I requested my order gluten free. Within two minutes or placing my order, they took the time to call and speak to me about gluten free options for my food. I've never had a restaurant take the time to do this! So kind!! He brought the order outside to me in the car. Couldn't recommend enough! The food is so good! Best Chinese food I've had. They were above and beyond in customer service!

I Chen's is the best in the Menomonee Falls area. They are super friendly, food is great and it's very clean. Their beef in black pepper sauce and any of the menu items that is in spicy salt (squid, pork, chicken, fish) is amazing! Must try.

Sweet and sour chicken with spicy pork fried rice. DELICIOUS!

COVID UPDATE! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It was closed for awhile during COVID but we're so happy they opened back up. You pull up, text, and they bring it out. They are as nice and friendly as ever. My family loves this place and we will support this business ALWAYS! ----original review below----- Best Chinese food in the falls in my humble opinion. We just moved out here and tried them all before finally trying Chen's. The food is excellent, fresh, and always delivered hot. The service in the restaurant is always excellent and the staff is super friendly. With delivery, dine in, or take out. You will not be disappointed.

Wish i could give it 0 . Have yet to find good chinese jn MKE but this is the worst. Ordered an egg roll, hot and sour soup, crab rangoon and shrimp with broccoli in brown sauce, extra spicy. And a container of sweet and sour sauce for the crab rangoon. Egg roll - burnt on one aide, doughy in the other. Crab rangoon - over cooked with no filling. And jo sweet and sour sauce. Hot and sour soup looked like it had been cooking for days, was boiled down to thick syrup and a ton of diced carrots with little else. No meat, tiny chunks of dark brown tofu, next to no mushrooms or other vegetables. And then... shrimp and broccoli in a super bland, white sauce. Not one freakin thing was passably edible. Easily the worst take out chinese i have had in 20 states. Needless to say, won't be back. If anyone knows of a place by Menomonee or Wauwatosa that is decent, please reply. Right joe Panda Express seems to have the title.

Good food and easy to pickup. Could have a brown sauce with their dinners but otherwise it's fine

Good choice for Chinese food. The Walnut Chicken is the bomb. Lots of options. Crab rangoons could be better.

Nine years ago I had a rough experience with Chinatown Kitchen that made me not want to stop ever…read moreagain. A recent lack of other options, however, forced me to give them a second chance. I ordered a pint of pork fried rice with no onion, one shrimp egg roll, and one pork egg roll. The filling in the pork egg roll slightly reminded me of what you'd find in an egg roll from a grocery store freezer, but it wasn't mushy compared to the grocery store kind. I've had better pork egg rolls, but I've also had worse. The shrimp egg roll was surprisingly good. Slightly larger than the pork egg roll, there was a definite difference in terms of quality of the filling and it had notable pieces of shrimp. I don't know if it was cinnamon I was tasting, but there was a hint of something like cinnamon in it, which I've had before in an egg roll elsewhere and makes it stand out from the pack. I would get the shrimp egg roll again. I found it funny when I took the pork fried rice out of the bag that it said "no veg" on the box, which meant onion was the only vegetable in it to begin with. As I quickly determined, if you say no onion all you're getting is fried rice and, in this case, pork. Thankfully, there was way more pork than I was expecting and it was good quality pieces. It would have been nice to have something like carrots or peas or egg in the fried rice as well just to give it another texture without the onion, but I'd still get it again even as such.

I ordered Beef with peppers. The beef was very tasty but there was way too much onion. I ate some…read morebut I still had a large pile of onion when I was finished. They are really not set up for eat in service. 5 small tables. Canned soda which was room temperature and no ice. The egg roll was very good and not overloaded with cabbage. You walk up to order at the checkout and our food was brought to the table by a young boy. This place obviously caters to their carry out business.

I've been to Harvey Moy's once before, but it was years before I started using Yelp, so they were due for a visit. I ordered two chicken egg rolls to go. The egg rolls from Harvey Moy's score big points with me for being made in house and not tasting like they're from a grocery store freezer. They're also substantially sized compared to egg rolls from most other restaurants. That said, because of their size they weren't hot in the middle, maybe only warm at best. The egg roll filling also had bit a sweetness to it and that's not something I'm necessarily looking for in egg rolls. I thought the filling could have used another vegetable or two just to break up what was primarily chicken and cabbage.

Went back to Harvey Moys because we were so impressed. Had another fantastic meal. Pictures of food…read moreinclude Bud Selig's Sizzling Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Orange Chicken. There is so much to choose from, including chicken items, rice items, noodle items and much more. The workers are kind and polite and keep an eye on the buffet to make sure it is stocked. This may be the meanest review I'll ever write. Stop reading now if that will bother you. Was…read moretold once that if I can't say ANYTHING nice to say nothing at all...so here's the nice part. The place was clean and the staff was friendly, especially the cashier...of course knowing what they were dishing out her friendliness might have been the fake kind, like you might expect from a hospice nurse. We did not do the 'hot pot', just the buffet. Perhaps that accounts for other reviews giving more than one star. The first warning sign was all the chafing dishes at the buffet, except for the deep fried items, were nearly empty...with just a mouthful more than a single scoop in each. Of the nine items making it to my first and only plate...three were spitbacks and five were one-bite-and-dones...only the egg roll, which was almost certainly the boxed sysco frozen variety, got finished. They missed on most every basic expectation (even one already lowered for buffets). Tepid, not hot. Greasy. Obviously reheated. Overcooked. Oversalted. Change your frying oil. Every item had at least two of these fatal flaws. Every single one. My dining companion asked rhetorically, "how can you f@$k up a crab rangoon"? Well....see above. This was A PROFOUNDLY bad PTSD-inducing experience. And not cheap either. Cost cutting at the expense of the patron at every opportunity. In conclusion, it WILL make a turd, if you can keep it down. (It's nearly a turd already). A REALLY mean person might suggest that this buffet was so awful it could make a person change their opinion about American immigration policies. Act of war bad... I'm not THAT mean, but if after all my negative comments you still feel compelled to try this place, at least call ahead and ask which day they cook items fresh. Hint, it isn't on Wednesdays... The Mayor of Germantown should get a call. That bad.

But luckily my husband quickly checked well before we were served and saw there were reservations available online, so he booked us one on the spot. We were then given two excuses, one by the bartender and a different one by the host as to why they couldn't honor the reservation: (1) there were no tables available for us (note the place was half empty, but we supposed maybe there were lots of reservations coming later--nope, the place was still half full by the time we left); (2) we had to make the reservations 30-40 minutes in advance and we didn't do that so even though we did have a reservation, they couldn't honor it because we made it too soon to the reservation time (WOW--complete BS). We were peeved but decided we should just enjoy our dinner. BUT as we were finishing up, about 5 couples came in WITHOUT a reservation and both the host and the bartender gave each couple the option to either sit at the bar or at a table. When I confronted the bartender about it, she claimed "they weren't supposed to do that." WHAT?! She literally just offered a couple a table without a reservation. What do you mean?! It was insulting. Anyway, we will absolutely NEVER come back here. The tip we left was solely for the kitchen staff who were hard at work and doing an honest job. Bartender and hosts are discriminatory and awful. Do NOT recommend if you are looking to be treated with respect. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
