    Pulled pork and brisket.

I had the brisket and pulled pork sandwich on texas toast. Both were flavorful and tender with a great smoke ring. Yummy The homemade bbq sauce and coleslaw were delicious. Great flavors, great food!

I've visited this place a few times and it's delicious. I've had the brisket, pulled pork and chicken sandwiches. Brisket is not normality something I enjoy, but this is so good. The first time I went i couldn't find it right away, but knew I was close because I could smell the smoker.

2 meat combo brisket and sausage

Wow , what a change a couple weeks can have . Ordered here a short time ago for delivery. We were overwhelmed to say the least . I couldn't wait too visit in person to get the food a bit fresher than GrubHub delivery . I waited about 5 minutes to place order because he was finishing a delivery order , no problemo . Just for 2 this evening so 2 meat combo with smoke beans and onion rings , easy right ? Meats chosen were sliced brisket and sausage with side of a single rib for papa , still easy right ? I feel tacky checking my order in front of the person that prepared bit , so off I go . Upon arrival home some 10 minutes and 8 or so miles away the package is opened by S O . Squeals of delight , alas NO . Burger King style O-rings , WTF ? Very dry chopped brisket , and what , ... No rib ? $23 dollar plate with a sight unseen $7 tip , paid in advance BTW .

the guy working there was very nice but the quality of food was not on par with the prices. also, the cook wasn't wearing a mask! he assured me he's vaccinated but there's definitely still a mask mandate in portland. also there were dirty finger prints all over the containers. portions were very small and sides were underwhelming. the mac & cheese had a funny taste, the noodles were over cooked and the portion of coleslaw was about 4 bites. the meats were tasty but under sauced. also we ordered sliced brisket and they have us chopped. overall such a bummer!

    a half eaten sandwich

Ordered through Grubhub for the first and unfortunately last time. I ordered a hot link sandwich and a 2 rib meal. The sauce on the sandwich was inedible. The ribs were extremely dry and had no meat on them. The sauce on the side was good, and made the ribs not so dry. The Mac and cheese was also dry. The hot link seemed fresh, but I couldn't get past the sauce. If the sauce that was on the side for the ribs was on the sandwich, at least one thing today would have been edible. It arrived quickly though, but I imagine it was due to microwaving the food. Also, the audacity to charge 17.00 for 2 baby back rib bones, smaller than my finger, and a side of Mac...that is robbery. No bread, cornbread, nothing. And, 9.00 for a sandwich with no side, is insane. Sorry guys, no can do.

This place is great! I got the brisket tacos and slaw. I will definitely be returning!

DAWG. This. Place…read more Fiiiiiiiiiiiiire! I waited in a line of like 10 people and would have waited in a line of 100 LOL. Also ordered the prickly pear cutty juice and literally 100/10 so good. I crave and dream about this meal with how good and satisfied I was. I literally wish I lived in Vegas for this. You get soooooo much chicken on top of the fries and again it's so frickin worth it! The staff there are super friendly and helpful, and honestly the wait goes by quick. Worth the wait regardless. It's in a small parking lot right outside a gentleman's club lol but again... WORTH. IT. Will be coming back when I visit Las Vegas every time

The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. There was very little green chile and it lacked the kick and spicy profile I was expecting from a New Mexican style chile. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat. Also, the price is high for a food truck.

And during the other days, I still eat their tacos I think this is a really good truck. I would highly suggest coming here to get some tacos. They have really good Pollo tacos. Also, I love their pollo asada tacos the best. I think the flavor and moistness is hands down the best I've had. My boyfriend loves their Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos. They have a large assortment of meats to choose from, lingua, asada, birria, abodado, carnitas. More than just a taco truck, they have birria ramen, tortas, carne asada fries. I have not tried any of those yet. During the day you'll find lovely ladies that are helping you at night and I find that it's usually the same guys helping you every night. All the staff that I've seen has been very friendly and very welcoming and eager to assist. It's just a taco truck right next to the Arco gas station. Can't miss it, big red truck. Sometimes there is a wait especially if you come during peak hours, but usually they can get your order in and out within about 10 minutes. They do have a rewards club that you can join. It's 1 point for every seven dollars that you spend. And then sometimes you'll also get text specials and freebies which I enjoy. I think that the food here has a lot of value and it's good portions. Don't miss out on the taco Tuesday special which has two dollar tacos. That way you get to try a few different kinds of tacos.

