Starting purchasing beans for espresso! Highly recommend their '92 beans. Their Guatemalan beans are also tasty. Pro tip: they offer cash discounts. They also sell tea leaves, which I'll check them out next time! There are street parking along West View St. Never had problem finding parking there and I'm usually in and out within 5-10 min!

The store has been around for 30 years. They roast their own coffees and they have many great selection, including the un-roasted ones. I bought Indigo after reading a review, and it is a strong aromatic coffee for espresso. I really like it. And so does my partner. They also host an baristas class sometimes (check their web) which I someday should attend :) Tips: bring cash for a discount. They give you 1 to 5 bucks (depending on size) discounted price for customers paying with cash

Friendly service, COVID clean measures, great tasting coffee with more than enough varieties. They had a plentiful assortment from light to dark roasts, about 10+ roasts to choose from. Coffee goes for $10-12 per 12 oz bag. Just brewed this morning and wonderful artisanal taste. Greatly enjoyed the Ethiopian Sidamo I brewed this morning and it had flavors just like the label said. berry jam and sweet shortbread. Loving this spot.

Due to Covid-19, I've been exploring mail order coffees. Since I've been here before in the good old days, I checked out their delivery options. We got the freeship promo (April 2020) and bought 3 12 oz packages of beans for $37.10 and it arrived here in LA in 2 days. They have wonderful descriptions so that you can make an easy choice. Highly recommended during the shutdown!

I came here around 10 p.m. on a Saturday with my bestie for some much-needed girl time, dessert, and late-night coffee. We like to live life in the fast lane, after all. This place is an absolute gem! The interior is bright, clean, and inviting, with plenty of seating options. There are large tables perfect for groups, outdoor café seating, and a spacious second floor that's ideal for solo dates, studying, working, or intimate conversations. Upstairs offers a great view, cozy couches, and gorgeous red velvet drapery that gives the space a warm, sophisticated vibe. The drink menu is thoughtfully curated, featuring unique Middle Eastern-inspired flavors like cardamom, pistachio, and saffron. And don't even get me started on the dessert selection! OMG. My friend and I are determined to try every single dessert they offer because everything looks incredible and is beautifully presented. They have a variety of milk cakes that remind me of Mexican tres leches, but with creative flavors like rose, pistachio, coconut, Biscoff, and more. They also offer a selection of fresh-baked pastries, including the always-reliable ham and cheese croissant. And I can't forget to mention the stunning cheesecake slices! My friend ordered the Dubai cheesecake, and I swear her eyes rolled back in pure happiness after the first bite. I went with the coconut milk cake and an Adeni latte, and it was exactly what I was craving that night. We got to talk with one of the managers and they were very friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely be back, and we'll definitely be following along for any special events they have coming up. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Honestly, the…read morelocation is a little hard to find-- there doesn't seem to be a dedicated parking lot, so street parking it is! However, there's also not a lot of street parking either. I ended up parking in the neighborhood, but it was one of those 4 parking street signs layered on top of each other, designed to confuse the heck out of you. I ended up taking a photo and running it through Gemini to make sure I was safe to park. Okay, parking aside, mu.so is located in large black office building-- they do put out a little "coffee" sign on the sidewalk. When you do see it, the actual coffee shot is small, but there's a whole backyard patio area with plenty of space for you to hang out. Anyways, I went with their iced americano with lavender cream top. I've been to a lot of coffee shops, but haven't run into a lavender cream top-- so of course I had to try. I thought it was pretty good, the cream top was a good pairing w/ the americano-- it sweetened the coffee, without making it too sweet or heavy. The lavender brought a light floral flavor to the coffee. While it's nothing life changing, I did think, it's a solid cup of coffee, it's worth a try, but probably not worth a dedicated drive over. I also picked up a blueberry muffin, because honestly, I love everything blueberry. I'd pass on it, but I'd recommend trying something else-- like the crossiants, which looked tastier. Overall, I might come by again and try one of their other drinks. While it wasn't bad, I expected a little more from a "signature' drink.
