    Veggie Biryani, generous portion
    Irwan A.

Just happened to pop in at 3pm on a Wednesday as the other neighboring Asian restaurants were closing and glad we did. Few people were finishing up so we were seated immediately by the friendly staff and the show started: Papadam: crispy and light with the right balance of spices to get the palate going for the rest of feast. Tandoori Sampler: Overall a nice platter for sharing as the chicken was tender, the prawns were succulent but the kebab was on the dry side and slightly bland. Goat Curry: hands down, one of the best prepared curries as you kept going back with as the goat was tender and the curry had the right amount of heat and toasted spices as the cardamom and cloves were prevalent, Veggie Biryani: Generous portion as it overflowed the bowl with plenty of peas & carrots and some charred cauliflower which added a subtle smokiness to the dish. Naan: Garlic & Plain were great pairing with the goat curry, would definitely return for that combo. Reason for the 4 v 5 star was that there was unfortunately some hair in the curry but sometime those things happens but it won't stop me from another outing.

Amazing food combination, I have tried 3 Thalies so far. Can't wait to try the rest. Highly recommend it!

Noori has consistently raised the bar on the quality of the food, service and ambiance. Today however they really reached a new level. Man! The tandoori chicken, daal makhni and butter chicken was aabsolutely amazing! The flavors were off the hook and the comcombination of spices and flavors were so perfect! I am still licking my fingers 3 hrs later!! DELICIOUS!!!!

"I recently visited a Pakistani restaurant and was blown away by the quality of their food. The Pakistani lamb curry was especially delicious, and the garlic naan and onion kulcha were also noteworthy. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Pakistani cuisine." Also I left my AirPod and there employee was generous enough to remind me Great service

The original plan was to grab some lunch items at Whole Foods, but who doesn't want to try a new restaurant?! Walking into the restaurant, it's a little unclear if you order the counter and they bring you food or if you're seated and you order at the table. We quickly figured out that your order at the counter and then grab one of the tables and they will bring you your order. I found the restaurant to be unkept, and most of the tables that did not have customers sitting at them were super dirty. The tables hadn't been cleaned from the previous customer/customers. We had already ordered and it was that quick mental conversation of are we expected to clean the table so that we can dine there or what. Thankfully, a bus boy appeared, and he didn't seem overly eager to want to clean the table that we were standing at but instead wanted to clean one that someone was dining at. It was kind of odd. He took a couple of swipes at the table and it really just removed the food that someone had dropped all over the table. Just not a comforting feeling when you know that you'll be dining in that same spot. Our food came out fairly quickly, and I was super excited to have a good meal. We ordered the lunch special, which included a lentil/garbanzo, bean side, CTM ( chicken, tikka masala), rice, and naan. We ordered one mango lassi to share because we figured it was easier to try it, then order too much. You can always order more, right?! The mango lassi was very underwhelming. It locked through mango flavor, and that hint of tanginess. I just felt like I was drinking warm mango juice. I definitely have had better. With the lunch plate, we upgraded the naan to the cheese naan. I love carbs like anyone else does, but I found this to be basically bread that someone had put curry flavor in with a couple of cubes of cheese. So basically curry powdered bread. Yuck. The CTM, I found the chicken to be very sparse in terms of the portion size, and the chicken was very rubbery. It was overcooked, and I specifically had asked for little to no spice. Apparently that request was ignored. The lentil and garbanzo beans were tasty, but the garbanzo beans were undercooked, incredibly hard, and the flavor profile was really weird. It couldn't decide if it was supposed to be spicy, spicy, and salty, or something in between. The rice was OK. It had far too much fenugreek in it, and again the flavor profile, even combined with the CTM just was a little offputting. The guy behind the counter was fairly friendly, but it wasn't that warm and inviting friendliness. Is this a place I would go back to? No, not at all The one thing that I really enjoyed was the artwork on the walls.

Let me just say... wow! The Chicken Tandoori was one of the best I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. This was actually my first time trying Chicken Tikka Masala, and I completely understand why it's such a popular dish. It was rich, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and not greasy at all. Paired with the garlic basil naan, every bite was absolutely delicious. I'm Middle Eastern Americam Afghan, and our cuisine is known for using a lot of herbs, spices, and bold flavors. Because of that, I'm very picky and skeptical when trying new restaurants. Rasoi exceeded every expectation I had. Every dish was seasoned to perfection and bursting with flavor. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Axel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. He has outstanding customer service, an incredible personality, and so much passion for both the food and the restaurant. To the owners: you truly found a gem. It's hard to find someone who treats a restaurant like it's their own, and Axel definitely does. I'd also like to recognize our wonderful server. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was working behind the bar making drinks while also taking care of our table. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and such a sweetheart. The entire staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The IPA was fantastic ice cold, crisp, and incredibly refreshing, especially on such a hot day. It paired beautifully with the food. To top everything off, they surprised us with complimentary ice cream, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It instantly reminded me of Afghan Qaimaq Chai. It was creamy, refreshing, and the perfect ending to an already incredible meal. I'm already looking forward to coming back with my family. Next time, I can't wait to try their biryani! Thank you, Rasoi, for a great dining experience. You've definitely earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine paired with exceptional customer service.

The Daal makhani was not as creamy / buttery as it's supposed to be. All tasted decent , and on the milder side I would say. I feel all of them could have used a little more salt.
