The sign was pretty hidden due to a group of trees, but maybe once the sun sets , the sign is lit , so people are able to see the sign. This place is an food hall type of establishment. I believe there was two other eateries in this same building. I came here specifically for a drink and I ordered an iced banana matcha latte. I believe $7.50 for my 12oz beverage was a bit pricey. The flavor was just not there for me. I basically was drinking a green banana milk. I'm a bit hesitant on trying this place out for the second time, when I know there are plenty of other great matcha places. Hopefully today was just an off day.

They were overall extremely friendly and just their vibe made me want to go back again. After about 15 minutes, one of the staff members approached me and apologized for the delay, explaining that they were missing an ingredient but assuring me that the drinks would be ready soon. I appreciated the communication and courtesy. However, it still took roughly 30 minutes from the time I ordered before we finally received our drinks. What made the experience more disappointing was that they had also run out of straws, so none were available with the drinks. In addition, the drinks themselves did not quite meet our expectations. Some tasted watered down, others seemed overly creamy, and none of the drinks included boba. I'm not sure if the missing ingredient mentioned earlier was related, but it may have contributed to the overall experience. While I appreciated the staff's professionalism and willingness to keep customers informed, the long wait, inventory shortages, and drink quality made this visit less enjoyable than we had hoped. They are sweet but delightful to sip while you chill at the cafe whether you have work to do or want to indulge in a creative project. The cost of the boba goes toward fundraising for youth initiatives and other community needs! The times i have visited they've hosted free pop ups and events like a clothing swap and dessert tasting. Although, the steak can be a miss sometimes, I continue to come here because this restaurant has become a place where my Dad and I can just hang out and experience life together and to me that is such a treasure. This place can get busy especially on the weekends, but the staff are always attentive and you don't feel bad when you flag them down for something because they are happy to help you. I always see them smiling.
