Cute little cafe serving sandwiches salads wraps smoothies coffee and other items tucked away in a beautiful small courtyard behind the Hacienda office building. Reasonable prices for basic fare done well. Easily accessible via the parking lot in the back, but you would never know this is here if you were just driving down the street. Caring service and al fresco dining. Perfect for a lunch getaway if you work in the area.

Blended Mexican mocha tasted better than the hot coffee, Carla and Keren are the best. So friendly and great customer service.

I was told everything was made from scratch and I believe it! Had their breakfast burrito and a slice of zucchini bread and took one of their bomb brown butter cookies to go. I ordered the Parakeet Bowl with chicken and the Strawberry Matcha Iced Latte with Oatmilk. The carrot salad was the only thing I liked in this bowl. Chicken was dry and rice was underdone. As for the strawberry matcha, I mainly tasted the strawberry puree with barely any taste of the matcha. The milk kept separating, so you had to keep stirring it to keep the drink incorporated. The bf ordered the Best Burger Ever. Definitely has a cleaner taste than the burger I had at a digferent spot. This was just okay for me. For dessert, we ordered the salted brown butter chocolate chip. We couldn't taste the brown butter and the chocolate chips were super large chunks that when warmed, it gets all over you. Perhaps smaller chocolate chips so it's not so messy. The ambiance is airy and open, which I liked. A casual but upscale fast casual restaurant that missed the mark for me for this visit. Customer service was good and food came out timely.

We each got to order a pot of tea, so we decided to order 5 different ones to try out more flavors together. The ones we picked were: -Jasmine orange oolong - Coconut milk green tea - Earl grey lavender - Vanilla cream -Strawberry rose champagne oolong tea My top two favorites were the jasmine orange oolong and the coconut milk green tea. The only flavor that none of us enjoyed was the strawberry rose champagne oolong tea, so when it came time for refills, we switched it to the rouge provence. For the food, there were four finger sandwiches: chicken breast, smoked salmon, cucumbers, and chopped spinach. We all liked the chicken breast one the most, and felt like the cucumbers and chopped spinach could have been combined into one sandwich for a more balanced flavor. For sweets, there was the seasonal scone, fruit tart, macaron, and donut. I loved the scone with the butter and fruit preserves, as well as the fruit tart. The service was polite, but a bit slow and we waited a while before our food arrived. There was only one person who was serving the entire afternoon tea area, so it's understandable that there's a longer wait. All in all, I would definitely come back for another afternoon tea experience!

I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll made with croissant dough and to be honest, the pain eu chocolate wasn't the freshest I've had, but I still enjoyed it OK. I wouldn't order that again, but I would definitely get the cinnamon roll again. That was one of the best ones I've had. I loved that it was made from croissant dough, which made it lighter and more flaky than most cinnamon rolls. I have high standards for croissants as I've been to France many times. :) The view that I got to enjoy these watching while sitting outside, made it such a great experience. I balanced my sweets with a cold refreshing iced Americano, and I would like to come back to try the Nutella danish. The service was great. There was a sweet girl working that helped me and allowed me to take my time looking.

But I digress, back to the parking. Be prepared to look for a spot to park, but atleast parking is ample and shaded. I left TOAST before 2PM and people were still driving into the parking lot! I walked to TOAST a little reluctant, seeing how it's inside a corporate building. Once inside, I followed the signs. The interior is a little sterile but it is a much larger and pleasant space than I expected. No music. It is very quiet inside. There is a pretty outside patio in the back that caught my eye but I chose to sit inside. The booth seating is very comfortable. This place is a solid choice if you're single btw. You can sit pretty much anywhere with your laptop or if you just want to read a book and enjoy some fine ass coffee in peace, you can! I love coffee and espresso, and it turns out their Mexican Mocha is quite the fabulous diva. The mocha cup is a glorious, oversized mug with the most delicious sprinkled cinnamon on top. It was hot, rich and delicious. I missed breakfast (it's over by 11:30AM, so I'll return to try their French Toast and their Filipino Breakfast burrito). I decided to get the "Ain't Your Classic Burger" cheeseburger, which is on the Sandwich side of their menu. That Chuck brisket patty, you guys... ooh, it's to DIE for. Tender. Moist. Gigantic. A whopper size of a burger with the perfect amount of melted cheese, pickles, spring lettuce (yay! No sad iceberg crap), chopped fresh red onions (my favorite), brown butter dijonaise (ugh so good), and a secret sauce that was actually worth being called a secret. I didn't add extras, but you can actually add an egg or bacon to your burger. High Cholesterol lovers can unite and rejoice here lol. it's worth noting how fresh all of the ingredients tasted. The brioche bun was a nice choice. So was the crisp spring mix lettuce, the juicy tomato and crunchy red onion bits. I ordered a side of fries and tbh, they were average. They reminded me of an attempt on McD's french fries. They did come in a cute stainless steel fry basket and it does elevate the plate presentation, but I might skip those next time. It was the cheeseburger that had my full attention here... well, and the delightful mocha. No pictures this time. I devoured everything. I think this is a solid cafe on this side of town. It's hard to find zero wait times, available and comfortable seating, fresh food, solid portions, and continual peacefulness in a morning/early lunch establishment. I'll be back soon.

I highly recommend this place.
