For delivery in the last 30 years, I have always had, a UPS mailbox, so as of july third I will be canceling my UPS, as the degradation of services especially at this location, i've continued, the people inside are rude, they are quite mocking, i primarily speak English. And they may rude comments in Spanish to each other about me Not thinking that I know spanish because I always talk to them in english. Here it is now quarter after 7, and they are just letting people out of the store. The "Manager" was verbally abusive, demeaning and aggressive after I told him on the phone that the final price was different from the quoted price of two of my photo prints. The Manager not only treated me terribly, he treated Simon terribly. So, not only does this "Manager" believe in baiting and switching prices on customers, he believes in abusive customer service. I'm forced to believe that by Copy Zone employing him, they support this type of behavior, too. Needless to say, I will not stand for any form of abuse, nor misogyny, especially as a customer. This is completely unacceptable behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COPY ZONE AT ALL. If you need printing services, I advise going to one of the many other places available who will treat their customers with dignity and respect. UPDATE: Called and left a message for the owner on Thursday, 10.12.17 and have not received a call back yet. Hoping for a call back to come to a resolution about my copyrighted Artwork that Copy Zone has in their possession, with zero permission to use.