Fortunately for my…read morewaistline, Martin and Evelyn's taco truck isn't near my house, because if it were, I'd be a Grande Gordo in no time. I debated between the torta and the tacos, but since this was our first date, I played it safe and ordered the carne asada tacos. At $3.25 each, they're street taco-sized in theory, but the mountain of perfectly seasoned carne asada spilling out of them told a different story. I actually had to ask for a fork just to finish what escaped onto the tray. The tacos came loaded with fresh cilantro and red onions and tasted far more gourmet than their humble appearance suggested. The red and green salsas were both excellent, but the real star was their pico de gallo-style salsa. It had a slightly fermented tang that instantly reminded me of kimchi, and I found myself putting it on everything. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Next time, I'm skipping the internal debate and going straight for the torta.

I had a pretty poor experience at Los Gorditos. I would not…read morereturn or recommend. - I had 3 sopes and two tacos. The pastor and carne asada had no flavor. The carne lacked char, and was thickly diced. The pastor did not come with pineapple, and had a slightly chewy texture. The tortillas for the sopes were pretty good though. I thought they had a next bite to them, but the chicken that I ordered with them was very dry, and again lacked flavor. They were loaded with fresh cilantro, red onion, beans, queso fresco, and crema. My girlfriend really enjoyed your tripa tacos, but also stated that her asada taco was flavorless. Additionally, the salsa had no spice or flavor whatsoever. To end on a good note, the horchata here was particularly good. Probably one of the better horchatas in Vegas. - The service I had was also very subpar. The lady at the service window did not greet us when we walked up, and was not diligent or attentive when taking our order. - Finally, I'm really not sure if it was the truck or the area, but it smelled really bad. I was concerned that something was wrong, because it smelled almost like sewage (which it very well could have been, considering this is a food truck in a parking lot.) there's no seating, and they give you a buzzer to wait in your car for your food, which is a nice touch. Ultimately, I wish I could say I was happy I tried this place, but I did not enjoy it, and wish I would have taken my money elsewhere.

We arrived right before 5pm when it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of us before they even started taking orders. For only having 2 ppl in the truck, they moved pretty quickly, but by the time we got to the front of the line, there were at least 10 more groups of people behind us. In total we were there about 30 min outside from getting in line to getting our food. We had to get the favorites we've seen, so we got the crackin chicken cutty fries, the green chile burrito smothered, and a slice of Tiramisu. The fries and burrito were both so flavorful. The chicken in the burrito had such a great flavor to it by itself but the green chile was fantastic, a little spicier than I anticipated but mixed with the pinto beans it was such a good combination of spice, flavors, and just goodness. Everyone recommended getting it smothered with cheese sauce and green chile on top so we had to. Definitely found out why it was recommended *love* The fries, omg the fried chicken was so crispy, perfect seasoning on the breading, and the different sauces mixed with it... yup definitely tasty. Such a huge portion size, but they do offer upgraded chicken cutty fries as a side with the burrito to get the best of both and smaller portion. And the tiramisu..... *chefs kiss * it is my favorite dessert so I have high expectations... this hit the mark, and the slice was so massive!! I'm so happy I'll be able to eat on it for days!! Pricing for all of this plus the prickly pear cutty juice with pineapple (which was also very tasty and fresh) was over $60 so a little more expensive but lord, with the portion sizes and all the toppings it's totally worth it!!! We will be back! Just may go try the brick n mortar location bc it was extremely hot outside to be standing in line waiting after 5 pm. If the line was any longer we probably wouldn't have waited. The other locations are a lot farther from us so this was the best location wise. Also would be nice to open earlier, but may not be as easy to do in a food truck which is understandable.
