything else had been up to par. The breakfast buffet did have quite a few options however most of them tasted like stale leftover food. The biscuits were hard, the overnight French toast were stale and the potatoes were stale. The eggs were fresh tasting and the food served at the pancake and omelet bar was obviously fresh as well. So there was clearly a combination of leftover and some fresh food. However at the price point that they are charging with no drinks it was not acceptable to serve stale/leftover food. Very disappointing. read more

We eat lunch here on a regular basis and the food is consistently good! Love the salads!! There's a good variety too! The salmon salad is delicious as is the New Salad, but seriously I have tried almost all of them and they hit all the flavor notes! Adding protein is not super expensive either as other restaurants charge a lot for that. The Cuban is excellent as is the Apple Turkey pressed sandwich, and don't forget a side of their pasta salad. Amazing coffee and breakfast place! Really nice and cozy area to do some work and have a cup of coffee/tea. The beach is closed to the restaurant and might even get a drink and then walk on the beach. Went there twice for breakfast, first I got a bagel and iced chai latte. They were amazing and delicious. Second time I went to try their buffet on weekend, it was amazing with a variety of food and an omelette station. Will definitely come back for their drinks and food. read more

Wow I didn't expect to find a place with consistently good food and great service on the beach no less. The problem with beach communities is that they often trap their patrons in an area full of mediocre diners that offer mediocre food with slow service. Not this place-I ate breakfast here three times I liked it so much and had lunch here once. The prices are reasonable for a beach community. The menu varied. The food good to great - depending on what you order - and service was quick and friendly. The parking lot is a little small so you may face issues there if you come in at popular times. My group loved every meal we had there with only two minor nit picks. According to my pal who ordered a side of sausage - it was undercooked and someone said the Cuban sandwich was good - but it didn't resemble any Cuban sandwich they'd ever eaten. Other than that - no complaints. I would say this is close to five stars - not quite but close. Very good. read more

For brunch they have a buffet set up on stage with all the desired breakfast items everyone enjoys . They usually have a guy who makes custom made to order pancakes and omelets. Went here for breakfast and it was good! I had pancakes and bacon, and both were what you would except of a breakfast spot. Service was friendly & fast, too! My only "complaint" (if you can call it that) is that the bubble tea is not what I'm used to with bubble tea. If you're looking for exploding boba, beware they only have tapioca pearls which I discovered the hard way is VERY different, but apparently more common than I've seen before. Just upset that I spent $6 on a bubble tea and tossed the entire thing. read more

We went visited Cafe Eleven for breakfast and ordered 1 breakfast plate, 2 kids breakfast and a breakfast sandwich. The food takes a while and I'm guessing it's because the food is being cooked fresh but if you're on vacation what is your hurry.....just chill and relax. We sat outside and I personally enjoyed 3 older gentleman, which I think are regulars, bicker back and forth in a nice manner about traveling and life. The food was good and my breakfast sandwich was delicious and I have nothing to complain about the service. We tried Cafe Eleven for dinner but I was stuffed from and couldn't eat a bite but from what I heard it was good too. PARENTS: the kids plates give you a hefty portion so this is a bonus and kids can probably share 1 plate. We went back for breakfast on Saturday morning because I was craving the breakfast sandwich, but to my disappointment they only were offering breakfast buffet that morning. If you are staying near the beach in St. Augustine then you may want to try this place out for a meal. I went for breakfast on a Sunday morning with my parents. When we walked in we were greeted by a few of the workers. We were then told that Sunday is "brunch" day. I was ok with that. For about $10 a person you get a brunch buffet. We were seated promptly and directed to the buffet line. This is where it gets interesting. I believe at night this place has live music since the buffet was up on a stage; yes, a stage. No big deal. The buffet also reminded me of how you would expect a potluck be set up. This was clearly a stationary buffet. I walked up the stairs and was greeted by the "pancake maker" (he also makes omelettes). I was able to request a banana pancake! Wonderful. While he was making my pancake I began to check out the rest of the food. They had toast, bagels, muffins, french toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns. This was a pretty decent spread of food if you ask me. I am sure they had other stuff, but I can't remember it all. Oh, yes-they also had a bowl of fruit. Refreshing fruit. I had time to fill my plate up with some other goodies and as I went to sit at the table my pancake was done and he brought it over to me. How sweet! It was a really good pancake. In fact, it was so good that I went to request another. This time I asked if he could put in strawberries, blueberries, and bananas-he did! What a champ! The coffee bar had a nice selection as well and the service behind the counter was great. The atmosphere was a little underdone; probably hasn't been updated in years. I could tell there were some locals in the restaurant and of course there were tourists.It was a nice mix of customers. Great variety for Saturday/Sunday Brunch. Made to order pancake and omelet stations. Had raspberry pancakes this morning that were wonderfully tasty! Have stopped in for weekday breakfasts too. The Scrambler is one hearty meal. Love the A Frame Datil Pepper sauce! It's great on eggs. Anxious to stop in for lunch or dinner sometime, if we can get past breakfast!
