    Greasy fry bread!!
    Summer Nikki 8.

I'm sooo disappointed today!!! I've been waiting for them to come back to their location and finally able to get another taco. Bad idea!!!! Horrible! I have bought many of these Indian tacos, and today was the worst taco Ever!!! Greasy and paper thin fry bread!!! Meat is salty and greasy! I am sooo pissed off! $10 for a taco should be the best taco! I am Beyond angry!!

Mood- a Special Request So my sister lives in Seattle and put a in a request to live vicariously thru me. She was in the mood for Native American food. Doing as most she googled it, then began to research it. Finally she came up with Nevari Indian Fry Bread. So I was on the hunt to find this food truck and indulge in some delights that have been seen on the internet as far as the PNW. I called the truck and was given the location. Perfect for me it was basically a straight freeway shot. When I got there the customer service I received was fabulous. I was asked if I wanted any samples. I knew I was going to just dive in. They have several different options for the tacos. Which has piqued my tastebuds. Opted for the Tacos with ground meat, Strawberry dessert, and Honey Butter dessert. I was shocked honestly. The bread is soft and flaky. This was a perfect compliment for the tacos. However I do have a salacious sweet tooth and what stole the show was that Strawberry dessert. It was the right amount of OOOH and AAAH. I have already plotted my next trip back. Menu is located on the truck or on the table that is situated right in front. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Everyone was wearing masks to ensure good Ol Covid Safety. Would more than def recommend. Pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. Plus the portion is pretty generous. I would suggest calling to find out where the truck is located as they do change spots. Location on this particular haunt was Sunset/Pecos ( Home Depot) - ample parking

What a treat! We drove from Summerlin to their South Pecos setup today. The owner is a wonderful man who thanked us so many times for coming out! We ordered a monster taco and plain to split. Holy crow! The amount of food we got was SO worth the trip! The monster taco was perfectly seasoned and the toppings were proportional for the size. The fry bread was so light and fluffy! Support local and often! We hope they make it to our side of town so we can try their desserts (even if they don't, we'll still drive to the east side to try the desserts, who am I kidding? )

Couldn't pass this up while at the Pahrump fall festival !! Haven't had fry bread in awhile, so I couldn't wait to devour this deliciousness. Indian taco with green chile! Superb!

This place is AMAZING! Food is fantastic and people are super friendly. I've tried making fry bread and it doesn't turn out anywhere close to this good! We go to Pahrump when they are there so can't miss them when they stop at Cactus Joes! Do yourself a favor and go get some fry bread!!!

Yummy Regular Fry Bread Taco! Wear your potluck pants.

Do not miss the opportunity to try ANYTHING from this food truck. The fry bread tacos are amazingly delicious. My favorite is the monster taco. The desserts are so good make sure you get one to go. They're usually set up at the Home Depot 6025 Pecos (and Sunset). You will not regret it! Do yourself a favor and try it out.

Waited 45 minutes past their opening time and they still weren't open. What's the point of saying you open at 12 if you mean 1 or 2?

I rarely expect much from a food truck but this was a total disaster. Greasy and overpriced. Good luck.

No lie, this specific location is probably the biggest cash cow on the strip racking in millions of dollars. I love their highly popular Al pastor meat; its crisp edges and tender texture makes it the best. It has just enough sweetness from the pineapple but not too sweet. The creamy green/white sauce poured on top is EVERYTHING! It tastes perfect. I have to have 6 tacos ($4) each every time. Pair these tacos with a plate of grilled onions and jalapeños too! The business comes in waves but notice the early afternoons are the lightest with a quick wait time. If you come at night/late night, the wait time standing can be about 25 mins even. Tacos El Gordo is THE ONE!!

This place may be a small tavern-style spot with just enough seating, but don't let the size fool you. The moment you walk in, the aroma of the birria comes rolling out of the kitchen like a raging bull--it lets you know you're in the right place! They offer both goat and beef birria, and the flavor is absolutely incredible. I've only been eating birria for about five years, but in that time I've made it a mission to try it everywhere I travel. I've had birria from Las Vegas, California, Nebraska, Florida, and Texas, and I can honestly say Birria Bite is hands down the best I've had. I always order the Quesabirria Combo, and it never disappoints. The consommé is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned--good enough to sip on by itself. And even though it's outside my normal diet, I can't leave without getting the Piña pineapple drink. It's sweet, refreshing, and absolutely fire. The hospitality is always A1, the staff makes you feel welcome every visit, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you receive. This is one of those hidden gems you'll keep coming back to. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. Don't meet me there... beat me there... or be square!

MAR Y TIERRA BURRITO - It's still the lightest burrito that provides the most size. I can't say enough good things about the aioli that they use to add flavor profiles to the shredded vegetables used to add body to the burrito. The steak and shrimp used here were good as usual, and the cheese added in is always a welcome surprise. Pescado Taco - The grilled fish taco is one of their better tacos. It's a meaty fish bite, and you get the "signature" slaw + avocado slice. Baja Taco - Most of their tacos are given the sauce + slaw combo along with the protein. I feel that the baja improves in my taco ranking depending on how much fish I get per taco. The batter is amazing and it's really a question if you want to eat fried fish or not. Camaron Taco - Crunchy shrimp, and very good slaw. But I feel that the shrimp is best paired with the steak, thankfully, they have a mar y tierra taco, which I think is the better thing to order. Ambiance: It's one of their bigger branches, so finding a table isn't difficult. Everything else inside the store is stock standard to all the branches I've been to. Service: You order, pay, and they call your name to pick up your food. Straightforward.
