Regina's stands the test of time. I've been going to this establishment for over 15 years although more sporadically now that I no longer live in the area. While the decor inside has changed, the quality of the ingredients and their staff has not. The food is fantastic. The price is reasonable. It amazes me every time that they can continue to execute at such a high level. I haven't gotten one of their dinners in a while, but used to love getting a huge serving of their pasta as well. Solid pizzeria joint but it is crazy hot in there during the summertime. Their AC isn't strong at all. But they have a great variety of pizza and they are always super kind to you. We used to order their chicken Ala vodka pizza there and it was amazing. I catered a tray of their penne ala vodka pasta there for my daughter's birthday and it was super heavy on the butter. We told people to bring home the pasta and when we all reheated it back up, our plates had so much butter on it. Prior to tonight, I was a regular picking up pizzas, some spinach and pepperoni rolls every few weeks. But after tonight I am not dealing with this absolutely atrocious service again. On a whim wanting to try something new, I placed an order on their Too Good To Go page, where they offer a deal for $5 to pick up any left over slices towards closing. Usually these places give out whatever is left for the day to avoid waste - but they denied me my order upon arrival. Upon my pick up window, I drove over and asked for my order of unknown items and also a pepperoni roll to go as well (not asking for it to be included rather to be paid for at full price). I was hoping for a small assortment of surprise (varying) slices that is typically offered with such a deal - it would have been an opportunity to sample whatever variety is left and not worry about wasting too much money on it if I didn't care for it. If it's good, I would have likely ordered it in the future. Instead, I was given an absolutely discourteous response of my order being cancelled - that there wasn't any available for tonight's order. That being said the establishment was empty with several trays with pizza behind the counter. This seems to be their behavior now since their rating on TGTG went from ~4.x to a mere 3.5 in a matter of ~2 weeks and other sites with reviews have reported similar ill-mannered behavior. I will now be boycotting this place with already mediocre pizza and seek out other establishments simply due to their refusal to honor something they opted into. read more

The delivery driver that this restaurant uses is a horrible geriatric man. I went to pick up my order and this man shouts at me from his car saying "why aren't you picking up your phone?" First of all, it has only been 1 minute, relax. It looks nothing like others had posted in the past, they must have changed the recipe and I was highly disappointed. I'm going to update my review because I think I need to write a love letter to Regina's. This place is always here in a pinch and has impeccable service. The food is always consistently incredible! I have my go-to order here but I have been trying to make my way through the menu and when I tell you there's not a miss here, I am not kidding you. The pizza is the best in Queens in my opinion; the crust is so chewy, the sauce is amazing, and the cheese ratio is perfect. Their specialty slices are definitely where they shine but you can never go wrong with the classic cheese. It's always busy inside but if you get the chance to sit in, do it. I was absolutely starvin' marvin the other day after a long walk to and fro Cunningham park. I spotted Regina's while heading down union and turning onto Utopia. I noticed a large line had formed so I had to see what all the hoopla was all about! Turns out, there was a line for a good reason... the pizza here is friggin' awesome. I'm normally a regular cheese slice kinda guy (or spinach splice depending on the spot), but this time I went a little wild and ordered both a chicken caesar slice and a buffalo chicken slice. They were each hefty slices in their own right and you could really feel the weight of the meat when you pick it up. Of course, I just had to give it a bit of a fold, the New York way.. otherwise I'd be dripping food all over my shirt and the floor, and no one wants to see that. I try to avoid corn syrup in all costs but I threw care to wind and washed it down with a root beer. I wish they had the old school ones made with pure sugar cane but what can ya do. Regina's lost a customer! I recently ordered dinner via Slice from Regina's. My pepperoni pizza had pepperoni on only half the pie and the under crust was burnt and who wants burnt pizza?
