Cafe Elite is one of my favorite places to get coffee and energy drinks. They have a great menu and awesome baristas. Always delicious drinks made how I like them. Extremely loyal generous customer who's fed up. I was spending well over $3,000 a year here, but now I RARELY go. Friendly baristas, but they keep driving up the prices to the point that now they charge $2 more than Starbucks for the SAME drink. What REAAAAALLY annoys me is their little "suggested tip screen" is getting completely out of hand. First the suggested tip was 15% (totally reasonable). I would always add extra feeling like i was giving them a little bonus thank you for their effort. Then it kept going up and up AAAAND UP! NOW the MINIMUM suggested tip is 25% to 40% and it makes me feel like my tipping is NEVER good enough or I feel awkward tipping what I believe is fair if it's less than their greedy minimum: i read about this little underhanded technique and apparently it's known as "guilt tipping." I shouldn't have to feel manipulated and guilted into paying a higher tip each time so i just quit going altogether. I refuse to enable their greed. On the plus side by not buying coffee anymore I've been saving a lot of money :) Congrats, you just lost a good paying loyal customer. Hope it was worth it read more

I ordered two of the Espresso milkshakes from Doordash. I like the fact that they aren't too sweet. The Espresso flavor was very good. However, their texture didn't feel as much like a milkshake as much as a blended coffee. I really wanted a traditional milkshake with Espresso in it. But, that I know that, I will order them again. I was very disappointed when I went to cafe elite in parkland and was greeted by a young woman who was not wearing a mask. After asking her to put on a mask, as me and my roommate were high risk, she informed us she didn't have a mask on her person or in the area at all. It's very shocking and upsetting to find someone handling food in a pandemic not taking the basic precautions for the general health. read more

Thought I'd stop by with my best friend tonight to get energy drinks as it would be a late night for both of us- Pulled up to the window and to my amazement, the barista wasn't wearing a mask. I commented to my friend, who regularly visits this location and she said none of the girls have been wearing masks-EXCEPT for the time she went through and the girls were scrambling to find some sort of mask to throw on, because the owner was making his way inside. Other than the blatant disregard for her personal health, or mine as a customer- the barista was pleasant and our drinks were excellent. Just ordered a drink here for the first and last time! The person making my drink grabbed the cup by sticking her pointer finger inside the cup, and then when pushing the straw into my cup, pushed the tip of the straw with her bare finger. Even if there wasn't a pandemic going on I don't want someone's bare hands touching the inside of my cup, and the part of the straw that goes directly in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting! read more

Good coffee, good service, good prices. It's really hard to review coffee stands in this area, since we have so many good ones, and frankly, it all comes down to personal preference. Cafe Elite has the slight advantage of being a small chain, rather than a stand-alone shop, which lets you use pre-paid coffee cards in more than one location. I prefer my coffee a little sweeter than most people, and Cafe Elite delivers. I've found a few other chains in the area [Big Foot, for example] to be inconsistent in their coffee [too sweet, not sweet enough, the same order tastes different on different days, etc], Cafe Elite seems to have been slightly ahead of the rest in this regard. This particular location is sort of fun if you're a bargain holiday decoration hunter. They're located right next to the Dollar Store, and frequently have holiday decorations out that they've purchased there. So, I can get a preview of some of the cute holiday items in the store while I get my coffee. That's probably just my own weirdness, though. read more

Fav coffee stand, ever! Period. Tabby & Daira make my morning, every morning. Cafe Elite is reasonably priced (I only drink white coffee and it can get super pricey at other places), they have good drink specials going on often, & the drinks are bomb! What's better right? They just acquired a location in Covington and I have be honest I'm extremely disappointed in their service!! 1) I purchased a 24 oz latte and they gave me a 16 oz w/all the foam that filled up 1/2 my cup 2) they only gave me 1 shot of espresso In a 24 oz drink when it should of been 3 (I was a barista for many years) 3) I asked the barista how many shots were in my drink? she lied, when I had just seen her pour a single shot and charged me $6 Horrible service! read more

They really are not wearing masks or wearing gloves. I put my mask on but still it makes me uncomfortable when workers don't wear masks. If you don't wear them at work where you are paid to be safe and provide a clean environment do you not care about wearing masks in public either? These ladies seem more likely to have COVID in my eyes. read more

The worst service today. 20 minutes to get mediocre coffee. The other drive-thru side had 7 cars go through as we watched and waited. There's no manager to talk to about the issue. The ladies that work here around 7 am on weekdays are very sweet. My biggest concern when it comes to drive through coffee stands is time and efficiency because I don't want to be late for work. I never have to worry when I stop by Cafe Elite. They have two baristas working in the morning, which I really appreciate since there are two windows and usually quite a bit of cars in the morning. Today I spent less than 5 minutes off the road and there were two cars ahead of me. I don't like my drinks too sweet, so I ordered a vanilla breve with half the amount of sweetener and it was on point! read more

This place is great. Reasonable prices and yummy drinks. The girls always make sure to wave at my 2-year-old which he loves, and you don't feel like you're interrupting when you pull up which is something I often feel at other coffee stands. My only (small) complaint is I'm a huge fan of Italian cream sodas and each employee makes them completely different than the next. When I order one, I don't know if I'll get stuck with a mediocre curdled looking drink or if I'll be blessed with a creamy, delicious drink. The blue wave with cream is very good and the aloha with cream is very good. I would recommend this if you want a refreshing drink.one downside is you can't be in a rush at this place you got have about 15 minutes to waste if u want to stop and not be late. Very good drinks! read more

disgusting. i usually love cafe elite but i won't ever be going back again. i ordered a 24 oz blended mimosa like i always do, drank almost all of it before noticing that there's HAIR IN IT. and not just a little strand, the hair had been blended so there's multiple pieces of hair now in my mimosa. i even pulled a piece of it out of my mouth. literally started crying hysterically. went back to see what they would do about it and all i was told was "huh that's so weird" and was given not even half of what i paid for as a "refund". wasn't even offered a free drink, maybe a punch card with some punches, nothing but a "refund" that was even half of what i paid. i'm so upset. obviously some rules need to be changed considering my barista had hair down to her butt not even tied back. read more

Love going to all the cafe elite stands, but this one is my favorite (& not just because its the closest ;) ). All the girls who work here are quick at making drinks and are always super friendly. I never have to worry about major variations of my coffee with different baristas, always pretty consistent in taste, which is a big deal for me. read more

Not only do I get a delightful cup of coffee each time, but i get to have a bit of interaction each time I drive thru the line. They care about me as an individual and take interest in my life. I've been going to this Café Elite for over a year now, and this place is awesome. The girls that work there are very sweet and always have something nice to say. I dont think I'll go back to this location ever again and I didn't always feel like that towards this location. Sometimes the coffees are great--the best, sometimes they are terrible. Consistency cant hurt and I would work on that a bit.

The breakfast choices are amazing and the coffee is good. I am a picky person when it comes to my drinks and these girls seem to get it right for the most part! He service has been excellent too every time, no matter who the girl is while I was there. They all seem to really enjoy their jobs, and that makes me enjoy my experience. read more

The last three times I have stopped here, the baristas have been very rude. The only reason I have gone there is becuase despite thier attitudes, the coffee is great. The last time I went there I was barely greeted at all, and when I was asking about an item that I thought was on their menu.. I was looked at like I was stupid and she said "thats all we have" not even in a friendly voice. The girls inside were talking amongst themselves and dismissing the fact that I was sitting there as they were making my stuff. She jipped me on my change, but I didnt even care becuase I wanted to get out of there. I work in customer service also, and it puts a COMPLETE damper to your day when this happens. read more
