Very friendly staff and modern set up. Slightly high prices for regular coffee/tea drinks. The outside setup is very cute with the yellow chairs and umbrellas. The cafe doesn't have WiFi so note to use the culvercity free WiFi. They also offer merchandise with their logo, candies, cold drinks, and birthday cards. It's almost all in one stop shop.

Caffe luxxe never misses! I love their honey buzz shaken espresso, so refreshing. They had a chocolate shaken espresso that is another good drink. I recommend trying their mini muffins, they go well with any of their coffees!

I loved the ambiance when I walked in, it felt modern with a bit of rustic Italian feel to it. They had so many products like juices, sugarfina candy, amazing smelling lotions and even truffle salt and oils to cook with. Service was very friendly and super quick for a Friday morning. I got my drink within a few minutes and i ordered the protein latte with dark chocolate and almond milk and it was nice and frothy and had a nice smooth consistency. Amazing way to start your morning with an additional protein kick!

Came in to see what the hype was about in downtown Culver city. This location used to be a well visited starbucks, and I'm happy to see that it is now being utilized by another entity. Went with a iced frappuccino, and it did not disappoint. Here's to hoping this location stays in business longer than the previous tenant.

Have been a regular when I used to stay at Brentwood given it's literally down the road. It did feel like your neighborhood coffee shop where the baristas felt like friends. So glad to find they finally expanded into Culver city. It was such convenient space with huge outdoor sitting area. No plugs unfortunately, otherwise could be my WFC spot option for sure. As it's their grand opening, signing up on their app today gave me access to $1 Cappuccino, such a steal! Their coffee was great, exactly like how I remembered it. I also realized I had never had their cappuccino before since I had always been going for their Shakerato, Cold Brew with cream top or Caramello; so perfect timing to try the classic one!

As Yelp's 2025 Coffee Connoisseur winner, I'm honored and pride myself in providing honest reviews about anything coffee. Follow for more :) I've been a long time fan of theirs because I can always count on their coffee and their "coffee drinks" to be consistent and of quality. Their baristas go through hours and hours of training and you can tell once you take a sip. I can't believe that there is finally a Caffe Luxxe east of the 405 in Downtown Culver City! I stopped by their soft opening week to experience their brand new spot where an old Starbucks once was. I made great conversation with the staff and talked about coffee, and enjoyed their cappuccino and croissant. I personally love their Cappuccino - made flat white style, Caffe Latte, Oat Matcha Latte and their Caffe Nico drink! They also offer pastries and other breakfast items like burritos, parfaits, waffles, juices to go, boxed candies and chocolate, bags of whole beans, and greetings cards. They also offer organic loose leaf tea and matcha options. In the corner of Culver and Washington, you'll find the yellow tables and chairs highlighting the cafe giving it a nice welcoming ambiance inside and out. Restroom available, but none of their cafes offer Wi-Fi to provide a place to be present. Street metered parking and garages nearby that validate for the 1st hour for free.

Here I am rolling me eyes thinking downtown Culver City didn't need another cafe... nope nope! This place is cute and they're doing the cafe scene right. Nice outdoor seating, Natural light shining into the entire interior. Some pastries and good coffee selection. The have restrooms and a shop. Staff were friendly.

I was so excited to try this cafe as I had often seen it in passing, but never had the opportunity to try it as of yet. As I made my way in, the employees were so kind and gave me a quick rundown of all the cafe selections, and I love it when they take the time to explain the menu and give helpful tips about it. I went with the spritz, I believe it was the ginger mint tea, and I was happy as I love sparkling items and wondered how this one would taste. It was pretty good, and with the extra sweetener included, it added a better taste to it! I also loved the random goodies they had, such as the screen cleaner, Sugarfina candy, and shortbread cookies, which were also necessary and perfect during this time. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I look forward to trying something new when I come back.

Second Caffe Luxxe I've been to. First one being in Long Beach. Interior of this place isn't as comforting to stay in but they still had a clean interior. Coffee was solid. Serving size for the price felt a little steep. The Luxxe in Caffe Luxxe must stand for Luxury.

Really loved the lavender latte! Not too sweet & a lovely flavour. I got it hot & my friend got the iced masala chai w/ vanilla cream he calls " divine " lol cute wall panting & gifts/cards

Cafe Luxxe's service, ambiance, and latte made me feel like I was in Italy on a nice breezy morning. If you're trying to make a loved one happy, bring yourself out of a stump, or get caffeinated before that big exam, I think you should stop by and try this gem.

I came here after seeing it just opened in Culver and was recommended to try it by a few people. I ordered the Honey Buzz, and it was good; however, it's definitely on the more pricey side. While the drink itself is flavorful, the size was pretty small as after 4 sips, the drink was finished. If the size was slightly bigger, I think the price would be worth while. Overall, good coffee but not worth the price in my opinion.

