Guava lemonade was very good. Tried the Spanish sea salt and the marshmallow spice - both good and could taste flavors but mildly, not strong. Would like to taste the flavors a bit more. Coffee was not bitter. The foam wasn't very thick wish there was more of that. Prices are good and even if there is a bit of a line they come out quick.

When Café Encanto rolls into your neighborhood, don't miss the chance to step up and treat yourself. This charming coffee and food truck made a stop by my office today, and I'm so glad we decided to give it a try! The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about what they do. I ordered the Spanish Salt Iced Latte, and it was absolutely delicious--smooth, perfectly balanced, and refreshing. I also couldn't resist trying one of their scratch-made beef empanadas, served with a bright cilantro dipping sauce. The pastry was wonderfully flaky and the filling packed with flavor. From hand-crafted coffees and teas to pastries and savory bites, Café Encanto delivers a warm, satisfying experience. Highly recommend catching them if you get the chance!

This is my favorite coffee + pastry food truck! The quality is unbelievable -- everything tastes fresh and made with care. Their flavored lattes are SO delicious, and I love that they rotate seasonal flavors throughout the year. I always get the pandebono and the shredded beef pastry, with cilantro sauce on the side (it's a must!). They also post their daily/weekly locations on Instagram, which makes them super easy to find. Every time I go, there's a line -- and it's 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

I saw a Tik tok about this place and came with my friend and the workers were so kind with helping answer all my questions and the coffee honestly tasted amazing. So worth the wait and they give you a buzzer while you wait and you can sit by the fountain and sip on your coffee which made a very relaxing morning before heading off to work!

The lattes were excellent quality and the service was quick, especially considering the line of people. They have to-go lattes, where you add ice within 3 days, which I think is a really neat concept! They set up in a different spot every day. Definitely recommend

Nutty Caramel Latte so good I forgot to take a pic from the start!

Great coffee, quick service, friendly staff! What more can you want to start off your morning? Visited the Boca location on Tuesday and got the Nutty Caramel Latte. Highly recommend this business!

My husband and I wanted to try their coffees. We went to two of their location, 2 days in a row. The service was amazing. The ladies are so nice and have very good recommendations. Both times we got there at 10, the wait wasn't long at all. It's such a cute coffee truck. There are a lot of signs and pictures on what type of drinks they have. The matchas are pre sweetened. They were very good. The sea salt Spanish latte was our favorite. The horchata was good too. I wanted to try something new. It just tasted like coffee with cinnamon. I didn't mind it because I love cinnamon. We will be back next week!

Really tasty - the Spanish Latte was very rich in flavor. I had 4 different types of Iced Lattes but that one was the best.

Another coffee truck visited my workplace, so of course I had to give them a try--and I'm glad I did!

And we both chose different fruit bowls where the fruit was fresh, varied and delicious. The bowl was a good value but juices felt a bit overpriced considering my experience with Pressed juices. This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

We thought we parked by it but didn't and had to walk around to find it in the plaza. We even encountered other folks who were also trying to find it in the plaza. It might be good to have signs by the entrances to let people know where to go for that particular place, seeing as it's so popular. They were very welcoming and they were very quick with their service. They are a family owned i and operated business that specializes in Colombian coffee. They had some baked goods as well, but we didn't eat there. I ordered the banana coffee cake latte and it was fantastic! It was very rich in flavor, but kept it coffee. Unlike some of those specialty drinks and holiday drinks, it was not all syrup. I very much enjoyed it. Definitely recommend you checking them out. The coffee is freshly roasted, great quality, and the staff was super friendly explaining their different milk options, and quite healthy as well! I tried one of their iced lattes with a pandebono sandwich which seemed quite a novelty! Since pandebono is meant to just be eaten as is. Definitely exciting! I did enjoy it after all
