Food sandwiches mediocre. Services nice with a smile. Ambience is good, bright, sunny outdoor area.

We each got to order a pot of tea, so we decided to order 5 different ones to try out more flavors together. The ones we picked were: -Jasmine orange oolong - Coconut milk green tea - Earl grey lavender - Vanilla cream -Strawberry rose champagne oolong tea My top two favorites were the jasmine orange oolong and the coconut milk green tea. The only flavor that none of us enjoyed was the strawberry rose champagne oolong tea, so when it came time for refills, we switched it to the rouge provence. For the food, there were four finger sandwiches: chicken breast, smoked salmon, cucumbers, and chopped spinach. We all liked the chicken breast one the most, and felt like the cucumbers and chopped spinach could have been combined into one sandwich for a more balanced flavor. For sweets, there was the seasonal scone, fruit tart, macaron, and donut. I loved the scone with the butter and fruit preserves, as well as the fruit tart. The service was polite, but a bit slow and we waited a while before our food arrived. There was only one person who was serving the entire afternoon tea area, so it's understandable that there's a longer wait. All in all, I would definitely come back for another afternoon tea experience!

Both individuals were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The selection of French pastries and drinks was impressive. I ordered the Rieme lemonade along with a couple of butter croissants, and everything was delicious. The multigrain and olive bread loaves were also very tempting and will definitely be on my list next time. Overall, the prices were very reasonable, the quality was excellent, and the experience was delightful. I'll absolutely be back

I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll made with croissant dough and to be honest, the pain eu chocolate wasn't the freshest I've had, but I still enjoyed it OK. I wouldn't order that again, but I would definitely get the cinnamon roll again. That was one of the best ones I've had. I loved that it was made from croissant dough, which made it lighter and more flaky than most cinnamon rolls. I have high standards for croissants as I've been to France many times. :) The view that I got to enjoy these watching while sitting outside, made it such a great experience. I balanced my sweets with a cold refreshing iced Americano, and I would like to come back to try the Nutella danish. The service was great. There was a sweet girl working that helped me and allowed me to take my time looking.

He had come to Lofty a couple times before but it was my first time. Easy street parking, very popular on Saturday morning, for locals bringing their dogs or babies. Lots of places to sit in front amid along the side. He ordered a cortado and I ordered a London Fog. Both were brought out to our counter seats, looking pretty and smelling divine. Such a soothing smooth cup of earl grey tea with vanilla flavor, charcoal dust and cream!! Beautiful overcast morning to enjoy reading with a decent playlist in the background. The pastries and menu offerings looked good too! We'll be back! Highly recommend! We ended up going again today (Sunday) which was much more crowded and more people streaming in by the minute. We still managed to get a table. This time I ordered the matcha and mint, which was also soothing and not overly sweet. We shared a scone which was baked fresh from scratch daily. Both were delicious and hit the spot! We left in about 45 minutes to allow newcomers. to sit down. Great local coffee shop! I look forward to stopping by again when we visit the area!

I stopped by on a Sunday morning and left a bit disappointed. This location seems connected to an office building, and it definitely felt like an afterthought on the weekend when the surrounding businesses are closed. When we walked in, we were told they were out of coconut syrup, had no baked goods available, and he said they were out of the first 4 items on the menu -- so essentially no breakfast items. The coconut syrup is one of Mostra's signature touches--and honestly one of the main reasons I go--so that was a letdown. And a coffee shop without any pastries or baked goods felt a bit unusual. I still like Mostra as a brand, but this experience didn't reflect what I've come to expect. I'd recommend either stocking key items consistently or adjusting weekend operations if supply is limited. We'll likely stick to their other locations next time we're in town.

I love the hours here, and it really matches my schedule. Wish they made the place much cozier - couches, plants, more outlets? I'd def stay longer to do work or hangout! Has a nice potential to be a community space imo