He informed us of their most popular items on their menu. During this visit we tried their Banana Pudding Donut, Fresh Strawberry Milk Cream Donut, Roasted Sweet Corn, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Hazelnut Latte and Caramel Latte. All 3 donuts were good and not too sweet. The Banana Pudding Donut was yummy. You can taste the banana that blends in well with the creamy pudding. The Roasted Sweet Corn was unique in taste. It was my favorite. Fresh Strawberry Milk Cream was also delicious. There's a hint of tanginess that balances the sweet taste of the donut. Hazelnut Latte and Caramel Latte went perfectly well with donuts and Chocolate Chip Cookie. Their Chocolate Chip Cookie is plentiful and contained lots of chocolate chips. Cafe Knotted is now added to our go to list for yummy pastries and donuts. We have also informed our social circles to try this place out. Can't wait to come back and try other food items on Cafe Knotted's menu.

The strawberry matcha was gross--but also the staff didn't seem to really know how to make it? Grainy matcha, and they used the verrrrrrry last remnants (I'm talking squeezing out droplets) of a squeeze strawberry mix. The worst part??? The service. Absolutely terrible service. It was a hot day, and so we asked for ice water with our order. You would have thought we were ASKING FOR GOLD, the way the employees got so huffy and rude!!! After confirming we were Paying Customers, they proceeded to talk under their breath about how they were going to switch to bottled water so "people couldn't get free water" anymore, suuuuuper cool to hear! I didn't think asking for water with a $25 order would be crazy, but they sure went out of there way to make sure I did!!! Weirdos. So yes, I'll never be back here, bad service and bad drinks/donuts, hope it closes!

Walked in on a Sunday around 11:30am, restaurant maybe a quarter full. Seated in a corner with incomplete silverware, no menus for several minutes, no water for even longer. Waited another 10-15 minutes with menus in hand before anyone came to take our order. The food wait aside, what really stood out was the lack of basic check-ins. No "sorry for the wait," no acknowledgment, and when I finally asked for the bill, the manager came over with the terminal, took payment, and walked off without much of a follow-up except to hand over boxes. Just a little warmth goes a long way! Food, when it arrived: * Landwer's Pancakes: the highlight. Three pancakes tall with seasonal fruit, whipped cream, Nutella, and maple syrup. Delicious and a generous portion. * Croissant Sandwich: disappointing. Tough, chewy croissant with thinner filling than the bread size warranted. Hard to get a clean bite. The Century City location is convenient, and parking on weekend mornings is easy before the crowds roll in.

I've been to Cafe Landwer a few times over the years, and it was usually decent. After today,…read morethough, I don't have any interest in returning. My friend and I made a reservation for outdoor dining for brunch. We arrive right around our reservation time to find nobody at the podium. After a few minutes, a woman comes up and asks, "For two?" before immediately turning around and walking the other way, to which point we stop her and say that we actually had a reservation which we gave her all the details for. She stopped for about half a second, grabbed menus, then turned around again and brought the menus to an indoor table, then just walked away without making eye contact. She did not even tell us to follow her nor say a single word to us once we were seated. No worries, right? Wrong. We perused the menus and waited for about ten minutes, with no staff members coming by to help us. We started looking around to try to flag someone down, but each staff member was either not looking in our direction and/or wearing a different outfit from the next staff member, with some outfits almost having a nightclub aesthetic than wait staff. Eventually, another individual comes by our table and, again, without greeting us or making any eye contact, aloofly says, "Just order off the QR code," which we didn't see because the menus were covering it. Now, my friend who I was with works in the mall, and I know the restaurant offers a discount for mall employees, so as the employee was walking away, I called out and asked if we would still get the discount if ordering off the QR code, and he said yes. Note that in all the times my friend and I have eaten here in the past, it was always traditional table service. Then, we go to place our order, and after adding everything to the basket, it tries to charge my credit card. At this point, almost 20 minutes had gone by since we arrived, with still no single greeting or water or silverware set or anything. I get up to speak to another waiter who was helping nearby tables, to which I am again told to just order off the QR code but was reassured that the mall discount would be applied once the tab was settled. So we oblige and place our order through the portal. Several minutes later, the same waiter who I had most recently spoken with had come to our table (mind you, this is the first time someone came to our table in the entire time we were seated) and said that the restaurant was out of some of the items on our menu. And it was at this point that we FINALLY got waters. At this point, we had to look through the menu again, but it was getting to the point where we were going to miss our movie, so we had to just abandon ship and eat at the mall food court. Upon leaving, the only acknowledgement we got was from the first woman who "brought" us to our table, which was a petty smile and wave. Allow me to make myself clear. I hold no animosity against any establishment for being short-staffed, for requiring QR code ordering, or for being out of ingredients. This stuff just happens. What I do have an issue with is the astounding lack of any grace or hospitality, without even a simple "Whenever you're ready go ahead and use the QR codes on the table" or even a welcome. It just felt as though every person was just trying to get by with doing the bare minimum, and every employee had attitude. Even the couple next to us, who had been seated before we arrived, never got acknowledged. It's honestly a shame, because many of the items here are great, and the offerings are unique, but if this is how Cafe Landwer chooses to operate and treat its customers, I won't be back.
