We ordered Da Cartel which included 10 wings (lemon pepper and garlic parmesan), a slider, and trap fries. This totaled out to be about $27 and fed two of us. The wings were absolutely mouthwatering. I'm not usually a fan of garlic parmesan because it's too powdery - but theirs were not like that at all. The slider was a bit too saucy, but the patty itself was well seasoned. Kanto serves up some of the most flavorful Filipino food in Vegas, and the best part--it all comes out of a food truck. I first discovered them through Instagram, where they post their weekly locations (often at different hospitals). Smart move, because Filipino nurses, hospital staff, and the Vegas community show up strong for this food. This tray had 3 fluffy potato balls with bacon, green onion, and cheese that were deep fried in Panko breading and topped with a lemon sour cream. Although it's not the most exciting potato ball that I've had from a food truck, it was a contrast of textures and had enough bacon flavor.
