Just made a quick pit stop for a snack on our way to Napa and we found Cajun chicken and wings. It was amazing. The chicken was fresh, the breading was perfect, and Harris was super friendly and helpful. Definitely check them out. read more

The best fried chicken you could ever found! Triple juicy and flavorful compared to Popeyes or KFC. And I love the beautiful and crispy fried chicken skin! I ordered catering from them twice, the price is manageable. And surprisingly, they remembered me and this time they even offered new spoon and tong along with food without me even asking! How thoughtful and considerate they are! Except for chicken, their chicken sandwiches are filling and delish too! Also green beans are a flavorful side for chicken too! Fellow truck drivers, sure you can get street food. But why do that when this place exists just a short walk away? Plenty of places to sit, a good variety of delicious food (similar to Popeyes but better and they have a "baked chicken" option!), very friendly service and a great atmosphere. Food was prepared fresh and the chicken tenders were delicious, along with the melt in your mouth biscuits. Next time I'll try their seafood! Service was fast. I was in the mood for some fried fish and in the area. Read some reviews and gave went to give it a try. It was very hot and stuffy inside. I wanted to stay and eat but quickly changed my mind. I noticed ceiling fans but they weren't even turned on. First impression was of a place trying to save money and a bit run down. The food was a bit expensive for the quality. I Ordered fish and shrimp. The shrimp had good flavor but were tiny, like popcorn shrimp . The fish was a small piece which wash flavorless the batter was over cooked and could not taste any seasoning. The Cajon fries were plentiful and tasted the best out of all of it. And the biscuit was very good too. The oil was fresh, I didn't get any stomach rumbles or bad feeling after eating, it just wasn't very tasty to me. I really enjoy getting my family meals here on days I don't want to cook at home. Your order is always cooked fresh! I recommend calling ahead and picking it up instead of ordering there. As I mentioned they cook your food fresh to order, so you will have a bit of a wait. We always order the spicy chicken family meal and their popcorn shrimp. This is not your chain fast food fried chicken! It does cost a little more than KFC or Poppey's, but it is not over-priced. We are regular customers (try not to eat too often if you know what I mean), but our daughter visiting from Irvine just had her Cajun Chicken for lunch today, and she said it's the best fried chicken she has ever had! They don't make the chicken until after you order; we often order over the phone and pick it up 20-30 mins later, so it is hot and fresh. The side dishes are also great, and the biscuits are to-die-for! I think it's a family business; the services are always friendly and attentive. read more

Our first time eating here and never again. Found a cockroach in the macaroni and cheese. My daughter had already started eating before we found it. We were given an apology and a refund but nothing makes a cockroach in your food better. Update: the owner did reach out and was extremely apologetic which I appreciated. He seemed to be very genuine and offered to make it up to us. I can't bring myself to eat there so we did not take him up on it. He assured us he had already cleaned the store and was doing everything necessary to fix the situation. read more

Place was 10 minutes from where we were staying. Service fast and owners friendly. Portion of fries a little less then you would get at a popeyes so was a bit disappointed. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. And chicken tenders Which were both good. But chicken strips were more batter then chicken. Aside from the tasty food and service I took off 1 star for portion size of fries and tenders. But would definitely recommend this place. read more

My husband and I pulled into this place for a quick bite. The decor and the exterior of this place has nothing to boast about. They serve only halal meat for those of you who find that to be important. My husband ordered the #9 fish combo and I got the #5 chicken combo. The food is prepared to order, so there's a little bit of wait, 8 minutes or less. Food came out hot and fresh. Fries were crispy. Coleslaw had a good constituency and flavor. Fish and chicken were fried to a perfect crispness. The biscuit was buttery. Overall, we had a good experience and the father and son team were wonderful. read more

The workers were really friendly and kindly explained the menu and said that the concept is similar to Popeyes. My favorite item of theirs are the tenders! They're always cooked fresh and provide great condiments and sauces along with it! They also offer more specials, such as the Tuesday special for 2 pieces for $1.29 is also on Thursdays as well! They also have more things off their menu such as nuggets, chicken wraps, and jambalaya! Mmmmm! If I could give them more than 5 starts I would. Me and my grandma go here a lot. Every time we go here I order the 10 piece party wings with buffalo sauce and buffalo sauce on the side. It takes around 8-10 minutes making food. The food is fresh delicious and just overall perfect I have no problems with Cajun. I Love there wings and there service and just how nice the people are.
