We called Chad ahead…read moreof time while we waited for a final answer from insurance as to if it was a repair or a total loss. Chad told us he could take it no problem. Insurance came out on 2/19 and told us we could take it to a shop. We called Chad and confirmed it would be in on the following Tuesday, to which he told us he was waiting and ready for it. On 2/24 we finally got it towed in there. Chad anticipated that we would have the bike back in 3-4 weeks. (Which was incredible since the first accident 9/2022, Harley Davidson had the bike for 7 months). Chad confirmed the first check from insurance came in on 3/3. He immediately got to work on the bike and by early afternoon already had the supplemental over to insurance. Chad was very open and honest about everything as well as expected timelines. My husband spoke to him 3/17 and Chad confirmed they were still waiting on parts, but the bike would more than likely be ready for pick up on Saturday 3/21. However, knowing that my husband rode this bike 113 miles one way for work three times a week, and with the rising gas prices, Chad worked some magic and by 3pm on Thursday 3/19 he was calling to let us know the bike was ready for pick up. Most of the time was spent waiting on insurance, money and parts to arrive. The bike looks amazing and we are so appreciate of Chad & Back Alley for getting this done so quickly! We will definitely be back!

Also, we had asked for the service records, which you didn't provide. Probably because you didn't have them? Or, just another thing that you forgot? They said they'd give it a shot being super booked. I get it down there. And added a couple extra things that I wanted sorted if possible before my trip. (Tail wobble at speeds and my drawer/bars inspected for alignment) Well come Tuesday they haven't had time. I call and ask for just the update. I need the bike by that Thursday. If not I told them I can get the bike as is and bring it back after. Get a call. They did all of it just in time to make sure the bike was set up and ready for my trip. They basically front lined my bike to make sure it was ready and safe for my trip. I respect that because I never expected that from them. I understood I mismanaged my time. But they still took care of me. That being said every worker I've spoken to during this was beyond respectful and overly eager to help. Solid team running this place. This will be my home dealership from here on.

I called yesterday and spoke with Ben in the parts department about finding the right air filter. He was genuinely interested in helping, so I decided to stop by today, check out the shop, and pick up some grips and service supplies for the bike. Ben was absolutely outstanding. He walked me through everything, recommended a great set of grips, answered my questions, and gave me some solid advice about the project. He never made me feel rushed and treated me like a valued customer from the start. This first visit established a great relationship, and The Chopper Gallery has definitely earned my future business. I can't say enough about this shop .. so a few years ago I was putting on solenoid on my polaris…read moreranger and sparks were flying and I called them up, and of course, I crossed the wire, and they walked me through it and I fixed it .. so when I needed to look for some tires, a couple weeks ago, I remembered these guys and I called them up, and that's how i've been reconnected with them these last couple weeks and I just can't say enough about them. It's nice to work with a place; a person like Josh and his helper, that's just downright honest and good at what they do! So I needed tires for my 2013 polaris ranger a couple weeks ago, my rear ones were so bad they wouldn't hold air .. I use this daily on my property with my horses, it was going to be at least three or four days before I could get some brand new ones in so I called down there and josh had a couple used ones, got them really cheap (thank you) took my wheels over to the tire shop, and they put them on ... so then I needed to get oil changes on my polaris ranger utv and my suzuki atv, so when I got the tires from josh, I talked to him about the oil changes, and I took those down a couple days later and got that done and he did an inspection on everything while down for an oil change .. So I told him to give me a couple weeks and I could get everything back in and get these repairs done that needed to be done on my polaris ranger .. so while there he found me a used seat for my suzuki, because mine is pretty torn up .. THANK YOU!! So when my house sells and before I move to washington state, my ranger is really not outfitted for cold weather, like I don't have doors or windshield or anything like that. So before I leave, i'm going to make sure josh takes care of my ranger and gets me set up for the colder weather... closed in ranger, snow plow, winch ect .. maybe even go a little crazy and get a heater .. If you're looking for honest reliable shop, this is the place you will not go wrong, they are extremely honest, they're good at what they do .. they aren't overpriced like the dealer, I used to go to go to temecula motorsports where i bought both vehilces, ohh, my god, it would take weeks to get in and you'd get charged a couple hundred bucks just to do an oil change, and then they jack stuff up .. Ultimate performance is a great shop, they have great prices and just good people, good honest people, I try to support local, honest, hardworking, independent business owners like these guys and these guys are awesome .. thanks again Josh !
