They were definitely hot and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They were really kind. I'd made an order online that they didn't notice, so they started on my sandwich as soon as they realized their mistake. I was waiting less than 10 minutes; there was no one else in the store, so I got all of their attention.

It's located on the broom floor of a building (likely government contractor). You'll have to park in the employee parking lot and walk in and navigate your way to the restaurant. There is no direct door to the restaurant from the outside.

The presentation wasn't very good as it was just thrown on a plate and not really well presented to me. It tasted good it was very sweet but it was good. One of the things that reduced the star was both the presentation and the fact that the syrup that was presented to me in the cup had a layer of film over it and when I went to pour it over my French toast it wouldn't pour until I pierced the film covering the syrup. The eggs over medium and the well done bacon that I ordered came out perfectly and were very good. It was starting to get busy when I was ready to leave and it took a little longer for my server to bring my check and also then pick it up. All in all it was a good meal, and I will be back but I will try something else the next time I come in. I definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try.
