It has a very large bar area and since I was by myself, I just sat at the bar, even though I wasn't having an alcoholic beverage. I had an unsweetened iced tea with lemon, which they kindly refilled as soon as it was empty. I've been trying to eat healthy so I ended up getting the blackened grouper sandwich, but without the bun, and instead of the french fries I got a side of steamed broccoli with garlic. The fish was actually quite good and the broccoli was very freshly made in crisp with garlic. They have a pretty big menu with all kinds of food foods and the one interesting thing that they have here that you wouldn't expect is sushi and sashimi! Is located in a mall next to the Barnes & Noble. And it's my go to restaurant in that plaza whenever I stay at the Hyatt Place hotel next-door.

If these system issues are persistent, there should be a temporary process in place to ensure orders are communicated to the kitchen. The staff were already aware of the problem, which suggests this isn't a one-time occurrence. Management needs to address this so employees aren't left dealing with frustrated customers because of a known system failure. The staff apologized and offered to rush our order by moving it ahead of the others already being prepared, but by that point we had already been waiting 40 minutes, had children waiting in the car, and it was getting late. We ultimately canceled the order and requested a refund. This experience wasn't about the employees, they were courteous and tried to make it right. The issue was the lack of a reliable backup process for a known system problem, which created an avoidable inconvenience for both customers and staff.

All of the dishes were excellent.  Also had a side of Fioretto Cauliflower $12 that was creative though not too plentiful.  Really appreciated that they list the farms where they source their ingredients.  The beers were superb, Hazy IPA, Bohemian Pilsner and Keller Pils.  The sports bar has a different menu with more of the types of dishes you'd expect at a brew pub. It is however dark and less inviting. In part that's the rub here. As much as we appreciated the quality of the food and gorgeous setting the fact that it is part of a brewery becomes somewhat irrelevant. This time, we were there to just hang out at the bar, so we went down to the basement, which is really nicely decorated! I got to chat a bit with one of the bartenders, who was really cool and helped me out a bunch with some much needed water! I think his name was Herman. The only minor issues we had were that the queso arrived only warm instead of hot, but our server took care of it immediately without hesitation. I also ordered a steak that wasn't quite what I was expecting, although that may have been due to a miscommunication on how I wanted it cooked. What really stood out was the hospitality. Even though we were the last guests in the restaurant, no one made us feel rushed. Instead, the manager came over, welcomed us, checked on our experience, and even shared a few laughs with our group. That level of customer service made a lasting impression and really ended our evening on a positive note. Overall, we had a great experience.
