Quaint coffee shop in Andover. Love the academic feel with shelves of books and a fireplace. Good selection of foods and coffee. It's a chain but feels more rustic than a Starbucks.

Good little coffee chain that's definitely a big step up from Starbucks. They do have great food for a coffee shop and I like the ambience a lot. I also like the fact that they don't make you feel like they're kicking you out after five minutes. Very Homie

Caffe Nero is a great place to eat a sandwich or sweet treat with coffee and just chill. The people who work here are warm and polite. Nice, huge vintage dining area. Tons of parking.

I always love visiting Caffe Nero to grab a latte and get some work done. The North Andover location is pretty rustic and cute, and the staff are all very nice. The one complaint I have is the rickety furniture. I sat at a shared table with a few other people, and the table was so wobbly I couldn't really focus on my work. The coffee itself was super good and my muffin was a great snack.

First time coming to Caffe Nero after living in Massachusetts for almost three years! First impression: the cafe looks very inviting and modern, and the menu had a wide variety of food and drinks for everyone. Although they were lacking a good vegan sandwich option (only one was a sandwich that looked icky) so if you're strictly vegan this may not be a great spot. But they do have almond and soy milk for drinks! I got the veggie fritatta and strawberry vanilla frappe with soy milk. The fritatta was good but kinda lacking flavor )-: I like Starbucks's sandwiches a little better. The frappe was good but should have got it with almond milk LOL. I was mainly just disappointed in the sandwich/-:

Service: 1 star this place sucks in regards to service. During my stay (I sat there for 2-3 hours), the baristas, an Asian girl and white guy, sat there talking bad about customers and being rude. Drinks: 2 stars, nothing special about the tea and coffee here. Everything here is subpar. Food: there's flies on the croissants but have fun Ambiance: 3-4 stars it gets credit for being a study spot with tables and seating during covid. albeit, Starbucks up the street, has outdoor seating for when it's warm out.

Love this place. This is the Caffe Nero I frequent and the staff is so friendly and attentive and the food is great. Coffee is also good. But my favorite thing is the ambiance. It's so cozy and warm and just such an enjoyable place to spend time working. Love it

Excellent. Prices are okay, but atmosphere and quality of everything are top notch. Decor is great.

Great cup of coffee! Very consistent quality but I agree with other reviewers that they might need better organization.

Nice cozy chain on Main Street. Their pastries and sandwiches are the best in town, and reasonably priced.

Great coffee (cold brew is one of the smoothest brew's I've had), and food.

All I can say is "Mmmmmmm...."…read more Great selection, and ok service. The ambiance can be a little hectic at times, based on the casual fast food model they use, but it works! Everything from the vegan options the coffee rocks it out of the park. YUMMY place! :)

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

NGL I've driven by this place a ton of times when they've been closed but I work weird hours and they close early and I think sometimes they just decide to not open for whatever reason. I'm typically not the biggest honey dipped donut fan, but I highly recommend theirs. A few others I've really liked include the maple frosted, vanilla cream, and tiger tail. Their chocolate honey dipped cake donut is also surprisingly good, and I'm usually not that fond of cake donuts. They're pretty expensive at $3.50 a donut, with some costing a bit more, but if you order half a dozen or a full dozen, you get them for cheaper. I also recommend going there within the first hour of them opening, because it seems they can sell out of donuts pretty fast. The second time I went an hour after opening, they were already sold out of the vanilla cream donuts and tiger tails. It's not the biggest place, but they still have some tables for people looking to eat there.
