I then asked the barista if she could replace the coffee that had spilled, and I was surprised when she told me I would have to purchase another one. Considering I hadn't even taken a sip and the spill happened because the lid wasn't secure, I expected a little more understanding. Unfortunately, her response and demeanor were also quite rude. It was such an odd experience, especially over something that could have been resolved so easily with a little kindness and basic customer service. Good coffee, terrible service.
