The waitress was friendly when she took our order. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate, Muhammara, and Fattosuh Salad. I love their Muhammara. It comes with pita bread to dip into this delicous roasted pepper dip. It is so easy to just fill up on bread because it's so good! But make sure to save room for other stuff. They give you a huge portion of Chicken Shawarma served over rice. The Fattoush salad comes beautifully plated in a tilted elevated bowl. There's a clean restroom at the back of the restaurant. Instead of showing concern, the woman I spoke with told me that she ate the food herself and was "fine," which came across as dismissive and unwilling to even consider my experience. I understand that not every issue is clear-cut, but a response like that lacks basic customer care. At the very least, I would have expected some empathy or a willingness to look into it. Food safety and customer service both matter, and unfortunately this experience has made me hesitant to return.
