cute little spot! tucked into the chick n coop to the right, it's exactly what a lil bagel shop should be. enough filling options for any bagel lover, just enough bagel options without feeling overwhelming. fresh veggies, good coffee; wouldn't have treated my Friday morning any differently. interior almost felt like a college dining hall :)

Tucked inside chick n coop, this little cafe is a change of pace. Friendly service and clean! While I didn't order coffee, I saw that they had food. Not extensive by any means, but your basic breakfast fare of cold items and warm items. I ordered the sausage burrito and while it wasn't life changing, it hit the spot in needing something portable and breakfastsy. Fun thing was that when I asked for a cup of water, ice was added. The ice cubes were in a unique shape that reminded me of mini doughnuts instead of cubes. Cute.

This cafe and brunch spot opened a little more than a month ago. Only tried atypical breakfast items like donuts, bagel, pastries and fruit cups; everything was fine. A Nicaraguan spot from what I gather so will revisit to try their cuisine. Note this cafe located in the middle of a block, has metered street parking, and shares the same address as Chick N Coop (https://yelp.to/iNDLhYQrxqb).

Cherry danish and Mexican Mocha were delicious! Not a place to study, the cafe is attached to a diner so there was like a sour smell coming from the kitchen. I would definitely return if that improved.

    Sandwich Bagel

This place opened up near my house and my husband and I chose to try it out We were really craving sandwiches but they only had bagels and breakfast burritos, however, when we asked the lovely ladies they said they could make us sandwich bagels so they did and these were some of the most delicious ones we've ever had Everything was just amazing and it tasted so fresh Plus the customer service was great both of them were so nice and friendly Definitely check it out if you're around the area

And it hits every time! Over the years, I have slowly grown out of only ordering the longsilog (longanisa, egg, rice hold breakfast combo). However, it's still delicious. I just don't remember it being the price it is now. Will I still be there? Hell yeah! (side note, they have some of the best halo halo). halo halo the ice is melted shaved ice texture, not sweet at all, you choose either mango or ube ice cream inside, jellies, and rice cereal. (I'm going off memory here, so the rice cereal might be incorrect. just order it, you won't regret it!). soft scrambled egg with shrimp and rice this is in the rice plates section on the menu (I had to look it up, I never noticed it before). the sauce was slightly sweet but the meal was completely destroyed. fried chicken I mean; never thought it would be GOOD, but my boyfriend was so adamant about me testing it.. and it's delicious. crispy skin (almost like chips), juicy, flavorful, and with mangtomas sauce!! longsilog my tried and true? ugh, the suka too (vinegar), incredible. garlic rice? always a huge and delicious portion. god I miss it. bangus sisig bang-oose. milkfish for those that don't know. ugh, the jalapeno, tomato, lime!! and the flavor on this? I could marry it. it's also a favorite in the family, so we order this almost every time we see it. the skin? crispy. amazing every time. you're gonna come here for the gambling, but might as well eat some good food while you're here too.

Located in a rather dense part of Daly City, but with a little effort, you can find a spot to park. NOTE: There are meters on Mission Street that only take quarters! You order at the counter, then take a seat. Nice variety on the menu, both breakfast and lunch items (eggy thangs & goodness between bread). A couple of Latin items. A small choice of baked goods and a self-serve water station. Ordered "The Scrambled" w/ ham and cheddar, potatoes... no choice on toast, just straight unbuttered wheat, so you'll need to request butter if you want some. Also got a large latte which was delicious! Everything was brought to me, which was nice. Only saw one staffer up front (they weren't busy), and she was super friendly and upbeat. Can't believe I haven't been here before, but I will be back as I'd like to try the Baleada, which is egg, bean, and cheese in a tortilla... simple, but looks tasty. Also, prices were very reasonable! Go, go, GO!

You order and pay at the counter and they'll bring you your dish if you want to dine in. There is metered street parking at the front, but you can find residential parking on the side streets. The ambiance of the cafe was simple, warming and welcoming; a quiet and relaxing vibe. Service overall was great and dish came out decently fast. They cleaned up pretty quickly as well when a table was finished. I wanted something a bit light so I opted for: 1) American Omelette(6.5/10)(~$12) - A decent and light breakfast plate. The omelette was a thin egg omelette a bit of a departure from your usual diner fare. The ham wasn't diced either, it was just 1-2 deli sliced ham placed in between with your choice of cheese(provolone, cheddar or swiss). For sides, you can either get a salad or potatoes. I went with the potatoes and they were grilled really well and seasoned just right. It also came with a sliced wheat bread. It was an okay dish, but if you want something more filling, I would try something else. 2) Drip Coffee(Small)(7/10)($2.75) - Just your usual house coffee. Overall, taste was good without it being overly bitter. A adequate cup of coffee that will wake you up in the morning. Price was very reasonable as well. 3) Pupusas(5.5/10)($4.50) - I ordered a pupusa to go as I wanted to give it a try for lunch. It was an okay pupusa; I ordered the chorizo one....but couldn't really find it in the pupusa when I got home. Just refried beans. It was freshly made though since it took awhile to get it. The pupusas aren't on the menu in the cafe, but it is written on the board outside. It came with a bag of mild salsa and a bag veggies on the side. Overall, I've had better pupusas on the Mission and would skip this. A decent neighborhood spot to grab a quick bite if in the area!

Waffles, muffins, yogurt, coffee -- simple but enough to start the day. Not gourmet, but consistent with the brand. Coffee was fresh, which is key. Gym was a plus. I will be more than glad to pay for it, but she made us all Felt like we were stupid not understanding, we should had just left but we just came back from Burlingame and wanted to go to Cafe Central but the line was impossible to wait, so we said let's just go to our favor spot which is Brother's cafe. But after today experience we will not return, she did not even came by and asked if the food was okay or if we need anything else, we had to ask someone else for a paper cup. It took her a few minutes before she brought me another cup of water and repeat the same thing again and again that she threw the plastic cup in the trash because of me. The worst part we notice she was eyeing in us and told her coworkers, as we left the waiter that normally come by gave my sister a hug and we can tell, he said see you guys next week... which it will not happen. She did not need to scream so many times and repeated herself so many times even the table next to us just turn around and said what is the big deal. Yes I should had know better but my 14 year old dog was happen and issue with the heat from Burlingame. I love this place but after the server ( Latina women with glasses mid 30's-40's)not just try and give us a lecture and scream at me and kept telling me because of what I did she throw the plastic cup away, instead she could be more calm and use a better wording we would had enjoyed our late breakfast. She only had to say it once but she made a comment that is not expected, by eyeing us from afar and we feel Like she wanted us to leave, we could not enjoy today's meal. This is a restaurant not a home do some respect for your self and your customers. Thank you for the last 7 years of food, we had enjoyed every Sunday since. By the way I would be more than happy to pay for the plastic cup, and I am sorry this upset her so much she made us felt like we are not welcome anymore. I had a business in San Francisco and my employees know better than to behave with such attitude.
