Was my experience perfect? Perhaps not, I waited a bit for help, but once Noah came over he saved the day. The watch I was looking for literally just came in on the morning that I arrived, they didn't even have time to put it in their inventory. I guess it was meant to be. I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with my watch and I even went back another day to ask Noah a couple of questions and he was very friendly and willing to assist in answering my questions. Hopefully anyone reading this, who may have reservations about coming here based on some of the negative reviews will give this store another chance. I'm pretty sure they'll be glad they did. However, the quality of service here is different. They're multigenerational watch masters with craftsmanship not many can replicate. It' saddens me to say this but this level of craftsmanship, artistry & attention to detail is difficult to find. For $150 his watch was given an extended life (they even polished it.) So, yeah you can take your watch somewhere else for probably $40-$50, but in the end it costed more by having to re-service the watch barely a year later plus time & energy spent looking for another place to fix it.

I was worried about resizing because the mesh band had to be permanently cut. Time Palace did an incredible job: the owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and knew what I needed after a two second glance at the watch. He was very patient with me, and let me take my time deciding how much to cut. And I was in and out of the shop within 20 minutes! The price was excellent too: new battery, resizing and a light clean for $75. I'd expected to pay double that!

They said they couldn't take special repair orders right now but could take a look if it was a quick fix.... it ended up taking less than 15 minutes (and $35) and I had a fully functioning watch again. Did not expect to have it fixed same day so I was super grateful. "Just in time" is right! Will be back next month after they relocate to replate my other watch, which I got a quote for that sounded fair in pricing. They operate very fast, very transparent and very honest. I've had the pleasure working with their sales team, delivery team and back office techs-- all around great people. I don't even shop around when buying watches for friends & family out of state and have also traveled back to OC to deal with Jaztime directly (even though they're very competent to deal completely remotely). Lastly, I love their fight fire with fire mentality with bad reviews. I've never had a negative experience with them so do I believe those that complain are stirring conflict.
