Casey is an absolute legend! He's a great mechanic and works wonders on the dyno. The fact that he's a good person with a customer service oriented mindset is refreshing. I can always trust that the work will be done correctly, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. It's easy to see why people from all over Southern California, and some from much further, bring their bikes to Cafes Customs. 5 stars every time!

Returning customer duh!!! Only needed a little old clutch adjustment but wanted the magic hands on my bike only! Cafe left me a smooth clutch and also rerouted my cable giving me more to work with later on. My bike always runs so much nicer after it's gotten the CC treatment! Quick turn around!

My poor bike that won't run right and dies at idle, gets hot and consumes half tank of gas in 30 miles , video soon !!

brought in a new 24 road glide for a tune was charged $630 total for a " box tune " i was present with my bike mechanic buddy and he said it isn't a box tune and he can "modify / tweek it " after install I've had a ton of issues , backfire, massive fuel consumption and lagging in mid range , sputtering and almost dying at idle after his backtracking and saying he can't modify due to not having the right equipment for my bike I have been going back and forth for a few weeks for a refund . he offered a $230 refund which I did not accept . I'll be disputing with credit card company and possibly small claims , or more depending on damage to bike after it leaves dealer inspection this week . Casey at cafe claims to " want me happy and cares more about passion of riding and client satisfaction " this is false , like other statements he made with a witness present I might add. I'll add video of the bike and screen shots of some communication to bear witness for others after contacting several other Harley tuners in the area they informed he is new to the tuning game and unfamiliar with the Harley's that he promotes services for . I've given him plenty of opportunity to do the right thing but only wants to keep the money for a job that is harming , not helping my bike . He dodges responding to emails and only wants to call , usually during hours I'm at work and have told him this in writing , this is to avoid accountability in writing . now the bike won't even start and I've got Biggs Harley getting it Tuesday, this is super frustrating and we lost a couple weekends of use on the bike which I'll also seek indemnification for if it goes to claims . all of this over $400 as a business owner I'd never burn a client over a few pesos . I find it unprofessional and his lack of accountability and customer service is second to none ! his prices are high as well , however my experience isn't good , I'd have still bought my suspension upgrades through him had he owned his mistakes. Now our group will no longer use him and we will share this experience to hopefully curb others from falling victim to inferior service. ill post vids when the bike was running and some videos as evidence so you can decide if you want to take the bike here . he did tell me there are better tunes but assured me this "budget oriented tune would be fine and I wouldn't have issues " yet here we are ! and everyone else , including his friend at chopper gallery do the same tune for $350 , but due to him saying it "is NOT a box tune his was better and he can adjust it " we decided to go with Casey at double the cost . after install he admitted he can't and said it is "just a box tune " this is predatory sales , sloppy service and wasting our hard earned dollars and valuable time! I'll include videos of this and screen shots of the little bit of written communication we have when my son is with me as he is tech savvy and I'm not (hence the ability for him to defraud me on the tune with his crafty words ), there's a reason he won't put too much in writing ! most shady people are afraid of being held accountable!! I'm not happy I had to write this review and don't wish to harm anyone's business, but this was his choice as I told him my intentions prior to the review and dispute on the card . now im actually feeling like I'm doing the right thing by protecting others from this fraud I'd never do this to a client or any human for that matter . it equals theft and is dishonest in my opinion and experience. buyer beware you deserve better anyone else that has issues with this business i encourage you to dispute the charges and leave a review

Cafe has taken my bike from stock to a fully built 103 from the crank up. His skills on the dyno are incredible and he spends time on all the details. He is willing to listen to your needs and he will exceed your expectations!

I want to give a big shout out to Casey for taking such good care of my bike after it was treated like sh*t by another shop. The reviews speak for themselves. He turned my bike into an absolute ripper after his tune session. Took the time to take my exhaust off and realign it so my exhaust wasnt hitting the cam cover. The bike is night and day. All gears feel perfect and butter smooth throughout all RPM ranges. I couldnt be more pleased with his quality of work and communication. First time on the phone with him, he spent 30 min explaining everything and listening to what i wanted out of the bike. As a business owner myself, the way he operates his business is on point. Casey is the only one i will trust to touch my bike from now on. Thanks Cafes Customs!!!

Was referred to Cafes Customs by multiple people and Casey definitely didn't disappoint. I went in to get my Low Rider St tuned and left extremely satisfied! The reviews speak for themselves. I highly recommend this shop.

Cafe Customs Review My very first experience with a Harley Repair Shop was an absolute nightmare. I was ready to lose all faith in Harley Humanity. My painter, Mando at MCC Designs, kept me mentally afloat and made a recommendation. Cafe Customs. What he didn't tell me was Casey, aka Cafe, was the Harley Jesus. Cafe not only showed me the light...he cured my check engine light. Cafe is a rare breed and in a league of his own. The only thing better would be two Cafes to serve more of the Harley community. He's humble, genuine, honest, and meticulous. He's passionate not only about his work but YOUR ride. Yes he treats your bike as if it were his own. I've seen it with my own eyes. So if you're a new rider get ready to be disappointed going anywhere else after seeing Cafe. If you've been in the game for a while get ready to level up. Sorry Cafe. You're stuck with me bro. Stuck with all of us.

Awesome customer service at Cycle Gear in Murrieta! Huge shoutout to Brandon for being patient,…read moreknowledgeable, and making sure everything was handled correctly. I placed an online order for tires and tubes, but received a notification that the tubes had arrived while the tires were delayed. When I called, Brandon tracked everything down, confirmed the tires were arriving the next day, and arranged for me to drop my wheels off ahead of time so they could get started as soon as the tires came in. While I was there, I also needed a transmission pulley nut for the custom Harley hardtail with a 1989 Evo engine I'm rebuilding. Brandon helped me locate the correct part and ordered it with two-day shipping so I can keep the project moving. Their $40 annual membership is absolutely worth it. You receive substantial discounts, rewards on purchases, and other benefits and they also offer a military discount. Their connection with RevZilla is another major advantage for anyone who rides, works on motorcycles, or builds project bikes. Hands down, a great experience. Brandon was informative, thorough, and made sure every box was checked before I left. I highly recommend this location and definitely encourage riders to consider becoming a member!

Had to have my husband's 2021 Street Bob towed in here after a wreck on 2/7. We called Chad ahead…read moreof time while we waited for a final answer from insurance as to if it was a repair or a total loss. Chad told us he could take it no problem. Insurance came out on 2/19 and told us we could take it to a shop. We called Chad and confirmed it would be in on the following Tuesday, to which he told us he was waiting and ready for it. On 2/24 we finally got it towed in there. Chad anticipated that we would have the bike back in 3-4 weeks. (Which was incredible since the first accident 9/2022, Harley Davidson had the bike for 7 months). Chad confirmed the first check from insurance came in on 3/3. He immediately got to work on the bike and by early afternoon already had the supplemental over to insurance. Chad was very open and honest about everything as well as expected timelines. My husband spoke to him 3/17 and Chad confirmed they were still waiting on parts, but the bike would more than likely be ready for pick up on Saturday 3/21. However, knowing that my husband rode this bike 113 miles one way for work three times a week, and with the rising gas prices, Chad worked some magic and by 3pm on Thursday 3/19 he was calling to let us know the bike was ready for pick up. Most of the time was spent waiting on insurance, money and parts to arrive. The bike looks amazing and we are so appreciate of Chad & Back Alley for getting this done so quickly! We will definitely be back!

Very professional. Very experienced. Respectful. The only shop I will ever use. Best price!read more
