    Burger and fries.

Food came like warm. Burger had zero juice and by the time the waitress brought ketchup my fries were cold.

    Pretzel. Hand for scale.

Came here after a work event - seemed to be the easiest place to host a number of people at once. They gave us a nice long table way at the back to sit by ourselves, but was a bit difficult to find my way in or out. Once I did see everyone, I sat down to look at the beer menu - small and nothing my style. At all. Some IPAs, some generic brand beers, but quite a small local/craft tap list. So yeah, I echo reviews that this place is super-chainy. In lieu of a beer (or two), I ordered myself a calamari dish. Kinda craving that. It came out quite oily, sliced too thin (or they used a cheaper frozen product with thin skin, because it didn't taste as luscious as calamari ought), so finishing it was a bit of an ordeal. But I did. For science. I will say service was nice. People liked the giant pretzel although it was rather plain compared to typical pretzel dough. There were some other apps passed around that I sampled, again nothing special. I will say they did a good job to serve a large group, though I think at one point they got a beer wrong and were very confused what to do. Fortunately I wasn't the one paying, but unfortunately that means I can't verify what was charged. In the end, Brick House is serviceable. But if I can't even find a beer at a tavern & tap? Not coming back. I think there's a reason this place is so much less crowded than Tommy's.

Always enjoy stopping by here for a cocktail and quick snack. Today I had a glass of Prosecco, Caesar salad, chicken tenders with fries and everything was very good. The hostess allowed us to choose our seats and our server was very accommodating. The restaurant was clean and cheerful with the fireplace radiating warmth. Great inexpensive place to grab a drink and light bite.

Chili served cold with no flavor except raw onions. Ground beef is literally swimming.

Great job on service, but the food was terrible. I wish I could say better, but after receiving my entree(the Mardi gras pasta special) I decided to give this place one more chance before we left. I ordered the chili, which was cold, and the most watery soup I have ever eaten. I would go to another restaurant in Marketfair if I had the chance. Don't bother with this place. You'll just be disappointed.

It looked like they have outdoor seating for when it's nice out. We would love to check it out in the warmer seasons. I love the inspiration of the Korean fusion dishes. The soy garlic chicken wings were our favorite. We did an order of half soy garlic and half the spicy. I did have high hopes for the gochujang pasta, but the flavor was a lacking a little seasoning and the pasta was also a little over cooked. The beet salad was solid and refreshing. My wife and I love that it was byob. We would come back to try some of the other popular dishes and the coffee at coffee shop at the entrance.

Really wanted to love their Korean food after a…read more"pretty good" first experience with their bulgogi last year, but the menu changed and the wannabe Korean flavors were not authentic or up to standards. The classic Korean sundubu chigae was way too fatty, spicy and watery, not a stew. The bibimbop was mostly rice and less fresh veggies than the first time I ate here. For the first time in my life, we saw a restaurant serve up a severely burnt egg (on top of the bibimbop) instead of a simple fried egg. What's happening in the kitchen and their standards to mess up a simple fried egg? (You'll find better bibimbop and soondubu chigae in fast casual cafes and H mart cafeterias.) The non-Korean dishes were better - the fusion gochujang pasta alfredo with shrimp was tasty, and the butternut squash-quinoa-kale dish was surprisingly delicious. However, the true Korean dishes were not authentic and therefore disappointing. They're trying to capitalize on the popular Korean wave but I doubt the truly knows Korean cuisine or flavors. Also dining is on second floor. If you have anyone in your party who can't handle two sets of steps, know that there is no elevator here, and the restrooms are downstairs only where the floor tiles are peeling off and causing tripping hazards.

