Our go to delivery place for years now. We are not big on pizza, so have tried many of their other dishes. My husband really likes their lobster ravioli or chicken franchise. As far as pasta, it's just so easy to do in my own kitchen so we really haven't tried theirs. We have catered from them for parties where we have had most of their delicious dishes. Awesome pizzas, awesome spaghetti & meatballs, great chicken parm... basically anything that has their amazing sauce on it is a great meal. I know this is a pizza place and even though the pizza is good, that is not why I gave it such a high rating. This pizza place has the best wings I have ever had in my life. Everything about the wings are perfect. They are crispy, with a sauce that doesn't just add a little bit of heat but actually tastes amazing. I've never been to the actual pizzeria, only delivery. We recently moved to the area and a friend who is a local told me to try them out. So happy she did! Everything we've ever ordered from CR has been outstanding. Their brick oven is crisp, light and full of flavor. Their penne ala vodka, regular pizza, ravioli, soups, all great! A hidden gem in the nabe I never knew about until recently and have lived in Bayside over 40 years. My hubby had tried their pizza once and really liked it. Not a fan of Baybridge, Il Villagio, Cascarino's, etc. -- all very average. Very surprised that everything we had was so good: garlic bread, shrimp fra diavolo and eggplant parm. The food is amazing! I had the Chicken Francese and my boyfriend had the Vitello Funghi with a side of pasta in red sauce. It was all absolutely delicious. The sauce tatse home made and the food was warm and, fresh and tasty. The delivery time was the best I've ever had since moving to queens. I ordered at 7:50pm and had my food by 8:19pm. Considering that every place I've ordered from has made me wait no less than an hour and a half, I am beyond impressed and will definitely order again! We travelled all day and we're starving. The chicken wings were breaded and deep fried perfectly. The sauce was spicy enough but not overly spiced. My husband and I killed the wings fast. The kids downed the pizza and wanted more. Overall it was delicious and not just because we were hungry! Probably the greatest.pizza in the Northeastern section of Queens. Nice, friendly establishment. The brick-oven pies are extraordinary but the regular pies are awesome as well. The Penne alla Vodka and Margarita brick-oven pies are absolutely delicious. This review is a long time coming.......This is a good ole family run spot, we used to live around the corner and would order from them 2-3 times a week when we worked late. The staff is always friendly and they take special requests (dressing on the side or extra lemon). You gotta check out their chicken franchise they make it fresh for every order. One of my favorite spots in all of queens. Classic Italian dishes with excellent Pizza, not to mention untouchably delicious brick oven pizzas, which are a personal favorite of mine. We have yet to find a great pizzeria in Whitestone. Before you order from Caffe Rustico, please be sure to confirm what their menu definition is of a "grandma" pie. It seems that they do not know what "fresh" homemade mozzarella is. Their grandma pie is nothing more than a sicilian square pie with sauce on top. Best wings ever! My boyfriend works in Queens, we live in Staten Italy, and this place is better than 90% of the places here on SI. Love the meatball parm, the mozzarella sticks, penne vodka, but the BEST are the wings. You will not be disappointed! I order in from them at least 2x a week. Best brick oven mini pizza's. Try the traditional margharita, the eggplant or the white. Excellent chicken francese and amazing penne vodka. Stopped here on the way to JFK last night. It was delicious. We started by sharing a mixed salad, which was plenty big to share. The salad was fresh and the balsamic dressing was delicious. (The only thing I didn't like we're the tomatoes. They were cut in thin slices and then quartered. Would be much better in wedges or thicker so that they hold up better.) Soaked up the remnants of the dressing with their deliciously crusty bread. We then shared a rustico supreme pizza. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy. The pizza was huge so we had them wrap two of the slices in foil for him to take on his flight with him to eat during his long layer and I took the test back home with me. We will make a habit of stopping here on the way to JFK from now on. read more

I love, love, love the grandma pizza from Caffe Rustico. Always order grandma slices along with their regular pizza for take out. This pizza also freezes well if there are any slices left. Found this pizzeria about a year ago and wouldn't order from any other place.
