There were a few scattered tables outdoors, but it's too hot so we chose the cool air conditioned inside. There are five tables of two inside, but we had outer pick. The woman behind the counter greeted us warmly and gave us space to decide. My cold brew, straight up, is tasty. In the 1:30min we were here five or so other people came in to order a drink to go. The quiet is exactly what we were looking for to study so it's been a delight. The playlist in the background has been great too. If you're looking for a quiet spot to read, work or study this is the place for you! The drink menu is pretty versatile and they have a few pastries along with sandwiches too.

A few simple food options are available. Surprisingly no chocolate croissant! They serve Diana's coffee and it's proudly displayed. I ordered dulce de leche latte on ice. She asked if I wanted sweet or semi sweet. I went with the latter and I enjoyed the taste. I also got a salmon bagel. It was simple but a very nice bite. It's a plain, chewy bagel which I like; the chewy part. Jalapeno bagel would have ruled, just saying. That said, I had an awesome experience here and if I'm passing by will definitely stop in again.

The 3 snobby girls behind the counter looked at me like I was an idiot and like I was trying to scam them for a drink- while there's only 5 customers here- ummm. ??? After confirming my name, they said "they called my name". As they did not bc there was no drink present. They made snobby faced responses as I walked away to wait again for my drink - that "only took 2 minutes to make". Also, the customer before me had to ask for her missing drink. My friend and I were not sitting far from the barista counter and could here these ladies gossiping about customers and being just quite rude and snobby. Customer service here is absolutely lacking. Great tasting coffee, fair prices, fast service. They also have a few pastries, scones, and monstrous sized cookies. The name of the shop "Country Charm Coffee" is a little deceiving. There were no farm tools, saddles, or horse collars, hanging on the wall. No road signs, flour sacks, pickle barrels, or even a vintage oil company sign. It's modern city décor. There was a piece of barn tin decorating the counter. That will work. And written on the wall, "Welcome Y'all!" "Charm?" I really don't have the skill set needed to properly assess charm. I'll stick with friendly. I know what friendly is. Lastly, no drive through. I hate drive throughs anyway. I like to go in, meet the folks running the place, and see what the operation looks like. So, get out of the car, stretch, only a few steps to the front door. Call it a workout. Counts as 4 calories. After a workout like that, you earned whipped cream on your drink. The shop is one mile east of US-75 on the north side of W. White Street. Skip Buc-ee's coffee in Melissa and support this local business.

My better half had a Beez Kneez latte and a lemon scone. Everything was fantastic and I would highly recommend the place as one of the best coffee spots I've tried in the Dallas area. The staff was courteous, fast, and came unprompted and cleared our table when we finished any food item, which is not often the case in my experience. On a Monday between 9:30a & 10a they were busy, but they were very well-staffed and moved fast without rushing anyone, and the line wasn't out the door. There's also a free covered garage right around the corner behind the location, so parking within a block or so of walking distance isn't a problem.