As we were leaving I reconfirmed it with the person at the host's desk ( seemed to be the manager) , who apologized and said maybe our waiter missed it . But it was a noticeable miss that cannot be overlooked, as that was the purpose of our dinner here. End of the meal, our family's spirits fell flat, but we still sang and celebrated sans the petty candle. Now on to the food and drinks... Mocktails were delicious, colorful, and eye-catching . We tried all 3 on the menu and loved it. Appetizers galore filled our table ... Bang Bang cauliflower had a medley of sweet & sour flavors. Hummus pita board - Warm grilled pita was a table favorite with the small portion of hummus and fresh crisp veggies. Harvest salad - crisp lettuce, feta cheese, walnuts, poached and fresh sliced pear, cucumbers, and watermelon radish with rose vinaigrette made this extra special. Crispy calamari - great pairing with pickled veggies and arugula basil aioli. We ordered an assortment of entrees with all seafood choices . Salmon with risotto , Halibut & Branzino cooked to perfection served with flavorful sides. For dessert, it was the warm brownie with vanilla ice cream and peanut butter cup . The brownie was soft and not too sweet, slightly warm and it vanished in a few seconds. Peanut butter cup was a dense donut texture with candied peanuts We hoped that at least one of the desserts would be served with a candle as we were celebrating a birthday but they missed it and didn't care enough despite letting them know when marking the reservation. I loved everything about the experience at Agricola, but their lack of attention to detail stuck out like a sore thumb , as the poor communication between their front desk and wait staff dampens the guests' experience , making it a not-so-great finish .

In contrast to their far more expansive location in Morristown, the Princeton location is noticeably more "intimate" with Manhattan inspired table crowding. Not enough to detract from a wonderful meal but certainly worth noting. Five stars all day long. PS... no credit card surcharge. A surprise that certainly puts a smile on my face.

Next time I come I want to try their Buttermilk Fried Chicken Bao Buns-sriracha slaw, house made pickled cucumber, micro cilantro, asian glaze. It looked so good. There was a couple sharing our high top and they ordered several orders of these and they told us it's a must try. I would've ordered more food, but we were going to another place and I didn't want to fill up. The staff is very nice here all very friendly and welcoming. There's no children's menu. This place is a bit small so I don't recommend it for young children and it would be difficult for handicapped unless you're able to get a table outside. We will definitely be back.

Best Soufflé Pancakes ever!…read more Now that I've actually been to Japan I can honestly say I crave these pancakes more than the ones I had overseas! These pancakes are more fluffier and eggier (I think that's a legit word, LOL), and super rich! If you don't like eggs, don't visit because there is a lot of eggy flavor. I've tried the two dominant flavors, Matcha and Strawberry, and I can't tell which one I like better. The light cream topping is better than any butter or maple syrup I've ever had. There is usually one more flavor that they change from time to time as well which I've heard is great. Going on the weekday avoids the wait. J S Foodies is the latter, a small and cheerful outpost of Tokyo imagination where breakfast behaves like theater. I arrived with my boys and my father in law, a man celebrating another year of survival in a universe that has not yet figured out how to improve pancakes. The space is small, and the famous Kiseki pancakes take their time, about twenty to thirty minutes, as if they are being persuaded into existence rather than cooked. These Kiseki pancakes are not pancakes in the American sense. They are soufflé style creations, tall and trembling, as if gravity is only a suggestion. They arrive airy and delicate, with a gentle jiggle that suggests optimism. We ordered accordingly. I had the lemon ricotta, which tasted like sunlight had been filtered through dairy. My oldest chose matcha, green, purple and quietly sophisticated and complex. My youngest went with the original maple, a classic executed so well it made the classics feel new again. All were excellent, the sort of food that makes conversation pause because mouths are busy being grateful. My father in law ordered what I personally considered a cautious breakfast. Regular pancakes with eggs and bacon. A meal that could have been assembled in any roadside diner between here and forever. Yet even this was handled with care. The eggs were perfect, the bacon honest, the pancakes dignified. No irony, no shortcuts. Yes, the prices are a little steep. But this is not a place for routine nourishment. This is a place for occasions, for birthdays, for reminding yourself that breakfast can aspire to something like art. Five stars, because sometimes the world surprises you by getting something exactly right.
